Took my 7 year Maltipoo here to get groomed up. My pup had a bad encounter with a different groomer a couple years back which has made it difficult to get him regularly groomed. After asking around, I’ve heard nothing but positive things about PupTown so I decided to take him in. After relaying my concerns, they reassured me that they’ve had other similar stories. I got a text message about a hour later with my pup coming back looking like a brand new dog. I got a Teddy Bear cut and they did a great job with the styling and the general cleaning (nails, ears, anal glands). My total came out to be $70 and I am very pleased with this place! Will definitely use them again for any future grooming needs! Thank you.

The best! The best! The best! My fur baby is always taken care of. Comes out looking so fresh and so clean. Chris has always taken great care of him even when he was the most difficult little guy. This place is always clean and the staff is beyond the very best. We love PupTown and highly recommend them.

I paid for a de-shedding groom for my husky.I picked her up an hour or so later, she looked exactly the same as when I dropped her off.I wiped my hand down her back before we got in the car, hair everywhere.They didn't scrub her, she smelled again after 4-5 days. (She's an indoor dog in an apartment.)They rely on their de-shedding shampoo to remove hair. Not high-velocety dryers and undercoat rakes.Price is not worth the service.

Sharon is amazing. So happy I was given a referral to her. This poodle is crazy and def has her messy hair days. Dont know how she does it, but I'm so glad I dont have to. Lol

Love this place! My boy is a bit temperamental. The groomers are trained and very knowledgeable on how to handle moody dogs. I have never been disappointed in my 8 years going here. The staff reflects their happiness with their job and owner with the kindness and smile you receive when coming into the door. The animals are treated with respect and care and come out looking amazing! They communicate very well with the clients and have always been professional. I cant say enough about how great this place is as well as the staff!

We have had our 1.5 year old fullsize Goldendoodle to several groomers and now we finally found the perfect one! PupTown did an excellent cut, style and full service for him!!! He can't wait to go back.

I have been taking my puppy to PupTown for many years and I am thrilled with care and love they show my puppy! Chris, the owner is wonderful to talk with and takes great care in each puppy. My puppy had an adverse reaction to the soap they were using to groom him. Just happened once. Chris took great interest to come to my home the very next day after my puppy was groomed to see him. She took great interest in his recovery which was quick, but she ordered a special soap to use on him since he showed a sensitivity to the soap. My pup has not had any other issues! Today was my first time bringing my beagle puppy Remy in and we both had a great experience! They were able to get my in last minute notice. Very reasonably priced. He was very happy, clean, and they even put a adorable tie on him. We are very happy with our service here and will be back! We would 110% reccomend everyone else to choose Puptown!

This place is so clean, relaxing and easy to find. Our animals love the staff 👍. I've noticed the employees are very tight knit and share knowledge openly about different techniques, experiences and breeds. The "shop cat" Sprocket is adorable. Trust your family to them, you won't regret.

Great Place. Doggo loved it. They do great work here. Appointments are easy to set up. Cost is fair. Services offered are extensive. Customer service is friendly. Recommended for a good soft dog at home. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

Puptown was awesome!! They did a great job on my husky!! He smells great and his shedding has decreased tremendously. Petsmart didn’t do such a great job so I’m glad we came here instead!

They trim our pug Bobbi-Sues claws perfectly and quicky, even though she doesn't like to be groomed. They're so friendly, I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.
