Leeann is very patient with Chloe. I'm sure a 75-pound mutt is not always that easy to deal with, but she's always cheerful, and we're happy with the result. I'm not sure Chloe feels the same, but then she's a shelter mutt we adopted 6 months ago, and still getting used to the idea of regular grooming. Leeann's patience with her definitely helps.

They didn't even finish cutting and blow drying her hair. Said that she was biting the brush which she only does if she feels like it hurts, so they didn't finish her and didn't even bother to call me till 3 hours later.
