I did a one-star review of several QFCs in my area because of my experience today with digital coupons.The QFC staff are all great, and I like QFC products including produce, meat and seafood, and deli (Boars Head). I like QFC brands including private selection.My issue is with digital coupons.Today I went shopping and I purchased 45 items. 30 items had a digital coupon meaning most items had one. Each item with a digital coupon required 7 clicks on my phone to clip the digital coupon. This means I swiped and clicked and scanned my phone 210 times to purchase my groceries. Mind you, most of the products with digital coupons were QFC brands (Kroger, Private Selection, etc.). I came prepared with a grocery list, I shopped efficiently, and it still took over an hour to do my shopping. I spent a significant amount of my time clicking and swiping digital coupons.Next, I had to checkout. My local QFC does not have checkers, so I am now required to scan every item, and bag it. I scanned most of these items once, and now I am scanning the same items a second time. I buy a good deal of produce which takes extra time because unlike a checker, I haven’t memorized all the produce codes. Checking out takes about 20 minutes and I am efficient and moving as fast as I can. I’ve now scanned about 40 items and clicked the screen to ring up my produce another 30 times.About an hour and a half later, I’m leaving the store. I’ve clicked on a digital device about 250 times in total. By the time I factor in the time to drive to and from the store, a simple shopping trip took me 2 hours.I asked the QFC employee, “why would QFC corporate decision makers possibly want to create such a terrible experience for me?”. It was an honest question. The QFC employee was nice, and explained the benefits of the app. Although the benefits of the app may be relevant to someone, they are not relevant to me.I spend thousands of dollars at QFC every year. I’ve shopped at QFC, almost exclusively, for dozens of years. It’s shocking to think how much money I have spent at QFC. Why would QFC reward my patronage by making me click a device hundreds of times every time I go shopping, on top of making me ring up and bag my own groceries.I’m sure somewhere there is someone in a QFC corporate office behind this experience, claiming victory for all of this. QFC corporate person, if you are reading this review, I want you to know that you are an idiot that is out of touch with the experience your customers are having in your stores, or you are fully aware of their experience and that makes you a jerk.Someone is reading this review and saying to me, “why aren’t you just shopping at Costco?” To you I say, “touché”

It seems like the Kroger purchase left less staff. Bigger reliance on self checkout and most carts left in the garage. Staff continues to be excellent at least

Few days before Christmas it’s so busy and Gloria seems to be the only cashier manning her own line and helping at self check out. She was so polite and patient customers just asking her all types of questions but she was just so sweet and pleasant. Thank you Gloria.

This place is awesome! This QFC has always fresh fruits and vegetables and good cut meats as well. People, especially, Roger, Trevor, Elise are very welcoming and kind. My favorite grocery store 😁

Horrible store going down. A cashier didn’t put anything in my bag, a gallon of milk and some small items i had to handle. He even didn’t handle me my receipt! I had to take it from a cash register. He was there just to ring the sale and nothing else. First time I see service like this!

Store rearranged and narrow aisles makes for challenging shopping especially with all the displays and holiday stuff clogging up aisles. Like everywhere, prices are crazy insane!Staff are nice to work with

Prices, in general, are a bit higher than Safeway, but I think they have better quality meat and produce.

It was crowded, I mean pre thanksgiving, but toTheir credit they called a manager in toCheck so totally awesome. The only weird thing was the cart had an anti steal feature that made it stop when we went out the door. I had a receipt but it still stopped rolling…oh well

QFC is a division of Kroger Foods. Good & friendly people work there. You can get most anything you want here. For a non-super sized store, they have all that you need in terms of an above average selection.I particularly like their meat. Attached are photos of 3 grass fed Angus Beef rib eye steaks that will be cooked on the grill soon.Depong on when they're done, I may update this review to show what they look like when finished.All-in-all a good place for groceries. If your into grocery club shopping that earns points for fuel discounts, this is also a good place for that. Their gas station 8s catty-corner from it on the SW corner 9f Duvall & North 4th here in Renton, Washington.

A long haired girl was gathering carts with a smile on her face and while she didn't greet me, it was great to see someone working with a smile. Another clerk looked up the products I was looking for on his phone. Friendly cashier and bagger as well. Lots of parking available.

We had ordered a Dinosaur themed birthday cake at the QFC bakery. The chocolate flavored cake with whipped cream cheese icing was awesome. All the guests and kids loved it and it was less sweeter(just the way we had requested). Thanks for the delicious cake !!

There was a young black lady working liqour/customer service counter when I needed to cash a check. She was beyond helpful, kind, funny, and very patient with me. Even when I was unable to cash my check due to my own error, she was not at all rude even though I used a lot of her time when she was busy. I cannot remember her name, but she was really a blessing to me on that day.

The stores nice and well stocked with various items that I do enjoy purchasing. I personally think that they are stealing from people though. Yesterday I went in there to buy some coffee and use the self-checkout. There are tags on the stumptown coffee that say if you use your card it's $13.99 and if you have a digital coupon it is $12.99. I scanned my items and they rang up for almost $17 each. I went and ripped off the tags and threw them on the shelf. If I were you, anything that is advertised or posted for less, I would check your receipt.

The quality of goods in this store is superb. They do not however practice social distancing, limit the numbers of customers in store for safe shopping, and have all register lanes open causing customers to stand back to back when paying for goods. They have signs asking for patience while they clean between customers but it seems this is optional depending on the employee working the register. Shop at your own risk, I won’t be back unless it’s an emergency.

Great people here. There is a bagger, Sam, who I really like. Just a great guy making a living working for qfc. I go out of my way to go here because the people are nice. Hate being charged for getting cash back though

I LOVE this location. Their in-store is clean and organized although I almost always use pick-up. The pick-up attendants are fast, very kind, and really go above and beyond. Like anything in life, small errors may come up if you use any service long enough, but nothing that wasn't resolved quickly in some capacity. QFC overall is really good but this location in particular is my favorite. 🙂

Got treated very poorly here as an employee. Be prepared to be treated like a servant poorly treated. No wonder this place can't keep staff there's a few nasty cashiers that harass staff into quitting. Your rights as an employee will be abused, harassed denied and taken advantage of. Unless you stand up for your self they walk all over you. Due to this I have never shopped here as a customer. I was very underappreciated at this location and even when I did go 500% for them they always scolded me about how horrid of a job I did. No praise always ridicule even if you do your job right. When you ask for more hours they reduced them. I'd have 100% availability for any shift any time and they'd only give me 10-24 hrs a week if even that. This store refused to give me full time and I had to go to a larger store that would offer me full time.Before I made this decision I have had the worst baggers at this location. Several c.c.'s and cashiers have horrid bagging skills. Half the time I'd just find stuff lobbed in the bag in an unorganized mess with stuff broken and crushed. More than once I've gone back to return merchandise due to bad bagging.Theft at this location is out of control. Company needs to crack down on it but refuses to do so.During covid the mask policy was never enforced and clientele refused to wear them but yet they were not denied service. When clientele came in sick they were not asked to leave.The gas station attendants refused to wear their masks inside and outside during the mask mandate. Half the time they were picking their noses or eating food while handling your cash. I won't use card been skimmed there a few times. If it's <$2 I'll just abandon the change. Customers refused to even bother with masks at the gas station as well.I refuse to support this qfc. I will take my business to alberton's. My mother as well has decided to no longer shop here after a few unfavorable experiences with the nasty cashiers. I am employed at a different location as a cashier but I have zero respect for the cashiers here. I am happier at my new location and get the respect that one should for doing this job.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. This has been my go-to for the past four years for small grocery stops. I've gotten to know many of the staff by name, and am going to miss seeing them all the time with my recent move. They have always been great, upbeat, and ready to help me with whatever it is I need. The store is always clean, and you can always find someone to help you with your locating needs.

Our checker had to leave to investigate an item leaving a few of us waiting in line. A self check (young man with a beard) clerk saw this and came over, graciously grabbed my basket and started ringing my things for me in self check. Didn’t offer self check to me, just assumed there was a reason I was in the full serve line and seamlessly transitioned the flow to the rest of us as he could. Super unusual customer service. Very aware of his surroundings. Wish I got his name. But THANK YOU!

I stopped in tonight and wanted 2 cartons of jumbo eggs. Very nice young man looked everywhere, even in the back, but couldn't find any. He apologized very nicely, and I went on the produce section looking for green beans. Couldn't see any, and I walked up to two gentlemen, who looked like QFC employees. I waited just a second when the shorter one turned to me and we started a little bit of pleasant banter. Then he asked what can we do for you? I said I was looking everywhere in their lovely produce section for green beans, but I couldn't find any. The taller one said, I'm so sorry but we're out. But then he said let me check something. I was conversing with the shorter one when the young man from the dairy section came running up to me with 2 cartons of jumbo eggs; "I found them!" he exclaimed, smiling big. I thanked him very nicely, and turned to the manager and said, "give this man a raise. I can't believe he came looking for me!" Just then the taller one (also a manager, I think) came up with a sealed Kroger package of green beans, saying we have these. I said thank you, there's just the two of us, and that bag is too big, but thank you. He said no problem, we'll open the bag up and you take what you need. What a wonderful shopping experience. The service is always good at this QFC, but tonight, they outdid themselves.

My favorite grocery store to go to. Good selection, easy to find layout. Everything is extremely Well labeled as far as prices. Staff is always friendly. I go out of my way to come here over other grocery stores. The only thing I would love to have is TOFU CREAM CHEESE!! PLEASE. I always have to take the extra trip to Fred Meyer for this item. Even at 3am I feel comfortable coming here.

The place was nice. They had everything I was looking for, and even some items were on sale. I got some meat from the deli because I like Boars Head meats. I enjoyed everything except the checkout. I had a full cart of groceries and they only had 1 regular check stand open. There was a woman checking out writting a check, and two other customers with full carts behind her. They could have called for another cashier to come up.

I didn't know they switched to paper bags only and when I was at the self check out there was no bags and the lady in a very snobby voice said "you didn't bring your own" and that is a direct quote. How am I suppose to know to bring my own? Btw I'm not spending $5 on a reusable bag.....I guess Safeway gets all my business from now on, When I'm not going to Costco that is.

Open late which is great for me. Selection is nice, store is clean and well lit. There are cheap donuts in the morning and afternoon. The store brand milk keeps forever. One of the better groceries in the area.
