I’m not sure of the names of these two cashiers, but they are so rude when I check out. It happens every time they are there working. Everyone else I’ve encountered in the store is super nice and welcoming. I recommend some serious customer service training for these two individuals. They need to simmer down and learn about emotional intelligence as well. I’m going to find a different pet store to visit. Great customer service is everything. Poor customer service can be highly damaging for a business.

Every time I go to this location, they are always the kindest people and always willing to help. Also, I called in this morning and they lady on the phone was extremely helpful, nice, and knew exactly what product I was looking for even though it was a holiday item and she knew that they had it in stock right away. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Grooming has a Zero(0) star. After many years that I came for grooming at this location, today they told me that they can’t accept my dog for nail grind because my dog doesn’t want to go inside. My dog is 5 year old and she’s been doing this for many times, So what do you think? This is dog’ problem or unskilled workers? This not have any excuses. I’m totally unsatisfied aftar 5 years being with them. I’m going to sue them l, it was unacceptable. So sad.

The store is a little hard to see from the street. It is next to Target and Stapless, while directly across from Lowes.This store is very well stocked with a huge grooming area, plus a pet hospital, (I've posted photos of both along with their very expensive rate sheet for their grooming services. The store prices are also high.So, if you afford them, this is a nice store. For everyone else, it's just an expensive pet store.

Read the reviews on here and yelp for this salon and was a bit worried about booking an appointment but Kaia gave our dog a haircut and did a wonderful job! She was a bit softspoken & hard to hear but other than that we loved how kind she was to our little doll & delivered an outstanding performance with the result compared to our last groomer. I think she'll be our new go-to for future appointments from now on. Beats PetCo any day & way cheaper than a private salon!

I order a Simparica and Hills Science diet prescriptions only dog food to this staff at Petsmart landing on August 13 2022 at around 10am. She said that she will contact my vet and let me know once she get a replied from my Vet and so I can order. My dog run out of medication and food, so II just have to buy the regular Hills Science for for Sensitive stomach. I wonder how good will they treat or take care of my pet? I am their regular customer and it seems that customer is not being recognize or pets is not important to her! Sad! Another Sad story today Nov 17 2022. I asked this sales associate not busy just checking his stocks on those shelves to see of he can scan the price for me and he replied. Why you don't see the price?!!! I saw the other item pricing but the other I do not! Would I asked him if I did just to waste his time & mine? Weird sales associate at this location. His name is Danny!!!!!!!!! But the lady at the prescription desk help so well and pointed me the right prescription food for my dog which costed me over $100. I dint think I would ask any sales associate in this location, from now on I will just bring all the items to the cashier and scan all those and they can return the items that I do not like. Promise!

This location is absolutely terrible. Every time I have come here, my appointments get canceled for the most ridiculous reasons. The customer service is terrible and unprofessional. Save your time and go to a different location.

This store is my favorite petsmart because Micah is absolutely the BEST. The store also has shelter cats from Arlington Purrfect Pals, and sometimes adoption events on the weekends.

<Reviewing the grooming services>Got stuck in traffic and ended up being over 15 minutes late. The staff (Allysha and one other whose name I didn't catch) still took my dog in and were very friendly. They helped me pick the best spa package for my pup and ensured I didn't spend more than I needed to. All around incredible service and happy dog! Thanks so much!

Just picked up our 10 year old, long hair German Shepherd from PetSmart at the Landing. Vanessa did an EXCELLENT job on her. We've have good experiences (only 1 bad) in this location and the groomers have always been good (except 1) but we have to say, this is the best grooming job that Jetta has ever had. Thank you Vanessa for doing such a great job.

Normally have a good experience with grooming here but it took 5 hours with zero communication. Groomer went to lunch and failed to finish my dog before then. Not how I wanted to spend my Saturday. Manager was unapologetic when I pointed out how traumatic this was for my dog. For people who are supposed to love pets, you would think they would care more.

Today I was a little scared and worried because I thought my mini yorkie (Buddie) was having a hard time breathing. We already had a 5 months rottweiler past away Thursday morning for no apparent reason so that made me even more concerned. So I just got in my car and took him to Banfield at the Landing. With no appointment and they were booked, that they squeezed him in and Buddie was able to see someone within 10 minutes. They have been so amazing this month has they saw him now 4 times due to his dislocated knee. They are all fantastic there. Loving and caring.If I could rate them a 10 star they were get it in a heart beat. Thank you Banfield you are amazing. Marionand Buddie

They were out of the Blue Buffalo Wilderness chicken recipe with hairball control in the 11lb bag. Which btw my cat now has about one hairball a year after I switched. They were nice enough to sell me two five pound bags for a discounted price that I was happy with. To compensate for the one pound difference.

Came in to pick up food for my cat and dog. (Cat&dog iykyk😂) Their employees are always so helpful and nice. We ended up buying said food...plus some snacks and a new collar for my pup. I always use this specific Petsmart for personal and work! And they're always so attentive and willing to help!!

I dropped my dog off earlier in the morning. Nobody called me with any updates about how my dog was doing. I only found out what they did and how he was doing when I picked him up. Then when I did come to pick him up they took forever to bring him out. I was the last person to get my dog back. They said they were struggling but I saw a lot of people who could have been made this process go faster. I’m very disappointed with my customer service. Not sure I will take my dog back here again.
