Angie was the groomer who clipped my dog's nails, "Little Joe". She was warm, friendly and carefully took Joe out of my arms, I could tell already that he wasn't going to be scared with her. Then after wandering around the store for a few minutes, I came back to the grooming area, just in time to see her (through the glass wall) kiss Little Joe on top of his head then unhook him from the table and gently carry him out to the office. It absolutely melted my heart. When I met her in the office area I could tell by Little Joe's demeanor that he was content in her arms. I asked if I could specifically book my dog with her from now on. She is amazing, I'll be tipping her more as well going forward. Thank you for hiring such a rock star!!!

First customer service was awesome. The staff there is friendly and doesn’t make you feel bad when your pet has an accident or doesn’t look the best.Secondly Mackenzie truly listens to my concerns each time and honors my requests with how I want my pup to look. She doesn’t take the easy route to just shave off like all other groomers. The last time I went the other lady was like we can’t do it you are going to have to take her to the vet and Mackenzie stepped in and was like no worries I can do it.

The women that checked us in and took our dog were great, I could tell they enjoyed their jobs. They were very articulate in explaining the services and were very timely in servicing our dog. 👍🏻👍🏻

Love their grooming services. I take my dog Monkey here to get her nails groomed frequently, the women have always been great with her even though she has a lot of anxiety around, getting her nails trimmed! Would recommend

I booked a grooming over the phone for my pomeranian 3 weeks ago and even got a text confirmation last night. When I got there, they said they couldn't give my dog any grooming services since he has kidney failure. I asked them to at least trim his nails and they rejected since it was their protocol and policy.Under normal circumstances, I would've understood, but I took so much trouble finding a pet grooming salon that had openings and took time out of my schedule to take my dog to the salon. The groomer on the phone should've asked me those questions before setting me up for the appointment. Wasted my time, and my pom is still stuck in a thick coat. Never been so disappointed.

Don’t go here. They have really bizarre rules about the dogs they will take (too many matts, no. That looks like a cut, no) and will turn you away day of. Clearly strapped by corporate rules so just save yourself the hassle and find another place. You also get a solid amount of pet shaming. Like seriously go anywhere else. We’ve been having our dogs groomed for 15 years and have never had as many issues as we’ve had with this place. We were informed that the matting was so bad (it wasn’t)on our dog that only a vet or specialist could handle it (not true). But we took our dog straight to the vet after and the tech there shaved the matts off in about 2 seconds no issue, no assistance, no “pain issues” something we would expect a capable groomer to be able to do. The groomers here don’t know what they are doing and don’t know how to assess a dogs condition.

Have always had a good experience, but they have suddenly decided to refuse service. Our dog ispredisposed to having seizures because of her breed. We have had her groomed, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, etc., at this store several times since her first seizure. All of a sudden, they are refusing service because it is a liability and ‘was not in her chart’ even though we have told them before. The first time that we visited here, they also rejected us because they needed her vaccination records (they never told us they needed any records whatsoever when we scheduled). Worth noting that the manager has been pretty snarky and rude about it as well. Would be nice if they could tell us that they have these requirements BEFORE we schedule an appointment and center our day around taking care of our dog.

One time, they cancelled after we got to their store because they didn’t have the personnel to take care of our 10 pound shorkie, we let it go. We just left again because there was an old wound on our dogs paw that had been closed, but “a risk they didn’t want to take”, just before they called to explain they didn’t have personnel to take care of the dog. The “Wound” was an excuse because they again didn’t have enough personnel, I don’t know about you but I’m tired of making trips clear to their store just to be turned away, I would definitely stay away from petco grooming salons and find a company that knows what they’re doing.

When I picked up my dog after grooming, her hind nails were bleeding from being cut too short, they didn’t even attempt to trim her front paws. I will not be bringing my dog back here.

My dog has always been so scared of going to the groomer. It has been a horrible experience so I wait too long between appointments. Shelby B did such a great job making her feel comfortable. The groomers obviously love animals and are so kind to our dog. They do a great job at an absolutely reasonable price. We don't need to go to some overpriced designer doggie boutique to get Thelma great care. If she could talk, she'd give you two paws up!

Absolutely horrible service and place. Been going to this place for years but over the last 3-4 months all the quality staff have left and there is zero service. Only scourge work there now. Good luck even trying to call to make an appointment.Even my local vet says stay away!
