Excellent Groomer and Customer Service provided. This was the fastest booking of a groomer that I've ever experienced which was less than 3 days. Bear my dog looks perfect and she was able to get his feet or trim his nails which he hates but it was done. 100/100

Don’t waste your time here. There business practices are so bad. I was receiving texts messages until the time of my appointment that we look forward to seeing your pet. At 10 o’clock I get a message when I’m in the parking lot that my groomer wasn’t coming in today. No apology when I talked to the manager, nothing just extremely rude. I planned this from last week. Drove 30 miles and get a text at exactly the time of my appointment. I’m so upset with this bad practice. Don’t come here they don’t value their customers time at all.

Staff is THE BEST! The manager, David, is exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic about their job. There are several options in our area for pet food shopping, but I go to the Renton Highlands Petco for the personal care and experience David, and their team, provide. The staff has take. The time to get to know our family, our dogs, and about our cat rescue. We really appreciate the personal touch and care that the team gives us when we shop here.

Twas the night before Christmas…. Really though, me swung in to pick up a last minute gift the neighbors and stock looked clean and well-populated.Staff was great, especially considering their shift. Friendly, helpful and attentive.

Helpful staff and have variety of aquarium items in stock. However the prices are much higher in store than online. But they do price match in store. It's just a hassle to do them in store. Other than that, I love shopping here and my kids love to check out the hamsters.

Not my favorite Petco store, but I would follow Trainer Ellen anywhere! 3 stars for the store, 5 stars for Ellen. This store is much smaller than most Petco locations, so it feels cramped. They have a mobile vet clinic sometimes, and they setup in the aisles, which makes it even more cramped. Dog Trainer Ellen is THE BEST! My dog, Patches, and I have worked with her on and off for three years, and can’t thank her enough. Her style is consistent and effective. She uses positive reinforcement methods, but also teaches healthy boundaries. We tried a private trainer elsewhere for a bit and hated every second of it, so we went back to Ellen to get my dog back on track. Thank you, Ellen!

There was this one employee there, i think her name is Angie, terrible customer service. Told me to wait outside in a rude tone because there was another dog waiting in the lobby although my and his dog were totally calm. I understand their rules, but there are ways of saying things. Also she kept on glaring at me while i was waiting outside.

I used to go to PetSmart but am glad PetCo is here. I was able to purchase my cats specialty food without needing a prescription here, unlike at PetSmart where my prescription had to be updated often. Also, the staff was very helpful, much appreciated. Thanks PetCo!

(2019-2020)Uhm interesting experience. I haven't gotten asked for my ID when I pick up things I order at Petco anywhere else but here, which isn't bad I just thought it was interesting. The mood of the store seems a little unfriendly, they were nicer after me pointing out the issue. I was given the wrong product and a damaged/contaminated one. I am glad I went to read the directions before getting home otherwise I wouldn't have caught it.(Edit) 2021 !!!!!The customer service has change exponentially in a positive way, especially since pick-up orders had to become a must in the pandemic era we have lived through. I have had excellent service and help, the staff are friendly, everything is easy and when asked on advice about products there are helpful and great answers. I had an interesting first experience, however, I find myself shopping there more often now and am very happy.

I was in petco to get vaccination very crowed, also lost my keys and noone would help look just ignored me , looked about 15 minutes and a customer offered to give me and my dog a ride home to get 2nd set when she heard ask the manager if he would give uber a call my phone was in my vehicle he said he didn't have appwasn't interested in helping!

The Petco had in stock what I needed but the price was 2/3rds higher than shopping online. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions for a local cat groomer.

Do not work with David the store manager. DO NOT get your dog groomed here! David is disrespectful and honestly should not be in a customer facing role. Should especially not be in a manager role. This store has a history of treating people poorly as this has happened multiple times. We were hung up on and told that the grooming department didn’t want to speak to us. Really! That’s your job in a customer facing role.DO NOT RECOMMEND! Especially not for grooming.

This is one of the best Petco shops to go too! Love coming to this Petco... They are so kind, courteous to ones needs and very friendly. They make it really easy for me to come back to their store and shop for my kitties. It is always a pleasant experience when I go there. They do NOT always open doors to allow early visit walk-in nail trims. Even though, they literally just quoted the same statement from the site. Walk-ins do not need appointments if early enough.First one in parking lot. Small dog for nail trim. 8am, no one opened doors. A couple people could be seen moving around. Employees, not customers (since of course they weren't open on time).I tried knocking a few times. Finally someone comes out, and let's me know they cannot accept a walk-in. That would be fine, but the site says the opposite as long as it's early enough and they have time. It was just myself and the dog. I was told to maybe just try booking. Sure, IF they would ever answer. They haven't yet! 3 months of calling trying to get an appointment.As I approach my car, a another customer and their dog go right in, as employee waited and opened door for them.Again, I'm thinking it's This Location that has real problems with either staff, or management, but something needs to be done.Unhappy Dorgi, walking around with curled toenails. Not cool Petco.

I would give them a "0" if I could. Grooming department reached out to me with questions about my dogs vaccination records. I explained that I would bring records in and they called again to tell me not to bring my dog if I could not bring in updated records. I called the manager to discuss this unnecessary phone call. The manager, David, called me back and said that I was not welcome in the store anymore and grooming would be discontinued indefinitely. When attempting to discuss the circumstances, he spoke over the top of me and hung up on me. PLEASE do not put yourself through an experience of this type, do not make excuses for the poor behavior of others. Find groomers you can trust and managers who want to work with customers, not throw them out.

Good smaller location. Somewhat limited offerings, but they have most things you could be looking for, and a surprising variety goven the size of the store.We went in for gerbils. Staff was friendly and helpful. The gerbils we purchased are healthy and inquisitive. They aren't hand tame, but they aren't bitey.

This place is great, especially the groomers. My dog always comes home happy and with a good report. The store prices are a bit high, but everyone is really nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Much better selection than many other pet stores in the area. Also good at keeping items in stocks. My only complaint is many items are marked up quite a bit higher than what's listed online. However they do match the online price if you show them at checkout.

This particular store is smaller than most PetCo's but does the trick if I need to grab a common item in a pinch. I recently decided to get my son a hedgehog and was amidst research on what I needed when I entered the store. The gentleman helping me didn't know much either but pulled his phone out to helpfully look things up with me on what I'd need and guided me to each section as we brainstormed things i'd need. I wish I had paid attention to the clerks name, he went above and beyond my expectation in helping me out and I was very appreciative of the extra effort.

Terrible customer service at dog groomer. Showed up on time to appointment but denied service and treated rudely over a fake rule about number of pets allowed in the same room which has NEVER been brought at multiple Petco grooming locations. Simultaneously another person without an appointment was served first before making us wait 10 minutes before refusing to service our pet. Never coming back, not even to shop. Not an any Petco ever.

Yesterday was my second trip there to get my Pomchi groomed. I love the groomers. They handle him so well and confidently yet with care and kindness. My little guy looks amazing after his grooming trip, his nails are cut, he's got an adorable Pom cut and behaves so well for them. It was under $100 for a complete package so I switched grooming services to them. Go there and let the ladies pamper your pooch!

Make sure when you come here they discuss all prices and possible extra charges with you before you leave! They will have you sign and agree to one thing not telling you about other possible extra charges during grooming. So, when the groomer felt my dog we discussed the mats and agreed to shave her. The paper I signed said a specific price. I get back to pick my dog up and I have all these extra chargers for dematting. Mind you the groomer never spoke to me about how every 15mins of dematting is $7, never gave me a heads up nothing and she knew my dog was matted cause she’s the one who recommended we shave her and mentioned the matting. So, as I’m frustrated seeing these chargers and her admitting she didn’t discuss all of that with me. All the manager Katie could say after she listened to the conversation is “I’m sorry but it is corporate policy.” I say “ I understand that but it’s the principal if I signed and agreed to one thing then and she’s admitting she didn’t tell me about extra chargers why not honor what we agreed to and give feedback for coaching, like what if I didn’t have the extra money what would happen how do I know it actually took that long to demat her?” SCAMMERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL WONT BE GOING BACK FIRST AND LAST VISIT!! I’ve been going to Petco for years and this is unacceptable.Mackenzie needs coaching!

I prefer to give my money to local business. Petco is an exception because my cat is the pickiest eater ever. I have gone through most of the wet pet food at local stores. The good news is that Petco stocks a LOT of variety. I need it to last me at least another 7 years or I'll be making my own cat food.
