This shop is staffed by friendly and caring people. The products are all things I feel comfortable and confident are safe for my pets. The pricing, while not low, is very reasonable for a typical household budget. 10/10, I am new to the area and this is my new go to place for pet supplies.

This was my 1st time visit to Pet Pros. The associate was pleasant, patient, understanding and willing to listen and helpful. Today they took money from my bank account and I have not shopped there for months. The place steals money from past customers. They charged me 2X for a single transaction months ago and now they have taken money from my bank account again. I will have to call my bank tomorrow and find out how I can deny this store from ever charging me again. THIEVES!!

I've never had a less than pleasant experience here. Everyone is nice, patient, and friendly - but also efficient. There's always a good amount of stock, and fun new things to browse for my cats and dogs.

Pet Pros is awesome! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and excited to help. I am the new parent of an adult cat and was totally lost on appropriate food and feeding schedules. Over two visits to the store, staff took the time to learn the details of my new kitty and make recommendations based on kitty's needs, my needs, and cost. Happy to say that I'll be restocking my cat's food from this store over and over (and maybe trying some new treats along the way). Truly an above and beyond business!

Always love it here, they're one of the few pet food stores that actually carries food that's good for my cats.Associates are always a pleasure as well, so much so that we oftentimes end up getting caught in silly conversations about pets.Edit: this is still the only place I will go for things for my cats!

The young gentleman working on Friday night is fantastic! He truly cares about pets and customer service. I’m used to seeing employees towards the end of their shift hanging out at the counter on their phone waiting to get off. This employee was out in the aisles straightening products so the store is organized, clean and presentable. He takes pride in his work and it shows!

I moved to the area recently and was unable to find a retailer for my dog’s food. They were able to special order it for me and set up a reoccurring order so I didn’t have to deal with online ordering. Absolutely fantastic help and support and I highly recommend Pet Pros!

Always friendly, helpful staff and always good healthy food for my cats, including locally made dehydrated salmon. Good selection of cat trees made with natural trees, much nicer than ones made out of lumber.
