Like all mudbays this one is spot on. They are always incredibly kind, caring, and helpful when finding new things for the pets! For example, we asked for recommendations for backpacking with our dog and the next time we came in the employee remembered and asked how it worked out and went. We are beyond lucky to have these individuals working the store!Make sure you go out to some of their community events, always a blast!

Staff was so friendly and helpful and the cat toy selection was awesome. Staff gave me some great advice on kitty grooming and even took the time to watch a video of our cats lol. I will never go to a big box pet store again!!

I really need to start coming here more. It's kind of an upscale version of a pet store. It's where you go when you REALLY want to get the very best for your pets.I stopped in today just looking for one of the top shelf Purina dog foods, but didn't recognize a single dog food brand on their shelves! They're all fancy, specialized foods that are supposed to be the very best for your dog. I settled on a raw, freeze dried brand and my finicky Boston Terrier gobbled it all up in one sitting!And the employees seem to really want to help you and answer your questions. And they seem really knowledgeable! I love this store!

Such excellent service! We came in to look at cat trees and the one we wanted wasn't in stock until the next day. They took our information and called the next day. When we went to pick it up they even sprayed it down with catnip. Kitty is in love!

This is what I would call an "upscale" pet store, a great place for the people who can afford to love their pets this much, I do wish I could, but I definitely can find at least a treat for my old doggie. Pets are welcome in the store, super cool. Lots of really healthy stuff to keep your best friends around longer to love. Friendly staff. Seemed both helpful and knowledgeable. I like the good information posted all around the store as well. 😼

This is a great company. I took my feline friend in to get a harness and was able to try the harness ahead of time. Staff are incredibly helpful with tons of information. There is a wall of literature for pet health concerns, and the staff are knowledgeable.

I came in for the first time a few months ago, and I am very glad I did. The staff was VERY welcoming, and very helpful. The prices are amazing, compared to PetSmart’s high prices. I get everything I need in a quick visit to Mud Bay. Love the variety of foods, toys, treats, bathing products….etc, they have for every animal (including small animals). They also have free samples (which my 3 year old guinea pig loses his mind over <3)!! Love how they support the cats and dogs in several shelters too! My favorite pet store ever. Loving store ran, staffed, and owned by loving people.

I reluctantly give it a 5 star. Only because of the prices. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. The selection of products is insanely huge! They sent me home with four sample size bags of dog food to try which is awesome because I would hate paying a high price for premium dog food that my dog won't eat. Aside from the cost of some of their products, I loved the store.

Good location and selection of cat toys. I appreciate the really small pom poms because my cat is really tiny and most toys are too big for her to carry around in her mouth. They're her favorite.

My pups were welcomed and given treats, they had what I was looking for. Treat ball for brain stimulation. The store is always clean, with lots of space. No crowded isles lots of space for me and 2 husky pups to look around and not feel boxed in or get into things before the chance to pay.

Great selection but staff needs improvement. I've started shopping at the Kent location due to reduced quality of staff at the Renton location and I've never seen a manager on the floor to offer assistance. They used to have outstanding customer service but it has gone way down hill within the last couple months.

Love this Mud Bay so much! The Team is helpful, friendly and efficient. I say "team" because the people work together like a high functioning team. The store always feels comfortable and harmonious. It's clean, well organized and very well run. We special order our cat food and it always arrives when promised. With the current pandemic, they made smart adjustments to stay in business while ensuring the safety of their employees and customers. I wish all retailers were this conscientious and smart.

I love the people who work here. They are all so patient and kind when dealing with my rambunctious pup. They know their inventory well and give great recommendations.My pup managed to knock over our refillable treat bucket all over the floor. Employees had to sweep the treats, pick up the card scanner that also found the floor, AND still let me refill the treat bucket!Thanks for treating my dog so well and not kicking us out!

OMG, I'll definitely be going here for everything. I wish I could get my puppies food here but I'm waiting to switch her food. Not sure of her name but super helpful with finding a harness (she had the same breed), saved me money. She also gave input on toy for a friend's dog.

I stopped here to get some stuff to spoil my cat. They have such a huge selection of toys,food,litter and so much more! I was most impressed though with the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were quick to greet us and offer assistance. They have definitely earned a customer for life!

Easy to get in and out quickly. Hit or miss on if all the items I am looking for are in stock and end up going to maple Valley and they have the product I am looking for. People are super helpful and inviting. Happy the store has come to the neighborhood

Always pleasant shopping here for things to pamper your pet. I wish things (esp toys) weren't quite so expensive, but they also seem to the going rate unless you're wanting something cheap that doesn't last. Staff is helpful. Store is clean and nearly laid out.

We went to pickup specific dog food samples. They did not carry the sample. They checked out couple of small food bags as samples and did not charge us.Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Our dogs loved all the attention!

We love mudbay, everyone is friendly & my pups love to sample all the treats from staff. This is the only place we buy our pups' treats. I can read all the ingredients, they don't come in wasteful plastic & they are inexpensive to boot!

Everyone here is so nice! They have a good variety of things here. I like that they would hold fun events and give free samples for your pets. I have only had to return an item once but I really appreciate their satisfaction policy.
