Took our Golden to Traci’s since our regular groomer wasn’t able to groom our Golden. I was very happy with the service and results whenI picked him up. He was very clean, smelled really nice, nails were clipped, and his coat was so smooth after they brushed and removed a lot of his undercoat. Eva the groomer thoroughly explained what will be done prior to the service and how long it would take. It did take about 3 hours, she said may be up to 4. Our Goldie was very happy when I went to pick him up. The owner Felicia was also there and she was very nice, friendly, and very knowledgable about dogs. I highly recommend Traci’s if you’re looking for a groomer for your pet dog or cat. Just be aware it may take longer, but the quality is absolutely the best.

Made an appt for 10am through the website. Showed up on time and no one was there. Tried calling, no response. Tried texting, no response. Came back at 11am, shop was still closed. Called again, no response.Gave my dog a sedative prior to this appt because she gets anxious. Turns out I did that for no reason. Not a fun way to spend a Friday morning during the work week.Be careful when booking an appointment time.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!If you are looking for a groomer, do not look any further!! You just found the perfect one! Don’t go anywhere else!!I have been taking my dogs to Traci’s since they opened. I honestly cannot remember if that was three or four years ago. I had had them groomed previously at various other places and I can say with 100% authenticity that our experience that day and since then has been incredible and above expectations!!!!!! (And I am very exacting in my expectations!!)Felicia, the owner, is so sweet and knowledgeable as well as fun to talk to. She also works very hard to try to accommodate people who have a weird schedule like I do.I have two small dogs and every time I get them groomed, whether it’s just bathing and a face trim or a full shave or whatever, they always come back looking amazing and they smell great!! We all love everyone there!!!!(Also, I have read the negative reviews. What a joke!! Remember to consider the source; understand that Felicia is not responsible for anyone else’s mistakes, behavior, or misinformation. In other words, while mistakes do happen and problems do occur, none of the reviews I read indicated anything that’s factual!)

I haven't always been able to say this about a dog groomer, but I LOVE taking my dog to Traci's. Owning a Yorkie can be challenging when it comes to finding the right groomer, but Didde (a groomer in the shop) does an excellent job. People often compliment his grooming when we're out and about. My pup doesn't mind going to Traci's either, which says a lot about their care. It's a wonderful place to take your pup for grooming in downtown Redmond, WA!

Traci’s is a great neighborhood shop for all of your pet’s needs. Judith is an excellent groomer, very gentle and kind. She is also a pet owner with two adorable dogs of her own. Nixon, (my client’s pet) had a great time visiting and we’ll be back!

Been taking my Golden Pyrenees here for over a year and they always do a great job with his 2 coats. He's a big dog (over 100lbs) and they never complain, only compliment. I won't go anywhere else.

Took my Poodle mix puppy in for her first grooming session ever, and the whole experience was great. The staff were so attentive and caring. I got my puppy back looking lovely; she was clean, fluffy, and soft, with her face, paws, and sanitary area trimmed. My puppy even got a cute little handkerchief around her neck when I went to pick her up. She looks adorable. Prices are so reasonable for the level of care they put into the pup. Very nice place -- I'm glad I went here and I look forward to coming back.

Just moved to Redmond a few months ago. Decided to give Traci's a try. Drop off my senior shihtzu, knowing that she had anxiety problems. Hoping things will go well. When I came and pick up my baby, was told Hey you don't pay us today because your baby wasn't fully groom by us today because she was very nervous so we couldn't give her a full groom. We didn't want to overwhelm her so we did what we could and also gave her a full bath. When I saw my baby I was so impressed that they didn't charge me at all.. She was pretty much groomed.. I felt bad that I didn't have to pay them.. After chatting with the owner and felt she was really sincere and honest I wanted to make an effort and bring back my baby so she can get used to the groomer. The owner is such a sweetheart and we're looking forward to bringing our baby back to get a touch up in a week and possibly buy some calming products from Traci's!! We're excited to become a long time customer! Honest, great service and very sweet!

I couldn’t wait to get home to write a RAVING review! Where do I even start! From the moment I called to make an appointment to the time I picked our pup up from the salon was nothing less than FANTASTIC! When I made the appointment I was able to speak directly with the groomer, Mitra, who was fabulous and took the time to explain all she would do. I was able to get an appointment within a days time, which is unheard of at every other grooming salon. Then when I arrived both Mitra and the owner greeted us immediately and took the time to get to know our dog. When I picked him up he was ecstatic to say the least. He had only been groomed one other time and came home to us very sad and shy. This time our pup was so full of energy and seemed to have a big smile on his face! The owner asked if she could give him a treat and he loved it. I already booked his next grooming appointment. A HUGE plus that they only use natural, organic products! I HIGHLY recommend Traci’s organic paws shop. It truly shows how they put the customer first by being friendly, respectful and very professional. Our dog loved it and so do we!

I always have a great time stopping by Traci's. The owner is so nice and welcoming and she always has a great selection of items for my cats from toys, high quality soft food, and organic dry food. Plus, she's the only one that carries the litter my cats use! Always a great experience and great products here!

This place is responsible for the death of our beloved Mini, who died due to collapsed trachea! This groomer overbooked themselves and ignored severe symptoms and we picked up our dog who could not breathe and went straight to the hospital and she passed away!!! I am Extremely heartbroken and Angry at the Negligence this Groomer displayed in allowing our sweet Mini to be under severe stress for over 6 hours while staff overbooked pushing back our 10AM appointment to care for other dogs while ours was kept there unable to breathe due to the stress unril 6pm! We should have been contacted if she was in that much distress ! How could they continue they let her struggle to breathe, ignoring the severity of the situation?! Customers should be able to Trust the Attention and Care their pets receive when they are placed in the hands of another! Not be in fear of our pet being in Danger and no one would take any action to save a dog's Life! I dont care that you are trying to make money and run a business! Your job first and foremost is to CARE for our Precious Babies! How dare you be so heartless and cruel to allow such a tragedy!!! Please Do Not go here and give money to a place that would allow this to happen! They have not stepped up or apologized to our family! They should take responsibility for being so negligent and offer to pay for the medical bills at least! This is completely wrong! Do not support this Business!!!!

When we showed up for our appointment, the door was locked and no one was answering the phone. We waited for about 30 minutes and then walked around for another 30. I called a dozen times and left multiple messages but never heard back. Not sure what’s going on here but seems very unprofessional and to no call/no show like that. I feel very disrespected for wasting my time and energy. Can not recommend this unreliable business to anyone!

These folks understand how to groom different breeds. I dont want my spaniel looking like a poodle. They get that. They also listen very well and do what I ask. Lucille looks great when i pick her up and just as good a month later - i dont know how they do that. Traci's is hands down the best

I think this place may be closed given the more recent reviews. I also showed up for an appointment that was confirmed and no one was there in addition the voice mailbox for the phone number is full so you can't leave a message. I also tried emailing. Ps my last time here they gave my dogs collar and leash to another customer. They seemed nice enough but I wouldn't recommend given my last 2 interactions.

Felicia is so awesome! She’s such a kind hearted woman. I frequent her quaint little neighborhood shop. I’m “Pet Nanny Angie” and she helps me with all my client pets, nail trims, grooms, even pet sitting when she can! They love her barkworthies bully sticks! You can see them chomping on those if you view her Instagram feed. I buy lots of treats and pet food from her too, plus she has a cute selection of unique accessory items. Groomer “Mitra” did an excellent job on “Loki’s” groom. He’s a havanese bishon we suspect. She is very familiar with the breed as she owns some herself! Thank you both for another great experience!

Come here to get my dogs nails trimmed can't beat $10. Says walk in's welcome but nail trimmer apparently leaves whenever she wants too. Got asked about what i feed my animals and i told them their on a raw diet and that didn't go over well. they were rude and asked so hows that going? As if i was going to reply anything but good news. When i told them its been a miracle to my cats they snooted their noses and wanted to try and sell me other food as if it wasn't good enough and I was killing my animals. When you walk im theirs no one their to greet you just a bell that you'll rattle several times before they acknowledge that you're their and then act like youre nail trim is a waste of their time.

I am a first time dog owner, my pup Mochi is only 16 weeks and this is her first grooming session. I was super anxious on how it was all going to go. I was greatly surprised with the very warm welcome by the owner(Felicia) and the groomer(Mitra). Mitra spent a lot of time talking to me understanding about Mochi and what my requirements were. Once Mochi was taken in, Felicia reassured that there is nothing to worry and they will take utmost care for Mochi.I was called after 2.5hrs to pick up Mochi , I was so surprised to see Mochi, she looked so lovely with a perfect hair trim, she was clean, fluffy and super soft. she also had a little handkerchief around her neck :-). The prices were reasonable and the care is excellent!Mitra spent a lot of time with me after the session explaining what i could do at home to help the puppy get used to grooming. The whole experience was great, I am glad i found this place and excited to become a long time customer!
