I recently visited Sam’s in Redmond and was incredibly impressed with my overall experience. Customer service was top-notch, with members who were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping pets and their owners. The store had a wide selection of high-quality products for my pets needs. The store was well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for pets and customers. My Chihuahua absolutely loved the treats I purchased, and I could see a visible improvement in her well-being. I highly recommend Sam’s to anyone looking for exceptional products and service for their furry friends. A definite five-star experience!" They offer grooming services as well. It's affordable, and Carmen, the groomer, is very kind and shows great care when trimming nails.

I’ve been shopping here since they opened and spend hundred of dollars a month with them. I bought the wrong treats yesterday, and they wouldn't let me exchange them without the recipe. I explained I didn’t have the receipt and the cashier said without it, or an account he can’t help me. I offered to give him my cc so he could look up the transaction, but he said he couldn’t help me. I’m shocked. I wasn’t asking for a refund, simply to exchange the treats for something else. Terrible way to treat a repeat customer. It’s a shame, they just lost my business permanently . From now on, I’ll shop somewhere else.

Worker more interested in getting out on time than doing their job. I called and asked when they closed for dog washing. They said they close at 6 but stop the self-service dog washing at 5. I got there at 4:40 and the young lady at the store said they were closed for dog washing. I challenged her about her telling me on the phone it was 5, and she said "yea, well not for big dogs, we close earlier."Needless to say, that is the last time I will go there, they may be convenient, but customer service is not something that they train for!They could have simply asked "we do close at 6, will you be able to be done by then?" But no, she simply refused to do let me wash my dog when I had already called. Was she afraid she would not be able to lock the door at 6 pm? This is one reason why small businesses fail! I will not go back and will advise others to do the same!

Had never heard of this place until a friend and mine posted about having SAMta pics with her fur babies. I quickly looked up the locations, called and they were SO friendly! They emailed info about booking appointments for photos and I was able to quickly book, pay and scheduled.Today we arrived and they were all ready for us, so friendly and SAMta was incredibly good with our babies.I will be changing our chewy subscriptions over here and buying all my treats from Sam’s!Thank you for such a wonderful experience !!

Always a wonderful visit! I bring my Golden's here for grooming, as well as use the self wash. Hands down my favorite self wash in the area.The staff are always awesome and go above and beyond! It's always a delight going in for a quick wash, treats, food or toys. I can find almost all my pet supplies at this shop!

Great people! I took my boy in to be groomed, he looked great and he was happy when he was done. Wasn't nervous or afraid. I know Grace took great care of him.Sam's has a new groomer now. She's great! Very patient with frightened pups. The entire staff seems great, the manager is fabulous.

Locally owned and operated pet food store with 3 locations. This location (Redmond Ridge) offers grooming, self-wash, their own bakery for dog treats and cakes, and high quality pet foods/treats/toys/supplements. They really do take pet food back if your pet doesn't like it so you never have to worry about spending money on something your cat or dog won't eat.

I can't sing enough praises for this place. But I should clarify, I haven't used the entire facility.I have a senior kitty with some health issues that the universe deemed I should be her protector. With these issues, food can be an factor in our struggles. Sam's fantastic and diverse team took the time to help find a food she could eat without a clean up less than five minutes later.When I walk in, they recognize me and ask how my cat is by name. I've mentioned issues casually, and they've had solutions.One aspect of Sam's that I haven't used is the self service pet wash. I'm not apposed to it, I just value my life more than spraying water all over a cat.I'm a big supporter of small business, and Sam's is a perfect example of why and how.

The self-serve dog wash has gone so far down hill that it isn’t any better than hosing your dogs off in the yard with cold water. The “shampoo” is now so diluted that it doesn’t clean any better than plain water, and the blow dryers have nothing more than a trickle of cold air. On mentioning this to the person at the counter, they acknowledged that the blow dryers weren’t really working anymore and still charged me $40 (full price)for bathing my 2 dogs. We left with 2 soaking wet dogs who weren’t much cleaner than we went in. Total waste of money compared to any other dog wash spot.
