Dr. Carlson and her staff were absolutely lovely to me and my pooch. After a recent move, I needed to establish care for my big staffy. I put this off as a result of caring for elderly parents and naturally, a need for urgent care arose with my pooch. The clinic was able to get us in same day- I expressed my guilt for waiting and there was only kindness, no judgement. Costs were very fair and we will make this our vet of choice!

I just had my pup's first appointment at Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital. I have a skittish heeler and a COVID puppy so they were both pretty scared. The team handled them amazingly and my skittish heeler even took treats (which he doesn't do). No complains with their service, but they called me to let me know that my cat’s blood work was good at 7:40 on Saturday. This just felt rude to me. Why do they think it’s ok to call that early on a Saturday?

Do not use at all costs. My dad had used the old owners for years they were good. But ever since the place got new owners the quality has gone down. They literally made my dad feel terrible for putting down our 15 year old dog who could hardly walk they wanted us to force her pills and told him they didn’t want to put her down… and now my dad has another older dog and they have misprescribed her time and time again she was just constantly in pain and they would not listen to us, all they wanted to do was charge us $900 to clean her teeth. Finally we said enough is enough and are completely done with this place will never go back and do not recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend this vet. I just moved here and haven’t found a vet in the area. I needed a emergency vet visit, after contacting 20+ offices no one would see my cat bc he would be a new patient. We just moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for our 11 year old cat with high blood pressure. We were very happy that Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital was just down the road from us. It was very easy to make and appointment and were extremely nice over the phone and just as nice when we came in for our appointment. Our vet was caring and took care of our little baby with a calming essence. We have confidence that this will be our long term vet for our cat now and any pets we may have in the future!

Can’t say if they are good or bad but can say I’ll never find out. Called to make appointment and got their voicemail complete with detailed procedures on Covid. Left all required information. Message assured a call back in 24hours. Been over a week and nothing. Seems they are too busy or too concerned with having any contact with customers to follow their own instructions. Gave up. Another local vet called me back same day after online appointment request. My advice is skip this place unless you can wait indefinitely to even talk to someone.

I highly recommend the Redmond-Fall City animal hospital. We have been going there since we moved to Carnation in 2013. They've been outstanding in a variety of situations. We have a diabetic cat, an adventurous pug, and they were so kind at the passing of our very old cat when we first visited. We've seen Dr Maillet many times and she is knowledgeable and practical in solving challenges. The front desk is also wonderful, thanks Dana for all your help and support. I really appreciate it.

I saw Dr. Wise this morning for a 2nd opinion for my 15 YO dog, (should have been my 1st choice). As other have said the staff is great and Dr. Wise took the time to explained the situation and the different options. You can tell the staff really cares about your pets/family member. (its not just a job for them). I will be back, I highly suggest you give them a call if your looking for a excellent Vet.

Have been going to RFCAH for 18+ years and love it. I take my dogs and cats to see Dr. Hartung and she is the best! Very thorough with examinations and spends enough time at each visit so I leave knowing that my pets got great care and all my questions/concerns are answered. Dr. Hartung has a great approach to pet care in that she doesn't push unnecessary tests or treatments but will give you an honest and practical answer when it comes to making important decisions about your pet's health. I feel fortunate to have such great veterinarian care for my pets and the rest of the staff is great as well!

I got a ~2 yr cat from a shelter recently and went to RFCAH in the first week that we got her. The doctors and technicians are amazing and very helpful. Since this is my first pet ever, I had a lot of questions (even dumb ones), but the doctor and technicians were very patient with me and answered all my questions very patiently. They are available even for answering any questions or concerns over the phone. I felt my little kitty was in safe hands. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who wants good care for their furry little ones :)

If you’re ok with your pet sitting all day without food waiting for a dental then this is the perfect place for you. We were told to bring in our senior cat at 8:45-9am, without breakfast and after two unanswered calls, we finally hear back at 1:15pm that they haven’t even started the procedure. We have been long time clients but we will not be bringing any of our pets back nor recommend you do.

We had to have our beloved dog put down after a long life, and I so appreciated the care and respect the staff gave to my children and our sweet dog. So loving and caring and gentle. It was a sad day for our family, but the way we were supported and the way Jake was cared for made it a little easier. We have used the Redmond Fall City location for a very long time. We now are using the Sammamish location for grooming. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and caring that all the staff possess. Our pet was just in for her 2 yr check-up! The vet was caring and well versed on medications and vaccinations for our pet. I would definitely recommend Dr. Erica Gillum.

Jasmine had her annual physical at RFCAH. Dr. Maillet was her vet, and Jasmine loves her. The service of all of the staff was excellent, warm, and friendly, as usual. We trust their judgement, recommendations, and advice, and rely on their expertise. The personal touch, such as prompt phone calls after visits and procedures to check on our pet, report test results, etc., are exceptional, as well. The new remodel of the facility is very nice and inviting, too.We love RFCAH! I have been bringing our pets to RFCAH since 1995. We appreciate and value all of the veterinarians and their staff. I read information on the care of rabbits on your site that is utterly wrong. I am not taking my rabbit here to get spayed, not like you're accepting 'exotic' animals right now anyways. But the wrong information was that rabbits are just great "fluffy pets that love to be handled", along with "the only food rabbits require is water and unlimited pelleted food." Rabbits hate being handled aka being picked up at all also rabbits require unlimited green hay along with unlimited water and only 1/4-1/2 cup of pellets per 5 pounds of body weight. I'm not sure if I can trust any of the other info on your cite either. So actually do your research and update the cite with correct information to ensure the health of pets whose owners go to your cite to seek reliable pet care advice!!
