I’ve been using this location’s online order/locker pickup about 5 times. It was going great til it didn’t. After waiting 10 minutes past my pickup window ended, i still had not gotten a code to pickup. (Maybe No one has fulfilled my order?) I went to ask the employees about my order and they both said that they couldn’t help me…? I’m pissed I can’t get the food I paid for and that every number I call doesn’t work.I’m taking care of my sick partner and this order was supposed to simplify my dinner plan and feed us for the week. It’s been over an hour and they have not fulfilled my order.Seems like they need to hire more people to fulfill locker orders. Also maybe train your employees to be polite to kind customers. As rude as they were, I’m willing to bet they won’t fulfill my order tonight at all.

I can always find what I'm looking for, and the updated app can be used to search for item locations and even included a map, and wonderfully, the map is per store and for my use have always been updated and accurate.

Okay, it would be 5 stars if the checkout lines were not so long, but! Everything else is 5 star. From the latest Beaver brand cranberry mustard to specialty vegan yogurt to lovely produce, flowers, seasonal items and deli meals, oh yeah. This place shines! Even their restrooms are clean. We enjoyed being able to pop in for our favorite bagels, too.Good location. Big parking lot.

I witnessed the front desk receptionist treat a lady that had lost her wallet and an extreme monotony manner insisting that instead of helping her find her wallet that she must look for herself because they could not access the cameras instead of providing a more accurate depiction of what a solution could be for the situation

This is the little supermarket that could. They always have friendly people working, which I appreciate muchly. If you want seafood or meat from the butcher, you’ll have to go to the one at Bella Bottega. I feel like this one’s days are numbered, but it’s great having a store in my neighborhood.

Good for quick errands. Lately I have been having trouble finding things in stock though. Very few checkout counters are open so lines can get long. Limited self-checkout counters.

Let me first start off by saying that this review isn't just for this specific store, but rather the way that Kroger has decided to run QFC and Fred Meyer in the past year or so.Today when I walked into this store, they had one register open (out of 6/7) and the lines for for the self checkout went halfway down the aisles. To be that understaffed on a Sunday afternoon is absolutely unacceptable.So I did what any logical person would do and went down to the Trader Joe's right next to the QFC. Zero wait and I don't have to bag my groceries.It's quite clear that Kroger does not want my business anymore, so I will not spend another penny at any of their stores until they fix this massive issue.

1 checkstand open. There were tons of employees walking around, but nobody was actually working. Sad state we're in right now. It's not my job to scan the items, bag the items, and check to make sure everything was scanned properly. For the price of the goods that I'm purchasing, there should be a checker on every stand! Do your job, I'm not a grocery store employee. 🖕🏽U QFC!

Pretty good supermarket, but the prices are rather high, and the selection of items could be better. If there were a better supermarket nearby with a wider selection than the Trader Joe's next door, I probably wouldn't come here, but they have enough that I don't go searching for a new place.UPDATE: Maybe this place just isn't very 'discoverable'; since my prior review I've found some great items here. Bumping up my review one star.

This was a fantastic market! Excellent selection of craft beers, great sushi for a grocery store (the rice was actually fresh rather than sticky or crunchy). The check out guy was friendly, helpful, and even hooked me up with the store specials even though I don't hold s frequent shopper card since I was from out of town. Great experience all around!

Well organized, nice staff and excellent produce. Nice wide aisles and its moderate size makes a quick circuit of the store to get my lunch and dinner far easier than any other grocery in Redmond.

Today unfortunately an employee in the bakery was walking around without a mask.I asked them to wear their mask and within a minute they had pulled it down again.Just a bummer. Sad to see. I mentioned to staff there but not sure they can do much.Definitely hoping this can get caught and corrected. People are still dying from Covid so it's still very important to wear protection.Please protect your staff and your customers. Your employees are great and deserve better.

Good store friendly staff. But boy the floor sure has a bend. Your cart always rolls away when you’re trying to shop for eggs or yogurt. And the bathrooms are pretty close by all the soup. And people go in there and blow it out and then you smell it when you’re trying to shop for food.That’s really gross and makes you not really want to buy from that store. If they fix that I bump it up to five stars.

No service. Exceptionally rude personnel, no public restrooms, and somehow much much lower quality than most Kroger owned stores, which is saying a great deal. At this point I can just lookup if Kroger owns a place, and if they do, just not bother going there because of the absence of service, quality, and cleanliness.

This is one of the smaller QFC. There's a much bigger one just a few blocks away. Nonetheless, this location is conveniently off the main Street. It has its own Starbucks and the usual amenities like bakery, modest deli. It's not bad for grabbing basics but don't expect anything grand.

It's close and convenient. There's a bigger QFC down the road that is better stocked.This store doesn't carry all of the meat I would expect a grocery store to carry.

My new grocery store. Embarrassingly good selection (I didn't know that olive bars were a thing, or that their were so many types of olives), but you're going to pay a little more than you would anywhere else for the same brands. I mostly shop here because I live a block away and can walk it, even when I buy waaay more than I expect.Also, the employees are always great, expect for the meat counter which always seems a little annoyed when I want something from the case.

Convenience and quality. Although it can get a bit busy in the evening around 4-6pm on most days it's not too terrible. The deli sandwiches are great and made fresh.

I hate QFC. There are two near me but I will drive further away to go to safeway. QFC never had enough cashiers and expects you to check out yourself, even with a full cart. Never have this issue at safeway. If the line gets long they open another lane.

Changed from 1 star to 4. New manager, new remodel, friendlier employees. Note: It is a smaller store so some items you expect might not be carried due to space limitations. They now have a dedicated service desk which is staffed as opposed to before the remodel. Old review: Always out of stock on products and the manager doesn't care. 5/6/18. Losing a star - one checker on a Sunday at 7:30 pm. Line halfway down the isle.

This is going to be a strange and somewhat embarrassing review so Ill just come out and say it..... Your toilet was not anchored to the floor in the Mens bathroom. Upon sitting down, the entire toilet fell completely over to the side. I advised 2 staff members. One of which I'm fairly certain was a member of the management team. Both guys seemed unphased and didn't bother to call anyone or care at all. They didn't even ask if I was okay. One even said "ya it's always something with that toilet". Disappointed with you guys to say the least. We shop with you a lot out of convenience but there are plenty of other places to go. If that's how you maintain your facilities and respond, what are we supposed to think about the food you handle and maintain?
