I love the grooming and bathing services they offer at Petco in Redmond. I have been taking my little baby Jessie there for the past 2 years. She never misses an appointment. Lacie is our stylist. She takes really good care of my dog. She also always helps me out booking appointments every 4-5 weeks for Jessie. So she’s always looking good.

Love this place! I’ve been taking my dogs here for grooming services for over five years now. I highly recommend Lacy. She’s attentive, patient and so loving with our dogs. I also recommend getting the petco credit card. You will save SO much money by using it and also signing your pets up for vital care. By using these together my husband and I save around $300 a month for pet services/items. Highly recommend Lacy for grooming though!!

I would not use Petco's grooming service.It's poorly run, disorganized and has high turnover and the current staff has a very uncaring attitude about customer service and the care of our dogs.Example, I showed up 10 minutes early and was chided by the groomer for being early. Really?2nd example, our female Brittany gets nervous at the vet or groomer, so she gags when she strains at the leash. The groomer told me my dog likely has a heart problem and I should take her to the vet??? That's surely not the case and I don't think they are qualified to say such things. Yes, she gets nervous, most dogs do at the groomer.3rd example, the place is dirty and they always run late. You never get the same groomer because groomers often quit and they don't seem interested in delivering good service.I'm done, going elsewhere.

This is not the first time that I have gone into this store and a large number of critters are dead. Lots of dead fish in the tanks and some that look to have been there a while. This past visit, all the crickets, roaches in all sizes were dead. I would say over 30 containers and they were still sitting on the shelf for sale. The store employee felt bad because the shipment of loose crickets had not arrived and he couldn't sell me anything else. As a customer who has come in multiple times and sees the lack of care in what is being sold is disappointing. I understand things happen but leaving all the dead critters especially fish that will be harmful to those not dead as they decompose is not okay. I will not be buying any live animals from this Petco in the future.

Just don't go to Petco for grooming. Both bath and grooming services is bad. My dog has appointment on 11/16. My original scheduled was book with Lacie in Jan, 2024. And Petco text me stated that they have opening for 11/16, so I went. When I went there, the groomer kept asking me how long ago did my dog go to professional groomer, I said about 6 months ago, then the groomer gave me a quite long silent moment..... Then I told her my request. She said it will take about 3 hours. After about 10 mins, they call me and said that my dog had a lot of matting and ask me to take home to dematt or shave her. I didn't know how to dematt, so I brought to the professional groomer!!!!! So the only way is to shave my dog. So I said go for it, just shave her. And after about 2 hour. They text me again and said my dog is done. I said okay, I will be there later, and they said they have limited space so I need to pick her up ASAP. But at first, they said my dog need about 3 hours and finished around 2 hours. So I don't get why there is not space for just for 1 more hour. Finally, When I pick my dog up, I was so shock. They shave all her body but not any thing for the head. And they told me because my dog didn't let them..... ya, and they are processional groomer!!! and I have never had this kind of issue with other groomer. After I took my dog home, she was scratching around, that didn't happen before she went to the groomer. And after one day, she was licking her arm non-stop. And I found out that her arm has redness. So I applied some cream. But I got worse after 2 days so we took her to the vets. Vets said there is wound on her arm and got infection. So my dog has been suffering for the uncomfortable and pain from the medication for 1.5 week. And after the redness gone, my mom can see clearly that both my dog arms has three cuts which is from the shaver.

Returned a bag of food for my cat since he hv allergy to chicken. The store gave my husband a giftcard as a refund which is fine. I tried to use the giftcard online but it is for in store only and they dont Hv the wet food that my cat can eat since it all hv chicken but refused to order those to get them ship to my house because w the giftcard i can only buy what available in store. The manager wasn’t willing to help in any shape of form. I grab a bunch of wet food to give to my friend to just use up the giftcard since i want nothing to do w petco no more. Save you time and shop at PetSmart, their return policy is wayyyy better. Wasted 40 mins, and to trips to the store for nothing.

Hello Petco store…District Manager(?), Went in here the other day to pick up an item that was showing as “in stock” at this location, figuring it would actually be easier/faster than Amazon. But after looking up and down multiple half-empty aisles, navigating around boxes of inventory and clearance items, I wasn’t able to find the item. Asked employee at register for assistance. Person said they don’t really know where things are in the store and that the manager might know. They left to go get the manager, manager returns, glances around at a few boxes, and says “yea I don’t see it. it’s probably over…there” and points to the very large mountain of boxes and pallets full of products. Maybe the store is understaffed? Maybe the existing staff needs a better plan for inventory management? Maybe you could hire me as a 1099 contractor to organize the store by next weekend and advise on better processes for handling shelf stocking? Not sure but I’m at least hesitant to trust the website saying a product is in stock or not for this store. Can’t sell what you can’t see…or can’t get to.

We had an appointment in Petco with my dog with special needs for a grooming, he has glaucoma and he can hardly see anything. What a surprise I was that a groomer named Lacie refused to cut my dog’s hair, it’s simply unthinkable! She pulled his beard, he opened his mouth, she said that he was trying to bite her. A blatant lie, he doesn’t see her at all. In addition, this anti-professional groomer added my dog to the ban, and now I will not be able to sign up online. disgusting service deserves 0 stars.

This Petco location left a really good impression to me and my friend when we went to grab some shrimp for his aquarium and all is thank to Logan and Markus. even though shrimps are not that costly they did not treat us any differently than someone buying a pricy item.Markus is very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to us and educate us better about what might my friend and my aquarium needs.Logan was very helpful when he needed to assist another customer before us he kindly ask if we can hold on until he addresses the other customer request first.I really appreciate both of them and level of customer care they showed was very kind.Definitely recommend this to go to for your pet's needs

We went in for some bedding and food for our lil Guinea pigs. The workers there were so friendly and wanted to help us find everything we needed.On top of that, they have a worker (Possibly manager?) named Marcus who truly went above and beyond to help us out with coupons, rewards, and information. Thank you for being awesome humans! Really helps keep care for our awesome animals 😁

Had a horrible experience at the groomers here. First, every time I come in I am greeted with attitude and asked how my dog does with grooming.. I am not the one grooming him, I leave every time, so I have no idea. Then, my dog was denied service because his ear looked red. She asked me if he has ear infections and I said he is actually on drops to help prevent against them and she told me she could not take any dog on medication. That is a crazy policy, and completely wasted my time. I am actually glad he was turned away because I do not want to be supporting this big chain corporation that takes 0 pride in their work or who they hire to groom pets.This store has such a lack of professionalism and ability to do the job, I would not warn anyone against bringing their dog here.

The groomer are AWFUL. Mean, unprofessional, and clearly hate their lives. Refused to groom my dog because of new policy that they forgot to let us know…. Even though we booked the appointment 2 months ago. I literally can’t express how much I hate this place. I hope both girls grooming here lose their jobs & find a job where they don’t have to interact with other people. They are horrible. Complete lack of professionalism & respect for others.

Grooming is great. I wish they would carry the organic dog food I buy for my dog. Castor & Pollux 4lb bags. Grass fed beef is what I buy now and have to get it on Amazon.

I want to share an extremely unpleasant experience with fish department in this store. The girl who was in charge of the fish department was super rude to me and caused a lot of trouble for me. I went to the fish department and telling the girl I to buy a pleco. She asked me what tank do I have and what fish I have. I told her, I have a 55 gallon tank, has 3 gold fish and 2 tetras. She refused to sell pleco to me. She told me the gold fish WILL EAT your tetras. I said I have them for a few years, they live together pretty well. Then she starts to yell at me: YOUR GOLD FISH WILL EAT YOUR TETRAS!!!!! Then she went away. She squint at me when she was talking to me as well. She is a girl and I remember her hair is combed to one side. Because she refuse to sell pleco to me, I have to drive for 30 minutes to another store to get one. I will not buy any fish related stuff at this store if she is still present.

Terrible customer service. Employees sucked money for their salary and just go home early. My dog needs medication and it says open and I drove 20 mins to get it in icy road at 3:55. An employee said they closed without any specific reasons. Door says open 10 to 6 and just they closed. I asked his favour even 5 minutes before even 4.beforebe before 4, they rejected me and another customer. Just they wanted to home early.

This is the worst petco ever . We bought the puppy complete package for this store. I never left negative feedback ever. But this time I have to do this. The staff Corina is very rude. The situation is like this. The puppy 1 class suppose to have 6 classes in total. After more than 2 months , we supposed to completed the puppy 1 class and start the puppy 2 class. However, we only took 2 classes for the puppy 1 because either the trainer got sick or the store closed. We are trying to negotiate to get the refund for the rest classes but the store refused to do that. The staff ( pretend to be store manager) is very rude and yell at us. She is the most rude person I ever met. If there's 0 star, I would do that.

Purchased flea treatment for our small cat and later found a lower price on-line. Went back to the store the next day and was able to quickly get a refund of the price difference through their price match guarantee program. Both times I've gone into the store the staff have been friendly and professional.

The reason I give petco a 3 stars is because they have Ferrets but they don’t happen to have bunnies at all (and there are bunny cages which I don’t recommend at all costs) and plus the ferrets have water bottles. You may be asking yourself why pet cage water bottles are not great well it is that it is harder to get water out of the water bottle. And sometime it is had to find staff bit over all it great this is just my opinion. P.S. don’t let this stop you from getting one of the pets they need home and whorls do nothing to them plus th y are is small like cages I think

They are randomly closed during the day, and the online inventory is inaccurate. They even had the dummy box for the cat medicine I wanted to buy, but they were out. Take the dummy box off the shelf if you don't have the item. Also the prices don't match what online prices are.
