Used to love this place, not so much anymore. The rewards program isn't great. I have to spend like $300 in 3 months to get 30% all orders after that and then your points reset after 3 months and you have to start all over. I get no discount with my points basically. They're always out of products and when they say they'll get a shipment in on a certain day, most of the time I go in and check and they don't have it or it'll arrive in a few days. Things happen, but why is it like that so often? Why am I making special trips out here so I can spend a lot of money and get something I don't want? I honestly debate if it's even worth it going in because every time I leave, I'm disappointed and that's not how I want to feel when I leave there. The employees are cool for the most part and some people are very helpful. Shout out to Brian, he's nice and helpful and I enjoy seeing him when I go in. I keep checking to see if things improve and I'm hopeful one day it's better but time will tell I suppose

Favorite dispo in Redmond! Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, definitely ask for their recommendations! They carry quality products - personally I’m a huge fan of Dabster, their disposables and dab cannons! I rather spend a few extra $$ and have high end flower and dabs. Marley has helped me several times and I always appreciate his expertise on all different kinds of products! They always have promotions going on, so even if you’re not a part of the loyalty program you won’t leave disappointed! Thank you Reggie you’ve turned this place around 🙂

I don’t know what happened recently, but it feels like things have changed in the last 6 months or so. They increased their prices just before launching a new reward program. It seems like they’re trying to figure out a system for a rewards program that works, but the constant jerking around of the rules and options is insulting. The rewards tier I was in, prior to some random day in early January, gave me a flat 20% off the store - which employees confirmed would be to offset the jump in prices - I was okay with this. But now, the program has changed (again) to an actual middle finger to it’s regular customers. Instead of 20% off the store, I now only have a discount on a limited list of flavored and cheap products, nothing I ever buy. Anyway thanks to this recent change I’ve learned Hashtag has a great, and steady, rewards program! Even better, I can get the same products I used to, for the same prices as before origins cranked theirs up! Plus discounts! Shop around, this place only wants more of your money. The general employees are really nice and have seemed disappointed in this change as well, I wish them all the best. But management seems…lost and thirsty.

I decided to come into this location for the second time, and it was a horrible experience. The first time I visited here was an amazing customer service experience. The person working the door and budtender went above and beyond. Yesterday in the morning was a horrible experience. The door person greeted me after being sarcastic towards the customer in front of me because he was being a jerk. I get that there are rude people, but don't act unprofessional in front of other customers. Upon waiting my turn in line, the budtender Cerra didn't even say hello to me. I felt very unwelcomed as a customer based on the deamoner Cerra was giving off. On top of that, after I tipped Cerra, I didn't even get a thank you or even got acknowledged at all. I refuse to come back to an establishment that makes me feel like some type of number, rather than a person. Also on another note people, this dispensary will charge you a 10.100% Redmond Sales Tax along with another Washington State Excise Tax at 37.000%. I spent $60 for a normal Mfused brand vape which is normally $35-40 in Seattle. Rip off location.

My favorite dispensary across 12 states!I'm back to edit my review from 5 star to 1.I have been a heavy hitter for months and have spent thousands of dollars at origins. I recently filed for my WA driver's license, considering I decided to move here. I only had a picture of my paper form, which scanned fine! They would not serve me.. although I have been in the system for months and have a profile. Everyone even knew me!! Lost my business..

Used to have better service. Now when they’re busy, they expect you to get in line and just order at the counter. A lot of times I need some help picking items. this black Friday was the same deal, and I decided to walk out and go to another nearby business instead. Nothing against the budtenders, I know most of them now and they’re all pretty awesome, and they’re very helpful when they’re not slammed. I think it’s just more of being short staffed issues. Anyways, gonna give this store a few more tries but if this is going to be the new usual I’m gonna go to other stores.Mohammad

Had my ID scanned and checked 4 times in a span of walking 10 feet. I understand safety but this seems excessive compared to other shops I go to in the area. Doesn't make me feel great.Edit: I want to commend this establishment for correcting this issue immediately and I haven't dealt with this since. I would however like to point out some of the price points especially for airo pro cartridges that is 54$ compared to 45$ everywhere else for live flower.

Purple hair lady is always in weird "I don't want to be here" mood, like "okay, I guess I'll get you that 😒😐" attitude always. And they act like they're 20% off discounts are crazy. There's weed stores in Everett that are doing 30% every day with better attitudes. I do the 25 minute drive over coming here. Also no I don't want to overturn Monroe's decision to not have a pot shop there. It was there choice. It's not like it's a medical dispensary. Just some business owner that wants to make more money selling over priced weed

From the outside I thought this was just a really nice clothing store with a dispensary attached to it. But turns out, it’s a really nice dispensary with a clothing store attached. Amazingly knowledgeable staff with probably the coolest system of categorizing product by lifestyle. Love the interior and simplicity of the space.
