Not only do they have the best selection of healthy and natural products I can’t get anywhere else for my pup, the staff is so knowledgeable and kind! They helped fit my new puppy into a harness and collar, answered my questions about the best pet stain remover (get biozyme!!!) and all the other things I’ve asked. The biggest plus is the always love on my little guy and give him his favorite treats. All their toys are top notch too, I have an aggressive chewer and so far everything I’ve got him has managed to stay in tact and help him through his teething. I recommend this store to anyone with pets!!

I love my cats, Mushroom & Blackberry, more than anything in the world. I’m new to being a cat owner, so I’ve had a lot of questions — Mud Bay has been so incredibly helpful throughout my first year’s journey with my boys! Every employee I’ve worked with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.All the food products they carry are vetted by a pet nutritionist. They allow samples of certain food products if your pet hasn’t tried them yet, which was SO nice as I transitioned my boys from their kitten food to a healthier adult diet. The toys they carry are great too. If you have cats, check out the “Go Cat” brand next time you’re here.I haven’t tried their delivery service, but have done pickup. My order was ready faster than the quoted time and the employee facilitated the pickup was helpful and flexible (I was sick & she adjusted the normal procedure so it would be safe for everyone!).Supply chain issues still affect some of their products, but that’s no different than any other pet store.All in all, Mud Bay is fantastic & I’d recommend them to any pet owner!!

Mud Bay is amazing! The employees are super helpful and friendly, and the selection of products is massive! Our dog really loves going there as well, and being able to weigh her on their scale is an added bonus!The employees also always really go above and beyond with wonderful service!

I visited in order to donate bags of litter for a friend's cat who didn't like the litter. ... The cats, not my friend. The store associate came to my car and carried all 3 bags! It was very nice of her. Thank you

We love it here! Not only is it my dog Thors go to spot in the neighborhood~it’s also a pleasant place because All the employees make it a charming experience!!! I would like to say thank you to Anna, Cooper, Teghan, Shay, Vivian, Paul, and Tasla!!! You all have made it fun for us. Thank you for always sharing your treats with him! Y’all spoil us and we love you!!! Just wanted to make an update for y’all Thor is sleeping in Gods lap now… Until we meet again my boy! Also thank you Anna and Vivian for really loving him and taking care of him on his last visit He loved y’all!

I been with Mudbay for so long and always coming back because of their customer service and how accommodating the staffs are. Went to the Redmond location @3:40pm 02/11/24 to return an item without receipt because I throw it away by accident. And the return policy said i can return it without receipt for store credit which is fine since i will use anw. All 3 employees (there was a guy with beards, a girl with super sharp and dark eyes-liner and a long hair girl was there) they look like they HATE their job so much that they don’t want to be there and not just with me but with the people in front of me also. They make it so difficult for me till i show them their own policy online then they was like “we will do this this time only” like what? It on your policy and if you hate your job that much, you should quit and find another one. I love support local business but never at this location again.

We absolutely love this store and so does our 115 lb dog, Cassie. Yes, we come for the high-quality food, toys and treats, but especially because EVERYONE is super nice and gives Cassie great love.This week ANNA went above and beyond - Cassie's car harness was not fitting correctly and we were afraid of what would happen if we were in an accident. Anna helped us fit it correctly onto Cassie's chest, then cinched up the straps so it was very solid and protective - SO much different from how we had been putting it on Cassie. Finally, we feel Cassie is safe.Everyone in the store is special but ANNA is a ROCK STAR!!

You can find various dog food and treats there. I enjoyed taking my baby dog to get some frozen food there. They have spacious space, tidy display and nice staffs.

Compared to other mud bats, this location seems to have a wider selection than others. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, positively engaged and assisted me, and did so quickly. Trips here are pleasant and easy.

Very helpful and friendly staff! They helped me choose a cute fleece for my dog, and she approves of it. I'm thankful for the help they provided as far as what size would be best, since my dog wasn't with me at the moment.Great selections of toys as well, including a cute cat toy for my mom's new kitten!

I came in just before the store closed with my 9 month old puppy who had been vomiting bile in the mornings for a couple of days, but who was otherwise energetic and eating and drinking.Anna helped me with product suggestion and even provided me with a sample of a food topper that might alleviate his morning vomiting. The products worked and he is well now.She went above and beyond by showing kindness and compassion and even by staying a few minutes after store hours to complete the transaction.

Absolutely love this place. Customer service is always amazing. Such patient, kind associates that you cam tell genuinely care about your fur family. I’m moving to Kirkland from Redmond and will still drive out to this Redmond Mud Bay because of how awesome they are.

I walked in this morning around 10am looking for some wet food options for my cat who is a picky eater. I was quickly helped by a young woman who gave me some free samples to try and answered all of my questions. It was clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable on cat food and specifically the raw diet. I wish I caught her name but i just wanted to say thank you so much!!

Very friendly staff who helped us locate one product and confirm the non-availability of another. Very spacious, bright, clean and airy store. It was quiet this evening. Dogs stuff in one half of the store, cat stuff in the other and some small animal items between. An excellent selection of food, treats and toys. My dog loves the braided bully sticks and I bought him and his buddies their Christmas gifts.

Fun pet supply store!!! Lots of friendly, attentive staff who greet you and are actually interested in helping you find what you want and need for your pet, unlike other stores where they run away! They have a very nice policy that you can return things that don't work out for you even if they've been opened or used. A little spendy, but worth it.

Her customer service skills are utter perfection—going above and beyond to not only answer any questions knowledgeably, but also building a connection with you and your pet!! Friendly staff. Usually not busy. They are a little expensive, which is par for the course for any pet store around here that's not like petco or whatever. I always can find a toy/treat my dog loves at this place.

I have picky eaters, especially for their dry food (one cat wont touch wet food, the others will eat any wet food i give them really). When i went there asking for advice an employee--I forget her name now but she was lovely--immediately went above and beyond, offering me samples to try. Cats ended up liking two of them even!

Mud Bay has a great selection of premium cat and dog supplies. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, so it's not hard to find what you are looking for. They also have a great selection of samples and a robust return policy, so pets can try out and choose the things that they like.

I had a great first experience at Mud Bay today. My dog is not eating and we have tried several things to get him to eat. It is not helping. Cooper was so knowledgeable and helpful and put my mind at ease. He helped me find a couple items to try and is looking into a couple more options. He also helped my son with his overweight cat problem, with some ideas for that as well. THANK YOU COOPER!

They have a wide selection of cat and dog food, treats (extensive), and pet things like leashes and beds. The staff are very helpful and go way out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for if you can’t find it. I like the selection of whole grain, grain free, and whole food dog foods.

Mud Bay is one of our favourite stores to visit - spacious, well-stocked and with friendly, thoughtful service. We love the products they carry, knowing that it’s quality stuff and every time we go, the staff are super kind and gentle to our dog Summer, offering head rubs, treats and water. It’s a local business that supports the local community and that deserves our support too!

No going wrong with mud bay. They let you sample pet food and always have treat samples. Staff is also incredibly knowledge about the food they sell. Great store, and my cat loves it too!
