My dog, Winston can be very hesitant when it comes to getting his nails trimmed. We used to have to go to the vet every few months where they could muzzle him and use three people to get the job done. We are so lucky to you have found Dog hair don’t care. We go regularly to Marymoore Park, and it’s like they’re waiting for us. Winston has no problem and doesn’t need to be muzzled while getting his nails trimmed. He also tolerates the Dremel or grinder. I’ve never seen him be this comfortable with somebody handling his paws. There is usually no line and if there is one, it goes by quick. The price is great and is so much less than the vet. We plan on continuing to go to childcare don’t care at Marymoor Park once every 6 weeks to keep them short and off my wood floors.

Very welcoming, great atmosphere and they made our pup feel very comfortable. They took personal care of him and listened to what we wanted. The cut is perfect and he came home very relaxed and happy. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Nana is a rescue and the staff did a wonderful job to make her feel comfortable during her grooming experience. The team was kind and thoughtful, you can tell they are passionate about what they do! She looks fabulous for the coming holiday season.

Just had a super experience at Dog Hair Don't Care dog grooming - these folks are amazing!Friendly Staff: Owners Dan and Luna and their team are really welcoming. They greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home the moment you walk in.Top-Notch Grooming: Asked for a specific style for our toy aussie and they absolutely nailed it. The attention to detail is impressive, and they clearly know what they're doing.Efficient Service: I was amazed at how quickly they got everything done - only 90 minutes! Great for anyone on a tight schedule.Relaxed Atmosphere: The place is clean, cozy, and has a great vibe. The first 2 times I had my dog get a nail trim were positive experiences. The woman (Luna I think?) was super friendly and professional. My 3rd appt however was cancelled right before for seemingly no reason. So I set up another appt the following month. This one was a no call no show. I called their number and left a voicemail but never heard back. I probably should have learned my lesson but I decided to book another appt at the Magnuson location for this past Sunday. A couple hours before my appt they cancelled it. I can't help but feel like perhaps it's personal, maybe tipping 20% isn't enough or maybe they don't like my dog who can be a little anxious during nail trims? Really weird as the first couple times were fine. Super unprofessional and I would have appreciated some sort of communication from their end. Just wanted to share my experience so others don't waste their time.

I had the great good fortune of having my wonder dog, English Springer Spaniel Sugar, groomed at Dog Hair Don't Care Express Grooming. They are as good as their word. Done in 1-1/2 hours and a superb service.

The ladies in the truck were so gentle and compassionate with our dog. She did not want her nails trimmed. They did a great job. The price is really reasonable and the truck is so convenient.

Owners keep tips- employees don't get them. My favorite nail tech Sami had to quit. They really lost a lot with her leaving and I'm sure the other dog owners who visited her regularly will agree. I heard two others have quit, too. Really makes you wonder...

visited on 2/29/24 misleading signage saying 2 services for $30. so after we got both dogs nails trimmed it was $50. then she laughs and says yeah the sign is misleading. she didn’t file them down well either, not impressed at all. will never return.

Friendly people!!! I have a pit bull and she was not seen any different like some groomers in the Seattle area that are so afraid of my pup and refuse service to us I did not have that problem with dog hair don’t care! The employees always treat my pup like any other dog and she loves it as do I!

The only place my dogs can go--everywhere else makes them anxious and defensive. It helps immensely that I can stand there and pet them as they get groomed, that the groomers are friendly (and have treats!), and it's at their favorite place--the dog park. Good prices too. Highly recommend!

My dog hates getting his nails done and always yelps. The girls did wonderful with him, not one yelp and his nails were neat and trim. Would have given 5 stars if not for their lack of process in honoring those people who make appointments. Made an appointment 2 days prior. Showed up before appointment time. Still had to wait in line with everyone else. They never even asked if anyone had an appointment. My advice to this business: Don’t bother having a site to book appointments if you’re not going to honor them.

If I can give a lower the 1 star I would. Their hours have been posted to close at 5pm. I rushed and got here just after 4pm. I didn’t get their names but the blonde lady was the polite one the other girl was rude and closing early. I feel they just wanted to close and be off early. I then took my dog to get bathed, as I was there I mentioned about them closing early and they told me, yeah there pretty inconsistent with their hours. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. Never again. I hope this goes to management.

Background: Bean is a pretty nervous rescue (13 lbs poodle/chihuahua mix) and has only had nails done at the vet. He has all black nails too, so I'm not willing to try myself. I booked our time online due to positive reviews regarding scared dogs, and the fact that I could just go get nails/ears/ag done without signing up for a bath/groom, etc.The two ladies running the show were amazing! We went to the Marymoor parking lot location. They were so patient and calm, and actually didn't want to muzzle him after he did the head jerk thing as they touched his paws. They let me hold his head and praise him while they very slowly and gently dealt with his nails and ears! I skipped the glands due to his stress level (will come back in a week or two). He didn't seem traumatized at all when we got back to the car or home. He's not tapping his feet on the floor as he walks, and his ears aren't pink/irritated anymore and look really clean to the naked eye.It's definitely not ever gonna be Bean's favorite car-ride trip, but this was significantly less stressful for both of us. I was distracted and didn't get names, but I'm incredibly grateful for these two women!Also, there's food truck parked nearby called "The Barkery". Pretty great.

I had booked an appointment online on an outdated schedule which they forgot to update. Went for the appointment, waited for sometime. Called the number and they explained what happened, and said I would be compensated for the mishap.I went there again after sometime to get my dog's nail trimmed, and as soon as the trimming started my pup started shrieking. I was patient holding my dog and after a she screamed a few more times I asked for the groomer to change the tool. Once she changed to a buffer, my dog was calm again.I had been to the same location quite a few times before, they always used the buffer. Don't know what prompted them to change the tool this time.I would think certified groomers would know to change to the other option when there is much of a bad reaction. Plus, I was told I would be compensated not this time, but when I come the next time.Following that, I had a rather long and rude text exchange with one the owners, and it surprised me that they don't have any dogs themselves.I was supporting DHDC as a small business, but they seem to be unprofessional and in it for the money more than for the dogs. This experience and the text exchanges have left me scared to go back there the next time. So much for their coupon!---------Update - Found two scars on both back legs which my dog was continuously trying to lick. Probably why she hasn't let me touch her paws since the appointment. I highly doubt the groomers are certified, or accountable.

I stood in line for over an hour to get my dog's nails trimmed. One of the ladies working kept getting aggressive towards everyone in line who had been patiently waiting. Her customer service is terrible, and when I spoke up and said I didn’t like how she talked to everyone, she was unapologetically rude. I left, and so did everyone else.

Absolutely heartbroken. I go to both of the locations, but mainly the location at Marymoor Dog Park because that's where Jackie use to be the most. Well, I found out they fired her. I tried asking why and I asked for her info so I could go to her without the middleman, but the owners told me no! She was the ONLY person who was capable of handling my Leo. Does the owner even know what he is doing?? Getting rid of their BEST employee??? I AM FURIOUS !!! They must not like money OR customers. Dog Hair Don't Care is clearly not a reliable or professional business. They don't even have heating in the vans. They are just letting all their employees freeze to death in those big metal vans. Jackie was the only reason a lot of people went to Dog Hair Don't Care. Looks like that is going to change. Hopefully for GOOD.

My dog is terrified to go to the groomers or the vet to get his nails done. It was an entirely different experience with Dog Hair Don't Care. While I can't say he ENJOYED it, he definitely was at level 2 fear instead of 10. Nails were done quickly, no sharp edges like at the vet, no blood. He could see us at all times. Plus its a quick in and out vs scheduling an appt at the groomer or the vet and waiting. Much less expensive too.

The services they offer are popular at the marymoor dog park. Unfortunately one has to plan in advance else there is no way to get in line.A few weeks ago I waited in line and customer after another came by with an appointment. I then just left.I like the way Great Clips does their scheduling. I went there today. When I placed myself in line they told me to came back in an hour. I shipped at the neighbouring QFC, came back in and hour and I was served.
