Finally we found an excellent dog groomer. Didde and staff are professional, clean, extremely gentle, and caring with our Poodle. They do an awesome job and charge a fair price. Such a great place for our four legged kid!

Our two labradoodles are very well taken care of at Didde’s! If you’re interested in an appointment, book ahead. Prices have recently gone up as they have everywhere it seems. Highly recommend the owner and staff here!

Didde is the BEST!! She has worked patiently with my rescue dog, who goes IN a mess, and comes OUT beautiful!! Didde detangles my dog's easily matted hair, expertly trims her hair, puts conditioner, Dremel trims her nails, and always puts in a CUTE bow or bandana! Didde sings to the dogs, and even my skittish dog loves going there!! Didde and her staff are SO friendly and fun! Book early -shes in big demand..........

I just got a little rescue dog that I took to Didde's. I was so worried, because the rescue came from a bad situation, and I was concerned that she was going to be afraid. But she desperately needed grooming. Everyone at Didde's was so kind and so friendly and so wonderful to my dog, Tinkerbell. And when I came back to get her a couple of hours later, they were walking toward me holding her and I had to ask if that was her, because she looks so much better I honestly did not know if that was my dog or not! Tinkerbell was very happy when I came to get her, so I know that she had a good experience there. Prices are competitive, location is easy to find, there's a coffee shop right across the parking lot where you can hang out while you're waiting for your dog!

Just brought my German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix in for a bath and a shedding treatment. She was scared at first but when my boyfriend went to pick her up she was happy and comfortable! They did a fantastic job and she was done incredibly fast!

First time at a groomer with my 8 months old Golden Retriever after failing to do her nails myself. As he grew, so did his hate of my nail trims. The whining and squirming got to be too much for me, and in 5 minutes Corey had her on the table and 3 minutes later ALL NAILS WERE TRIMMED! It was amazing. Sure, Olo started whining but it didn't bother me at all, I'll be back for sure!

I hope someone who cares about their pets read this, I been going to that place since I got my dog years ago, but my experience Monday the 15th of June 2020 I had the most horrible, outrageous experience staff complete rude I understand about the COVID-19 they cancelled my appointment twice and Monday she called me to get my dog earlier but I don't think they understand that we people have stuff to do so agree to take her in earlier, I got to the place she didn't even say hi, took my dog didnt ask me how I wanted her haircut I have to tell her what I wanted while she was walking away, when I picker up the haircut was horrible, disgusting I never seen my dog that bad in my life, I try to complaint and she hang up the phone to me twice, the owner call me I explain the situation and she offered to fix my dog, I would never put my dog on their hands ever again so I ask for some part of my money back and she said I not giving you the money back because I put in the hrs, let's agree with something its not cheap to get our dogs a haircut ,we are not paying 20 dlls I work in customer service as well I never been treated that bad in my life I never complaint about anything but do not mess with my dog or myself now I have to pay more to take her somewhere else I'm sorry but I hope they close down and not hurt anyone's pets they can not defend them self's I really hope no one goes to that place ever again. And I wouldn't give any stars but I needed to speak up .
