I come Daiso regularly and buy many items, including this shoe storage this time. It has connecting points with thin plastic. All 8 of them are broken, as seen in the picture.I bought 2 of them, and both are the same.I am not sure if the corporate test their products.My review is largely because of their NO return policy. If the item is defective, I think it should be allowed to be returned.Their price is cheap, and the item feels cheap, which is totally fine as long as it functions as expected.I will continue to come to the store because it's good when things work, but with low expectations.They should allow returns in limited cases.

Very well stocked store, my go store store used to be the one in crossroads, but this will now also be a great alternative.

Clean and well-organized but this store is much smaller than the one in Crossroads and with very limited choices. Most of the Japanese snacks and noodles found in other Daiso stores were missing here and a lot of shelves were empty. Most sections had only limited options.

Store was great when it first opened but as of recent they’ve stopped restocking most things all together. Unsure if they are closing down soon or what’s going on but I’m finding it harder and harder to come back

Super great store with a variety of items! Very affordable, and minimalistic designs. If you are a cat lover, there are many cat-themed items! We have bought items from the shop multiple times. Definitely recommend! (There is one in Bellevue Crossroad Mall as well)

Such a cute and adorable shop. Featuring thousands of affordable Japanese products. Conveniently situated inside the Redmond town center, you will find a great selection of products priced between $1 and $15.25. All items without a price tag are $1.75. Everything else follows a ladder pricing of 2.25 , 3.25 , 3.75 and so on depending on the Japanese price in Yen. The employees are super nice and helpful. The aisles are neatly labeled and prices are easy to identify. The selection is great and you will find lots of unique products that you may not have seen elsewhere. Lots of cuteness overload. Please keep in mind that this store has a no refund / no exchange return policy and all sales are final. There is ample covered free parking at the Redmond town center and this is definitely a store to check out and pick up some unique and super cute Japanese items.

I love the Daiso in Crossroads and am excited to have one in RTC! The store is large and well-stocked, and has a wide array of home goods at great prices. I find the ceramic bowls and dishes in particular to be a good deal. Staff are courteous and organized.

My current FAVORITE Daiso! I love Daiso and have been an avid shopper since 2005 in Lynnwood. But this new location is the biggest I have been to with a great variety of items and they seem to add and restock reasonably fast. The people that work at this one have been really helpful and nice. I am so happy with their huge selection of goodies! Their craft/office section is the best!!!

I usually understand the fact that it's fine to pay a cheaper price in exchange of no returns. But today really bums me out. I went to Daiso today specifically for a spray bottle because I can get it for $1.75 here in contrast of $4 in other stores. But when I get home and tested it out, it was not working at all.Yeah, it's fine that I don't want an exchange that's my fault, but getting something dead on arrival is not very acceptable. In fact a lot of things in Daiso breaks pretty easily, they are only good if you want something you use occasionally, or don't really care if they break.

Nice to see a Daiso store in Redmond town center of all places. Much bigger than some of the other locations. Lots of good products, store is clean and the staff is very nice. Fantastic place to get little gifts for friends and family.

Cute store with lot of home and kitchen org stuff! Their drinks, snacks, and beauty products are pretty decent too. Most products are quite affordable! Makes me skip a trip to Dollar tree or Target

Seems like the biggest Daiso on the Eastside or close second to the one at Crossroads Mall. Self check out option is nice! The employees are super helpful.
