I went in there looking for a tall cat tree and found the perfect one. I love the quality and how sturdy it was while I put it into my car. Staff is very nice and I left with some free cat treats.

A lot of specialty food brands for dogs here. I mostly go for the bully sticks that they sell per piece in their bulk treat section (along with various other single ingredient treat options - great selection).They have a reward program if you buy regularly. Alternatively they partner with Amazon and you can get stuff delivered for a reasonable delivery fees.They keep a pumpkin treat for all dogs that visit the store.

I had such a great experience here - the girl who helped me (Aubre) was really helpful and dropped everything to try and find the right cat carrier for me. She also gave me some treats to take home and was just overall a great person to interact with in the store. Will definitely be going back!

I definitely rate, All The Best Pet Care, in Redmond as 5+ starsAll the employees there are wonderful; however I want to give a special thank you to TAYLOR for recently helping me switch my 11 year old Standard Poodle to a new diet. After 11 years on the same diet he has become sensitive to his food and Taylor was a tremendous help in giving me suggestions to alternative foods/diets.Taylor is very kind and patient. He comes across as truly sensitive & caring. And of course my dog, JonJon loves going there too! He knows this is HIS Store!

Great service and convenient location when we’re running errands. We often order online for pick up and I guess they don’t include free samples when you do that, which is fine but caught me by surprise since others locations do provide samples for pick up orders.

The absolute BEST place for pet stuff! The staff is so loving and helpful, and the products are conscious and quality. Did I say the staff is loving?? Logan is amazing, as well as all the beautiful people who work there, and they truly care for the furries and their parents… you feel it the moment you walk through the door. They really are the BEST!

I've been shopping here for over 5 years and absolutely love the staff, products, and their reward program. Logan is always so helpful and in a time where there are staff shortages, it sure is nice to see a familiar face and knowing that I will get the best service from her. The whole staff is great with my pup and I just love bringing him to this store.

Super friendly staff who gave us a welcome kit for our dog! We do purchase from them a few times before but now we are officially a member 😎 I love the wide selection of raw dog food they carry, because that's the only food I feed my dog. They also have house brand ground meat, organs n bones which make my raw feeding process so much easier!! And they have two brands of raw goats milk here. Answer which is from a bigger company and I believe the other is from a local farm!! Always support our local farm :) best price for with best quality

I was just browsing while my boyfriend was at the chiropractor nearby and found this absolute goldmine of a pet shop! The employees were so kind and helpful and the shop was organized and clean. Not only were they so nice with an amazing inventory but after signing up for the membership card, I received a new customer bag. My dog has not put down the strawberry toy they gave him since we went. He never attaches to toys the way he has with this one so not only was it nice to have as a gift but it was great to get a better idea of the kind of toys he likes! I wish I asked the girl her name when I went but she would have been working the evening of 6/15 and was sooo wonderful so if the employer is reading this comment, she deserves some kudos as she was wonderful (and maybe even a raise :))

A review just on customer service.Came in for various doggie supplies and didn't ask for help. Right off the bat, a lady who works there gave me unsolicited advice about dog food. I wasn't interested talking about this as many people, understandably, have very differing opinions on this topic.She pried further asking me if I give my dog a raw food diet. I didn't engage, but it felt so overbearing and critical with her approach.To end on a more positive note, their products are great and the pricing isn't bad either.

By far the best and friendliest staff. I buy all my food and treats here. My dogs are particular about toys so I don't always get toys here, but they rotate their toys pretty well.I just wish it were bigger so they could stock more.

I love their selection of raw meats, many of which are pasture raised. The point system is nice to have also. It’s convenient for me and the people are quite helpful.

They carry our favorite dog food, Farmina N&D, which is hard to find in the states. When we picked up supplies for our new kitten they gave us an adorable goodie bag of samples. As long as we're in Redmond, we'll be loyal to this pet store.

All the Best is the best! And this is the best of the best if there could be among All of the Best! They got treats right at dog level so watch out - turns me into the cookie monster. They are very nice and generous with treats and have a scale you can weigh in to keep an eye all the treats scarfed up like gnarly dude!

I went in with a wonder walker dog harness I purchased that had broken and asked if there was any way to get it fixed/replaced. I was told they would charge $15 and it would take at least 2 weeks. I explained I couldn't be without it for that long and purchased a new one. I was thinking it.would have been nice if they at least could have given me a small discount...just any thing to indicate they cared about customer service..but nothing was offered. When I left the store, I called the manufacturer which is in Seattle. They said I could bring it in and they'd fix it on the spot for free. Or I could pay $5 for shipping and they'd have it returned in 3 days. Very displeased with All The Best... I have been a customer here for 8 years! Maybe time to find another store to support.

I'm a veterinarian. These guys sell imho what I believe to be the best nutrition ever. Also they offer a montly clinic for anesthesia-free dental clinics which are a godsend for a great many dogs and cats. Call the store for details. I've brought my dogs and consider this service to be a godsend! Any questions you may have will be addressed to the participating veterinarian who will be happy to discuss details with you

Great place for top notch pet supplies. This is not your big box store pet place. Staff is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Parking can be sparse on weekends in this busy location.
