Big boxy grocery store on the outskirts of town between Redmond and Fall City, down yon from Sammamish. Like Safeway (same parent), but much less busy on any given day. As slow as they are, you could check out in a jiff with a clerk or by yourself. Store has most everything you would want in groceries and supplies, plus a pharmacy, RedBox (2 kiosks), lottery machine, Starbucks counter, tables near the Starbucks counter, floral, bakery, etc., all arranged rectangularly so you can easily find your way around and eventually out.Gone are the days when Albertsons used to give you a discount if you wore a Seahawks jersey on gameday. Those were the days! Still they have a good heart for doing business in a friendly easy-going tumbleweeds-rolling along the parking lot howdy-ho sort of way. I'm glad they've finally settled back to being Albertsons after having briefly changed their name to Haggen. That's like Hoover Dam being renamed Boulder Dam, then back to Hoover Dam. Nomenclature can be rough, like trying to keep up with CenturyLink Field or whatever it's called now.If there is a cactus prick in this rustic picture, it's their fresh meat which sometimes looks green, as if spoiled, particularly those packages that are marked down in price like -30%. I would even hesitate to buy them at -50% because I do not like green eggs and ham, saith Sam I Am and me. They might need to check on their refrigeration. Happy trails to the frozen section instead...

I love that the pharmacist today (10/6/2023) took it upon herself to cancel all previously scheduled Covid vaccine appointments when they knew that communications to the customer would not be sent. That’s ingenious! We were then told wait time was a minimum of 30 minutes and we’d have to fill the vaccine appointment form out all over again. There was definitely noticeable stress from the pharmacist, as she was trying to communicate this to the growing crowd (can 8 be a crowd?). Where’s the Help!! button?

This is the first time shopping here and it was great! The store is immaculate and so much wonder fresh food I Absolutely love it. Everybody was so friendly and helpful too.

Horrible pharmacy! Wife and I scheduled COVID vaccine appointments for 5pm tonight and arrived at 4:50 to check in. The "vaccination attendant" didn't even check us in until 5pm, and then it took another 25 minutes for her to prepare the doses. Once we were finally called, she did a quick jab and sent us on our way without asking if we had any questions, providing us the COVID vaccination information sticker, nothing. It was if we were hindering her day somehow.... totally unprofessional and poor customer service. Wont ever use this place again.

Lady told me to move out of the self checkout area because I wasn’t buying products. I was with my friend and she addressed me extremely rudely after I asked why I had to move. Another time a friend was buying chicken and the same middle aged lady asked him ‘what are you doing!?’, in an accusatory tone, as if he was stealing. Unfortunately this one lady (I asked if she was the manager and she said she is) does not give a welcoming experience to the customers and to my friends and suffice to say I will not be returning to this store.

Well lit, wife aisles, not crowded. Staff and fellow customers are polite and friendly. One of the better selections of items on nearby grocery stores. Ample parking

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and well stocked. Great variety.I have had a couple of issues with expired products, so be sure to check the dates on things before you buy (but it is a "small-town" large supermarket, so it's understandable when product turnover isn't as high and sometimes things get missed) For the most part, they do a great job keeping things clean and restocking well.

I have been going to this store since the day it opened. It has been declining rapidly. The staff are all very friendly , but all over worked resulting in high turnover. Management has cut staff levels to a bare minimum. Usually one checker and one assistant at self checkout. After 6 you cannot find anyone working produce and never anyone at the meat counter. All the bacon, seafood , chicken is on display but never any butcher or assistant of any sort. Always customers standing looking at each other wondering how to get served. Not even a little bell! The night stalkers are so overworked that now they start throwing the product early, leaving it scattered so you have to move it to get by. and then the shelves are empty, never faced correctly so you need a ladder to get to some things. I stop by this store on the way home like a lot of people, usually every day and the prices keep going up a LOT not just a little and the service goes down a LOT. Cannot believe you can run a business this way. Last night I left my cart of groceries and drove to another store. My family have all worked and some retired from Safeway, but it was never this bad ! Only a matter of time and it will be empty. So just keep loosing customers.

This Albertson’s is the nicest store! Everybody in it is friendly, helpful, cheerful, happy to be on the planet and genuinely happy to greet their customers. And the store is well stocked and clean and always looks nice. A total pleasure to shop there. Even the pharmacy is a good experience, and in my experience supermarket pharmacies are often sad places where no one is happy. Not here.

Employees are all super friendly! That being said, check your dairy and sandwich meat products before purchasing. I purchased yogurt yesterday 4/18 and came home to find that the best by date was 4/3. Since it is dairy, that is a non negotiable for consumption in my opinion. I returned today 4/19 and checked the same products and there are beyond expired products for sandwich meats and dairy. Just check before purchasing, no one wants to waste money on food that will just be thrown away.

Older Albertsons, however they have a great selection of goods. The best part is that the staff are the very friendliest and welcoming of any area grocery store.

It's my local, so I'm there quite a lot. It's good for the basics and for some packaged food. Other than than that, the fruit and veg is of poor quality and rarely very fresh. Staff seem pretty miserable. Go further afield for quality.

I'm from out of town, so I'm not rating based on price. For a smaller grocery, I found a great selection including craft beer, wine, international, and healthy and vegetarian options. The staff is friendly and efficient, including the pharmacy and Starbucks.

Their pharmacy is absolutely awesome - great knowledgeable staff, remembers you really well, and takes care to make sure that you know when things might not be covered.The store itself is fine with a somewhat smaller selection of things. Produce isn't great but is okay. Their deli is pretty boring for these day and age.Really good selection of beer, wine and liquor, including a lot of local brands.

I was surprised. I live up north in the country. Coming down south for a meet to buy a rabbit cage. It was hot so we decided to go into Albertsons and grab something to eat and drinkThe store was so clean. The employees were wiping down carts. Hardly anyone/customers were in the store, we did not pass nor have another customer come close to us (coronavirus)The cashier was so nice, friendly, helped me out with a issue I was having.We liked it so much. Always nice to be beyond satisfied at a store

Its a good store unless you want meat/cheese from the deli. There is a pre-sliced cabinet but it usually only contains dust. And if you want service at the counter you better be ready to wait awhile. As bad as Safeway is, at least only one trip is necessary.

Good store. Do any of the stores employees actually have any kindness or personality traits ? Woman at meat counter was rude to me ( mad at other employee who left her ). Is management aware of this or just not apply itself to good customer behavior ? 23 years and counting as a customer.

Rude. I was shopping for an Instacart order, I got there about 10-15 minutes before they closed. There were just 2 items I couldn't find so I asked someone stocking shelves for help. It was 10 minutes after 11 and she insisted I couldn't make the purchase. My customer was desperate for baby formula so I ended up going to Safeway in Duvall then paying for the order myself out of good faith, since the Instacart card will only work at the store assigned by the app. I have a hard time believing their point of sale system automatically locks up right at 11.

Shopping experience very positive. Store clean and designed well for covid-19 safety. Late in evening there were less staff, but very attentive and friendly and asked if they could help me in finding any items.

Disappointed. Tried to bring something back that was twice as expensive as the same item at another store. I had purchased it the day before and had my receipt. I was told that because of the virus there were no returns allowed. I didn't realize that, but I completely understand a moratorium at this time. However the mgr could (and should) have given some kind of discount. I would have been happy with any amount just to show some kind of caring. Customer service is important and lacking here.

This is probably the last Albertsons on Eastside. They are/ been bought out by Safeway and now Kroger owns most stores. QFC, Safeway Albertsons and Fred Myers so no “ shopping around “. It’s looking like a monopoly.

Always clean and orderly inside. I thought they had self checkout but it seems not (or not anymore), though the staff is quick to check out. They have hand sanitizer everywhere and plexi-glass shields. Signs also indicate that everyone must wear masks.

There is no self checkout which usually means there is a line. Most times it's 3-4 people long. Food quality is catered to the low end. It's cheap but not very wholesome. It was much better when it was a Haggen store.

Great place to get groceries.Came here after a bad experience at Safeway and I'm glad I did. This store is great and it starts at the top. I overheard a manager talking to his employees, and he did so in a positive way. You could tell he takes pride in team building and also had great customer service. He thanked me for choosing to shop there then asked if he could personally help bring my bags to my car. And I'm almost scared to say it for fear word will get out but they have the BEST fresh bagels I have ever eaten. I've gone bace 3 mornings in a row!
