Her attention to detail, compassionate care and individualized attention results in our dogs actually looking FORWARD to seeing her, and their tails wag in excitement as she opens the door. They are very good with my pups. Knowledgeable, courteous, empathetic, kind, compassionate care. My first visit, I had an injured pup (pulled muscles) & they diagnosed, treated, & had him recovered quickly. Next visit, my other pup was getting routine care (vaccines, flea treatment, worming, well check). He has anxiety & they took the time to comfort & calm him. They wanted him to know that they're here to help.

We love Vetters Animal Hospital. They have taken such great care of our dog, Mia, and have been able to accommodate several "emergency" visits over the past year (likely saving her life even!). We have also used the boarding option fairly regularly. Mia is always so happy and excited to go to Vetters, whatever the reason may be. I think that speaks volumes of the staff. We are lucky to have such a nice clinic in town.

Compassionate, no !! It's all about the money. The lady who answered the phone, says to me nothing is for Free. I've fallen on financial devastation. So to hear a non compassionate person on the other end of the phone was devastating. I wasn't asking for free free service. Was needing compassionate service. Believe me I know nothing is for Free!

Dr Lewis is an awesome vet. She's thoughtful and goes beyond what would normally be an office visit. She shares her vast knowledge with her clients.She's discovered things about our dogs that turned out to be extremely important. I highly recommend her practice.

staff was very kind. boarded dogs for nearly a week and was impressed by how clean the dogs looked when I picked them up! appreciate the fact they went above and beyond for our furry friends. thanks, and glad to have a good option so close to home for our pet needs and emergencies.

Great staff and super helpful and kind. We were traveling across country by car and our dog was in need of a 2nd shot for his series of two. Here also needed other treatments. The vet was able to see him that same day, no emergency fees or additional charges for such short notice. Very reasonably priced as well.

When I first came to Pacific County, I took my dog to Vetters the 1st time and was amazed at how great the experience was for both my dog and myself! The clinic is always clean and provides info flyers for pet info while you wait, which won't be long! The Vet is congenial to me and the dog, and patient with my dog at every visit since then, she helped address a heart murmur in my dog with just the right meds to keep him going and playful! The Staffers are all congenial, and have answers to most any questions that concern you. The costs are fair and comfortably priced even for those of us on lower incomes! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I love that I finally found a vet with employees who love animals and remember my pets! They treat customers like family and make an effort to take on any urgent situations head on and quickly. They've worked well with me having my son and two dogs in the car and have made everything effortless on my hand! I love being able to know and recognize the doctor, vet tech, and secretary and i know my pets are in good hands ☺️

Had a late family emergency, they answered and worked with me to board a family members dogs for a few days. Extremely nice and friendly! If I didn't live 150 miles away, I would take my own pets here without hesitation. Apparently, my family who live in the area had used this place for years and years and it's always been fantastic! I worked as Dr Lewis assistant for a few years, so I know the ends and outs of the place very well. I got to know Dr. Lewis personally very well working there...the compassion she has when she had put down an animal that was dying, the love she still has for animals she's personal owned, how she treats individual patients when they come to see her, the knowledge she has of veterinarian medicine,ect. Soon as we got our first pet, I knew she was who I wanted as a vet. She is very intelligent and truly loves animals. Our first year with our puppy, Dr. Lewis got some very strange phone calls at weird hrs because our dog got into mischief. She was always there to help and answer my questions. Even this year, our dog(and the neighbor's dog) got into leftover slug bait that was left out by our neighbors. She answer the phone after work hours, walked us through what we needed to do, and talked to who knows how many other doctors/neurologist to make sure we were doing everything possible to make sure our dogs where fine. I not only trust Gina 100% with my dog's health but I also know she wont over charge me or do treatments that are not needed (just so she can make some extra money). Also on a side note, my dog loves the vet so much that she literally starts to shake and whine when we drive by the clinic. She wants to go inside and see everybody! Highly recommend....

My family, which included my sweet dog Willy, went out of town for Thanksgiving. Willy wasn’t feeling well that Wednesday; didn’t eat. We figured he had an upset stomach. Our concern grew when Willy still wouldn’t eat anything Thursday as well. On Friday, I called Dr. Lewis, explained what was going on and that I was 100 miles from her clinic. She asked me a series of questions, had me purchase a thermometer to check his temperature, and when all was said and done, she said it sounded like he had salmon poisoning. She called the local Rite Aid near me and I was able to pick up an antibiotic prescription. By Saturday morning, Willy was back to his lovable self again and eating. What a tremendous relief! I can’t thank Dr. Lewis enough for her willingness and expertise in being able to quickly diagnose this problem, over the phone no less. I fear to imagine what the outcome would have been if it weren’t for her dedication and knowledge. We are lucky to have such a wonderful vet at our disposal. Thank you Dr. Lewis!!

Great place for our first time visit. Couldn't go in the examining room with my cat, but that was due to Covid. Can't fault them for trying to minimize contact. They called me before I rcvd the lab test results in the mail, to alert me to my cat's kidney issues. All I needed was prescription cat food.

Doctor Gina and her amazing staff are kind & compassionate. Ive taken my dogs there for years and shes always been spot on with all their needs. Now that im in rescue she and her staff are 110% there for all our 200 plus kitties that we intake. Sick/injured/healthy etc. She knows what is needed for them. She gets em better and with efficiency. Not to mention the countless times ive called with a emergency and shes there. Doctor Gina is my number 1 vet! I appreciate her and her staff more than anyone could understand.

After not getting an answer on the phone during working hours on Saturday I called on Monday morning with a very sick dog in a dire situation. Receptionist seemed indifferent and uncaring, while after trying to bring my dog in asap and explaining the issue, I was hung up on. Very unprofessional and rude. Apparently she's not a Monday morning people person. I've heard good things about the vet herself, but I am very disappointed in the initial contact.

Very kind until the vet found out we were unable to come up with $900 out of thin air then her bedside manner turned snotty and she was kind of rude, hey we are on fixed incomes and aren't made of money. So we are sticking with Willapa vet where we were treated with compassion and kindness.

The staff is very unprofessional and did not want to answer any questions about my dog. I asked simple questions and the receptionist and the vet tech were both very very rude. The vet tech even told me to ask the other clinic in town. The vet herself came out to speak to us and was very nice but her staff needs some workAnd I see that there has been a response to my review and to make it “ok” for her staff to be rude I am being accused of profanity! I spoke with my father and he said the vet never told him a thing so there are two lies in one response from this clinic!
