Best Vet! Period!!! Kind and knowledgeable- your pets will receive exceptional care! Above and beyond while still honest. Best care our dog has every received. Removed a tumor under his eye the same day we brought him in for follow up - great service. TY for not making us come back. Totally worked with us.

Of all the veterinary offices that I have been to, this is one of the nicest, cleanest, well run, and very awesome people. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel at ease, communicate in plain English (or Spanish), and they give you all the info on what the procedures will be and an estimate cost to care for your fur babies. I would recommend this veterinary service to all.

Quincy loves the ATM that walks in with pets the ATM won't give up on. Milked me of $1,800 2 years ago. My dogs still have diarrhea. I hate my life and kinda want to do bad things because karma is slow...

Our girl Xyla ran out the front door and was hit by a car on New Years Eve. We took her to the closest veterinarian in hopes of saving her life. After $660 worth of exam, blood tests, and X-rays, we were informed that she was ok and would wait a day or two for surgery to fix her fractured pelvis as she was not an ā€œemergent caseā€ We took our baby home thinking we had time, just to watch her go into a quick decline 9 hours after her release from the vet. It took her half an hour of agony and crying to go into unconsciousness. After that, she struggled to breath for 20 minutes while we took turns holding her. It’s okay though because as long as Quincy Veterinary Clinic gets their payment immediately, there is no emergency. It’s January 4th and Quincy Vet Clinic never called us back. We never got a call from the animal hospital either to schedule any surgery. Please save yourself the heartache and drive further for your emergencies. I couldn’t bear the thought of bringing another one of my babies here and possibly losing one of them the same way. We’re all so heartbroken and disappointed.

Quincy Vet Clinic is one of the most caring and compassionate vet clinic's I have dealt with...with their reminder appointment cards, their ability to see your animals in the least time available, and their ways with the animals are professional and loving. The reception area is warm, and they keep you waiting for as little as possible. They deal with the animals very gently and lovingly...I recommend their services to all my family and friends!

I called at 5 am cause I found my dog unresponsive and in really bad condition and they said they'd help him at 8 am and we waited for 2 hours and in the end they said that they couldn't help him even tho they didn't even exam him. And 4 months ago I called cause my cat had an infection in his mouth and they said they'd call me back to get a date and time and they never did.

Our lab cut her leg, swimming in the river on Saturday. Luckily we were able to get her in for an off hours emergency visit for stitches, thanks to the amazing ladies here!!!

I love this place so much... šŸ˜ ā¤ šŸ’• they saved our puppy for us and it's heart breaking being on a budget and not knowing if you will be able to pay to save your dogs life. They were a blessing to my family.

Our dog had an emergency while we were out of town on a Sunday. No one else in the area had emergency vets on call, but Quincy did. I appreciate Dr. Lindsey and the tech (I don't know if I got her name) that went out of their way on a weekend to help my boy! They were so kind and compassionate, and I'll be forever grateful!

I had the pleasure of visiting Quincy Veterinary Clinic approximately 10 days ago when my dog chewed up my inhaler and overdosed on it! I was a total wreck and just rushed in there hoping they could help. Everyone starting with the vet tech manning the front desk to the doctor and receptionist were totally awesome! They assessed him and reassured me and gave me reasonable options. My baby got fluids and we went home and now is fine! I was so happy I took him there! They were so calm and helpful that I will be returning there from now on! My baby is just fine thanks to them.

If you care about your pet DONT takethem to Quincy. Super dismissiveand when you ask questions they tellyou they'll drop you. Taking my catto Cascade vet now because hisincision to his surgery is openingand Quincy cared more about themselvesbeing "Right" than actually having a helpful interaction.Their receptionist got offended at "I receivedlittle care instructions" because it meant shewas the one who gave me those instructions, and then proceeded to take the conversation toa level it really didn't need to with sass and attitude. And their VET was more focused on defendingher friend than actually listening to information.Threatened to drop me and my pet because Iwas crying and to them that was "an attitude" even tho I stated I was crying. Just not a good experience when all you want is to make sure your pets surgery is going okay. Especially as a first timer just wanting to make sure everything's okay and receiving THIS, makes you loose faith in whether they actually care about your pets.

Dr/Vet was amazing, compassionate, & knowledgeable. Literally got down on the floor with my old dog. Would have given them 5 stars if not for the older receptionist who lack all compassion, bedside manners, & made our experience less than acceptable. If you can get passed her, your golden.

It is no longer a large animal veterinarian. I was very disappointed. Came to my house last year.Thank goodness for Broadway veterinarian in Moses lake. We took our calf there he fixed him right up. We are so pleased with how well he is doing now. I just wish we could have done it locally.

The other night our dog ripped off his nail and it was hanging there and he was in a lot of pain 😭 we called around everywhere ... In moses lake, Wenatchee, east Wenatchee, and Ephrata (we live in Ephrata) and no one would let us do an emergency walk in.... But we called Quincy vet clinic and an hour later we were bringing in our dog. They got us in with urgency, they had convinent affordable prices, AND they all had amazing customer service (the vet, the receptionist and the girl who provided us with the cone and aftercare stuff)!! Super happy with the outcome! Thank you so very much! We look forward to continuing to utilize you guys as much as need be for pet care. I recommend them to everyone ā˜ŗļøā˜ŗļø

You used to get great compassionate care for your animals here but since it sold and is under new ownership it has become terrible. Sad thing too this area really needs this to be a good business but now I drive to Ellensburg for my animal health care. I wouldn't take roadkill here now. I've had several terrible experiences trying to get my animals cared for by these people. It's really to bad because the office personnel are really good people. They just have terrible doctors. I would give it zero stars off that was an option.

Very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. They were not trying to upsell any other services just great recommendations. I was definitely satisfied and made the right choice to bring my dog here.

What a great veterinary clinic. I rescued a kitten recently it was stuck out in the snow brought it to them and they did a great job of checking her out giving her her first medications before I brought her home to our family. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff I highly recommend the Quincy veterinary clinic.

If I could I would give 0 stars but I wouldn’t be able to leave a comment. Didn’t diagnose my puppy right, brought our puppy here after he was vomiting, had diarrhea, and wasn’t eating as an emergency didn’t test him for anything just gave him medications and food and said would be fine. The next day woke up worse took him to the Moses Lake Vet where he was tested for everything turns out he had parvo he was left there to get treatment unfortunately he passed away a week after being in the hospital we returned to Quincy Vet to get our money back after mis diagnosing him didn’t want to give us our money back but the money for the food we paid, they said they knew he had it and they gave him shots for it but they didn’t inform us about it and told us he would be fine. Didn’t test him for anything even the Vet at Moses said she was surprised they didn’t test him. The vets in Quincy said they didn’t believe they should test him because it’s pointless especially after he got his shots for parvo, and because the test is expensive and they thought we wouldn’t pay for it. which is funny because it’s their job to do whatever they can to save the animal and we are the ones paying, they shouldn’t determine the fate of our animal because they think we wouldn’t pay for it. If they had diagnosed him right or told us the truth and done what they were supposed to, i do believe our puppy would still be alive.
