Amazing location. They didn't have a PtFE tape, but they gave it to me from the one they were using and didn't even charge me for it. That is what I call incredible customer service. Big shout-outs to them! Men, keep up the good work.

I love this store. All the Milwaukee products are awesome and there are plenty in stock. The prices are very competitive but most importantly, the service is unmatchable.The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure that as a customer you feel appreciated and it makes me come back more and more.Update: I have recommended this store to many people in my industry and everyone one of them is a loyal customer now.

A great store. Looking for very odd bolt that I needed. I had been to several other stores(5). The manager asked me what I was looking for showed me the magic box that had exactly what I was looking for.I shop here quite often now.

Two hardware stores in town. This one is a little lower key and feels far more authentic as though they were here to benefit the town rather than solely to make a profit. It's a friendlier place with more chit chat going on. I would say that it is less expensive then the other is well. On some products they are as reasonable as the big box stores. Here's hoping they are here for many, many more years.

Found exactly what I needed for a quick bathroom fix. I like the fact that I didn't have to travel far. Driving over 30 miles for a small part is a hassel and extra expense.😊😊😊

I have always liked small town stores. Quincy Hardware is just that. You walk in the door and they ask you the, after they hello, do you need help. Then they help you. There that is enough said.
