Its taken me some time to share my most recent (jan 2024) experience. I walked in, No one out of 3 people greeted me. No one by the door podium to check ID. I had to 'pick my budtender' but they all felt too busy to help me. (Chatting with each other, no other customers inside. Again no one even acknowledged me until i stood in the doorway waiting a couple minutes while they talked amongst themselves.) I was finally told to come in, anyone can help me?? They used to meet you by the door for id checks. I don't personally want to beg someone to do their job. I would have appreciated anyone taking the initiative to approach me and ask for my id and what I was shopping for.At checkout I was told I had a discount, then told I couldn't use it without being told why or when I could come back and use it.I asked for items displayed as available, 2 or 3 were sold out. It does happen! Totally fine!It really felt like the care the budtenders used to put in to their job at this store has gone down. This is an amazing career opportunity and the lack of enthusiasm for customers...I won't personally be returning anytime soon. The cost of the product and a 45+ min drive for me... it's hard to want to return with an experience that makes me feel like my money isn't worth good customer service.

Always a great place to grab a few grams of concentrates for cancer edibles. Apparently, the current limit is 7 grams per person. Knowledgeable bud tenders and no high pressure sales garbage. Just tell them what you need and that's it. Always a quick in and out each month, and since everything is lab t tested you know exactly what you're buying.11/10 see you guys in a few weeks- PhreeXhow

Cutest shop I think I’ve seen while visiting the states. And they had a puppy to greet me along with a chill as hell staff. Can’t go wrong with weed and doggos. 10/10 would go out of my way to go back here!

I have been coming here for awhile. Never anything but amazing service. You can sell at any shop but the costumer service at this one means that I will 10/10 never go to another. Make sure you ask for Brandon he is very knowledgeable with the best service.

Wednesday March 15th was my first visit to GoodBuds, it's a bit of a drive 30 minutes but after the knowledgeable, courteous and efficient service we received, driving back when I need more product is not a problem. The store was well organized, clean and great background music.Once again I can't stress enough the service we received from the young gentleman was way over a 10 rating. Google doesn't have their correct hours of operation! They are OPEN from 11:00am-6:00pm Tuesday- Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm-4:00pm. I'm there practically every day! I love their variety and their customer service is outstanding! Really close to the GORGE ! WOOOOO!

Ive been to many shops here in washington and by far Goodbuds is the best shop! The customer service is excellent! And they seem to really care about each person that walks in. Love love love this place. You wont regret coming here. Prices are good, pretty good quality and totally worth it.

I was killing time in Quincy Washington and Google showed me the way to this out of the way shop. Staff was very helpful, considering I'm a cantankerous d guy on a budget. Walked out with what I was looking for for under $100. Looking forward to trying the two flavors later this evening around a bonfire.
