Small shop, but it pretty much has everything you could need for birds. It is a little pricey, but the quality of the food there is good, and you save a little by joining their club. All the workers I've met are super friendly.

They have a good variety of bird foods and they always carry my purchases to the car. Even with coupons the prices are a bit high for me but the quality of the food is good. Friendly too.

The quality of the product here is GREAT. Prices are a little bit higher on some items, but not much. The staff... There's the big difference.The young lady at the front counter was so knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to all without being pushy or making me feel like I was at a used car lot. We talked birds, bees, cats... 100% satisfied, the products I bought are perfect, and do just as was described to me.

The 2 employees were very polite, one of them was sleeping on the counter. He was very friendly when I went to pet him, did I forget to mention that one of them was a cat? I came here looking for feed for my backyard birds. Not only did I get help picking out feed but I also got some life saving advice for my little backyard buddies. With this amazing selection of feed were beautiful feeders and attachments to go along with them.

The store has the best quality bird seed, suet, feeders, baths, heaters, houses - all your backyard birds might need. Also carry mason bees and supplies in early spring. You can get a year-round discount good here and their Gig Harbor store with a small annual fee.

Have never been disappointed with a purchase here. While some products may be found cheaper elsewhere, they won’t have the lifetime guarantee that WBU provides. Their store-brand feeders have some great design features that we have not found elsewhere.

Good place to shop, lots of quality products, BUT...the way the owners treat the employees leave something to be desired. The employees always have to speak loudly so they can be picked up on the in store surveillance microphone and always have to been seen on camera. I don't know how much to trust someone that can't trust their employess.

They have the widest selection of bird food, feeders, baths, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you join their club, you get better pricing and great coupons - it's fantastic!!! Highly recommend Wild Bird if you enjoy feeding the birds!!

I have visited several Wild Birds Unimited stores, and they each have a wide variety of quality bird food, feeders and houses that targets the birds in the area. The management at the Puyallup location does an exceptional job hiring staff that is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Puyallup is one of the busiest WBU but customers don't wait long to be helped and the staff takes the time to answer questions or share experiences.
