Wilco has a great selection of hardware. There is a lot of variety in the store, so they usually have the things I'm looking for. The staff is really friendly plus, they are willing to help. It's always fun to see the baby chicks too.

They are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. I strictly go to Wilco for my dog food and the staff are well educated and were able to help me find a supplement for my aging Saint Bernard. I'm so grateful, the suggestion helped tremendously and saved me a huge unnecessary vet bill! Thank you Wilco!! You're worth the drive!

I went to grab couple bags of raised garden bed soils displayed right next to the front entrance. When I went to pay for them I was told by the cashier they were all accounted for and were sold out. I don’t understand why you would place them in a readily accessible area without a sold out sign. Five stars review only because the guys at the pick-up area are very nice and courteous.

The store looks organized. But the some of the associates do not know how to work with customers. Not all of them!But I’m glad there was someone to talk to and possibly I have found the solution. Will see…The variety is not big, but is good for in and out shopping. 😉

Glad to still have a farm store around. Good selection farm related items, feed items, gardening, hardware, work clothes, snacks, pet supplies & grooming, They carry some specialty garden tools and fertilizers that are hard to find elsewhere, only place around that has high quality pruners and loppers in stock.

Everything you need for home, farm, and garden. Staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. Pellets for the stove, feed for the hens, clothes for the family, and hardware for diy repairs. Did I mention they also have a groomer?

It's more than just a farm store. It's more like a hardware store. Their nut and bolt section well surpasses Home Depots selection any day, especially if you're looking for that hard to find specific fastener. If you're looking for a new pair of work boots I would highly recommend checking this place out first because I can almost guarantee you'll find the right pair here.

Upon checking out at the register, there was a problem with my account and the cashier worked diligently, trying to find the problem and resolve it, but was unable to. I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for another checker to come up to help out which I did not mind. I understand the hard work that they do, and sometimes things happen. I have no anger or resentment towards any of them. The next checker came along and helped me with the account problem, and found out that some things were not entered properly thus not showing my account on the register. She worked very hard at resolving the issue to my satisfaction and gratitude. I appreciate the customer service and the willingness to resolve an issue that should not have been there, but was taken care of. These are the type of people I like to do business with. Good country folks, that understand hard work and or community minded. Other stores should learn from these people . No problems with the customers. Everybody was patient and kind so I felt real comfortable in this store. Unfortunately we live in a country today. That does not hold these traits. Everyone’s in a cotton picking hurry and have no patience. That is definitely not the case here. I will be coming back more often as needed. Thank you to all for what you do. Jeff.

This place has it all, they have tools including power tools and they carry the top brands like Milwaukee and DeWalt they have everything you'd need if you do farming or even if you just have a bit of land and are building some fence they have every style you can think of, they have clothes and work clothes, and every department the large conglomerate hardware stores have but they are not a franchise so shop with these guys cause their staff is also super nice and helpful so give them a shot and I know what you're thinking this is a paid review well I can personally tell you its not I'm just a customer

The grooming staff are fantastic! They do a great job with my dogs' nails and you can walk-in for nail trims. The staff in the store I've interacted with have all been pleasant, genuine and helpful.

This was the only store where my boyfriend could find Wrangler jeans. I would give it five stars except for the fact that they don't carry similar sturdy work jeans for women, however they carry overalls... but that wasn't what I needed.

Purchased a riding lawn mowing on 11/3/23 and went to pick it up the morning of 11/4 since I didn't have my truck the previous day. Got lawn mower loaded however there were no keys, book, or oil drain hose. I asked where that stuff would be located at. They looked in several spots on the riding lawn mower and then went into the store to look. Well I spent close to a hour waiting. They could not find any of this stuff. Finally I was like if you can at least find the keys that would be fine with me. They weren't able to locate any keys either. The guy came out and apologized and said they would get this stuff right away from the manufacturer or dealer and I asked if it could be mailed to me since I live an hour away one way. He said sure no problem. I called 11/14 to see why I still had not received anything for the lawn mower. The guy was like the manager was working on it but they have gone home for the evening but I'll have them call you tomorrow. Today is 12/1 and I still have not received a call or the stuff for the mower. I'm really tempted to load it up and return it to them since it's unusable. Probably will not be buying anything from Wilco again especially in Puyallup. I don't even know if the mower runs. I have finally ordered keys elsewhere. If you buy something make sure everything is there before walking out the door.

We've had mostly great experiences with the grooming services here at Wilco. The store itself is clean, has friendly staff and has a great selection. This most recent groom for my Aussie was terrible. My 4 year old nephew could've done a better job with the scissors in all honesty. As you can see in the photo, taken the night of her groom, they cut her butt hairs so short that her private area can be seen. The groomer also shaved the inside of her back legs completely, which she's now licking it as it's developing razor burn. I has asked for her long Aussie butt hairs to be "trimmed." This is normally not the quality we receive from their grooming staff. The staff was very apologetic about the negative experience and didn't hesitate to offer me a refund, which I greatly appreciated, considering their prices have also gone up. We will be asking specifically for Tracy, she is consistent and does a great job.

We have always been helped by very friendly and knowledgeable people. The young lady who helped me and my very excited kids pick out our new chicks was very patient. The chicks there look very well cared for and healthy.

The Groomers are so knowledgeable about food, shampoo. We got a dog from the humane society and she has severe allergies. And we didn't get her groomed. Will be our main place now for supplies. And the store has everything has household needs.If you're in the area you need to stop by and just go up and down every Isle.

Clean store. Friendly employees. Solid prices. We get our chicken feed and bedding here. Prices are better than most of the other chain feed stores. We got our vegetables starts here this spring and they are thriving. The prices were better than big retail box stores. Overall, we drive out of our way to shop at this store.2/18/23 Just a quick update. We're still happy customers and still drive out of our way to get our chicken feed and bedding here. Staff is nice and helpful. We can get in and out pretty quickly on any given day.7/5/23We had a small issue with an order and they went way above and beyond to fix it with nearly zero effort on our end. The thing I really like about this place is they don't treat you like your trying to rob the place. You can walk around look at things without being followed/ harassed. Tractor Supply employees follow you everywhere, and that super uncomfortable.

Terrible service, rude and pushy employee. At 8:01 an employee walked up to me and said “ hey my store is closed” showed me his phone and the time. “you wrapping things up” which we where, we got in line a minute later then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and watch as some one walks in at 8:05 (after closing) who is help out by someone else who was very polite and helpful in finding his one item. After waiting in line the rude employee then tries to open up a register to check us out after seeing us wait after he rushed us. but caused more issues and need the help of the first cashier to get his register set up.the store is pretty good over all but don’t come in near closing time.

I finally visited Wilco and I'm so glad I did! I was like a kid in a candy store and the employees followed me around as if I was some kind of thief but that didn't bother me! I was too busy looking at everything. Very nice clothing and footwear section too! And even though they made me feel like a criminal, they were helpful if I had any questions. Awesome place.
