I purchased a m 605 earthquake trimmer mower, 1/7/24. It was already assembled. The staff was friendly and informative. They even loaded it in my truck. After going home,I unloaded it, and installed the included oil, and my own gas. It started easily, idled for a few minutes. Then squeezed the handle, to operate the cutting head. It works as expected. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I was unable to navigate the warranty app. It just wouldn't accept my info.... So a little help would be appreciated. I restarted it several times, and it worked every time. Now, waiting for drier weather, to try it out. I called the customer service and was advised that warranty coverage is automatically approved! Thank You!!

The people where very kind and helpful. The employees were nice as well. The reason for the lack of stars is the ordering person needs to do a better job of tracking inventory. I needed 16 bolts 8 of one size 8 of another so i ended up with mix matched bolts to make it work. Also certain areas are a little bare on the shelves like one small tube of lock tite when i need two tubes of the kind they are out of .

Manager at the Store was an arrogant jerk. I believe his name is Jason. He has no Customer Service as I witnessed him being incredibly rude to a young woman in the store. When I arrived at the register he was still complaining about her after being verbally abusive to her. It was appalling to see, and I have never witnessed someone so unprofessional in the Service Business. All the gal wanted was a little assistance with a purchase she made and he totally lost his cool. If I owned this Store or had it Franchised then I would not be keeping him around.

I go to this TSC to get propane. It’s a simple and easy way to fill tanks! Just pull up to the side of the building that has the propane, call and they will come out and fill, they even take the payment right there. Sometimes propane can be out and there will be a sign saying so, but usually gets refilled by the end of the day.

Bought almost 500lbs in grain and feed today. There were three employees standing near me watching me struggle with stacking the 50 lbs bags. Not of them bothered to offer assistance. At the register the cashier commented on the large purchase, but again, no one bothered to offer help getting everything to my car or help load. Better go to Spanaway or Yelm store.

The employees here so absolutely incredible. I’m a young woman just getting into raising quail for the first time, and feed stores are kind of intimidating. This place is so nice, I will definitely be driving out of my way to chose this location. The employees were excited to help anyone who had any questions, and just had positive energy overall. I brought my little dog along and every employee said hi to her and wanted to know her name! Such a positive experience

Producers Pride and Dumor Chicken Feed have both been found to have additives that have been added into these two brands that are owned and distributed by Tractor Supply and are making the chickens not produce any eggs at all. The feed has been changed. The corporate owners are in Mr Gates back pocket. Save your flock. Choose something else or shop elsewhere. Makes you wonder what other animal/bird food they've messed with. Disgusting.

I specifically wanted this metal rooster. I went in and asked a worker, in a maroon sweatshirt, if they had any in stock. He showed me where it was normally kept and there was none on the shelves. I then said that I would just order it online. He went to the customer service computer and looked up the rooster for me! There was no way for me to get it. I think it’s discontinued or something. But the fact that he went above and beyond was awesome! I didn’t catch his name but I just wanted to say thank you again!!!

Serena is the most helpful manager ever. She is smart, professional, courteous and knows her customer service! The store itself is so fun to go into and has loads of medicines, food, & loads of products not found elsewhere. I hope they treat Serena and the rest of the staff good, because it is one of the better run stores ever!

This place has pretty much anything you can think of except tractors. However it's getting only 2 stars because the customer service here is not good at all. The staff are rude and unhelpful and thats if you can find someone to help you. They have a help wanted sign out front but when you try to ask the manager about it he tells you they aren't hiring but you can fill out an application online and maybe they will call when they are hiring. What they need is a new manager and some people to help out....that know what they are doing.

This was the first time for me to order anything online at the Tractor Supply store. I decided to do curb side pick up. I called the number on the sign & in less than 5 minutes my order was hand carried to my car. The store manager brought it out. I just want to say if I had to give it a rating between 1-10, This was a 10 for sure. Thank you for the fast service. Keep up the great work.

It is a farm supply store, but they have a lot of different things for your yard and garden. I have been here a few times and the service is good and the prices are not bad. I will probably go back if I need something I know they have.

My goodness they need more staff on Sunday. Ordered my stuff online for in-store pickup. Went in store, grabbed a few more items and sent the spouse through the checkout for those while I waited at Customer Service for pickup. And waited. And waited. When to family members say, "Wow that took a long time." You know it took too long.

Always VERY helpful the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly our dogs like going there because of the treats they get (our Lab Courtney always runs in and sits there) she "expects" treats from the people, the pet wash area is always clean and very reasonable. Sale prices are great. I highly recommend checking out the Silverdale store.

Customer service at this location is amazing. I had some issues with a product on Black Friday, Al the manager is an amazing guy. He and his staff took care of myself and my brother-in-law with the utmost respect and sincerity. I went in and picked up my product today. Al the manager was in and he helped me through the process as well as gave my son a complimentary Tractor Supply Company hat free of charge. They have got a customer for life with me just on the friendliness cleanliness of the store and how they genuinely care about their customers and their customer concerns. Thank you guys for all your help.

Our first time at this type of store. We were greeted so soon as we walked in and asked if we needed any assistance. We did and asked where the rabbit feed was located. The cashier gave us directions to the product and on our way another associate asked if we needed assistance, which we stated we were good. We located the rabbit food and crashed out with ease. We will continue to buy from here.

I’m not thrilled how this place has run all our local small feed stores out of business. They don’t carry the variety of livestock feed I’d like either. However the staff is pretty darn great, prices aren’t better than the independent stores but they aren’t worse. Store is clean and organized. I love how they contribute to 4H and FFA.

When a cashier is taking personal calls on her cell phone while “assisting” customers and asking them to “hold on”...I mean, really?Visited this store twice this week for two pick ups. One online, one in store. Both times I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff for being a customer. 2nd visit waited about 10 minutes near a load out door and had to go back into the store and ask for assistance again as it was never sent.Truly odd visits to this store. Will not be making any trips back.

It was great they had just what I was looking for and a whole bunch more! It's turning into a really nice store and I just live down the road a mile from it , making it so convenient ! Unfortunately I got broken into a month-and-a-half ago and lost tools that I needed, I hopped in my buggy and down the road to Tractor Supply where they fixed me up in a hurry! Thank you Tractor Supply for being there when I needed you!!! I'm Rick and I'm happy to have Tractor Supply right down the road.

Their selection is ample. I make a conscious effort to choose them because I know I will get the best deal and be treated with respect.

Went in with my family to buy dog food and had a metal sign post hit me in the leg. Not only did the lady had rushed over and made sure I was okay, she then got her manager and he greeted me with nothing but politeness and concern. I shop there from time to time and always enjoy the customer service today they went above and beyond.

So I bought a pellet stove and had it delivered, when the pellet stove arrived, it was dented on one side...so I called them the same day and talked about it ....the next day I called them again and even though they had a fire outside the building and had to deal with it ....the manager, didn't have the pellet stove in stock ....so he went to the Yelm store and used his personal truck to go and get it...after being up since 3 a.m. ....the customer service is amazing and I am definitely going to return
