This store is the best Home Depot. They have a lot of women that work here! They’re super nice and working to help you find stuff. There was a girl with yellow linen pants today who was so nice and helpful. They actually have a lot of employees too so we didn’t have to search the half the store just to get help. I wish all Home Depot’s were like this one. That was actually a pleasant experience.

The staff is great. I've rented trucks from here worked on home projects and got all my tools, and supplies from this store. Not only do they make sure to help you out they know what they're talking about. It feels like the place to be for all my home projects needs.

I went to Home Depot Puyallup on Wednesday March 13th, to look at Grills again ( I was there Tuesday too) I asked to be assisted by a Manager. I got the most awesome Supervisor “ Cody”. He was so knowledgeable and so very helpful. I do have to say Tuesday I did not get much help. Cody helped me understand what I wanted and directed me to the perfect grill. He carried the service to the customer service stand and assisted Sharyon through until the end. Sharyon was such fun and worked hard to make it right for me. I had a special request because the grill was for my husband as a 39th anniversary gift. I asked if I could have them put a card in the grill I am having assembled and for delivery. Sharyon, and two other ladies working that night ( I did not write down their name 😫) worked together to insure this would happen. I told them how awesome they were and the service was unsurpassable. I also mentioned that people are so quick to complain but not so quick to appreciate great service. It starts from the top so well done Home Depot Management team! One more note, get Cody in Management. He will help your store succeed!

I went in with a picture of the paint I bought a year prior & they used the faded sticker on top of the paint can to make me the same color & they nailed it. Overall the staff at Home Depot are helpful in finding what you're looking for 9 times out of 10. There's pretty good sales on the products I've purchased, plus some of the prices are on average lower than competitors most of the time. I enjoy shopping here & will continue to shop here.

I can’t thank King and Carroll enough for all of their help! I foolishly decided to go to Home Depot the day before Christmas Eve to get a grill. I assumed they’d have grills that weren’t assembled, well they didn’t and I wasn’t prepared to put this grill in my suv. King came and helped tremendously! I can’t thank them enough for making sure I was able to get this last minute gift home for my husband. He loves it and thanks you all as well. Superior customer service!

I like shopping at Home Depot. Having said that, i wish that, upon entering, they would give you a map pointing out all the most popular locations for an employee to hide. When you finally chase someone down the experience at Home Depot is almost always a pleasant one. They carry a wide range of very high quality stuff. Aside from the joke about finding a staff person the people that assume very knowledgeable or they find someone who is very knowledgeable to help you out. I almost always enjoy the Home Depot experience. I will go back often.

Stopped at Home Depot in South Hill, Puyallup for a specific item my husband had seen earlier in the week at different location(Tacoma-Center St). After searching the obvious areas w/out any luck, an associate advised this location doesnt carry the item- sad day 😒

Came in 4/3/24 looking for Roll away dishwasher adapter. Worst customer service ever. When you ask for help and they seem put out and had one guy ever roll his eyes at me. I'll take my money elsewhere like over to Lowe's where they have good customer service and are eager to help.

Decent selection of items, workers in lumber could definitely be more helpful, and almost every cashier at night has an attitude. 🤣 but the garden center is nice and has a wide variety of plants and other items to care for everything outside.

45 minutes waiting for an employee to open up a locked cabinet for an $18 sawblade… Had to ask three times to the multiple cashiers standing in a circle talking ,while the customers were doing all the work at self check out..Nobody ever came to open the cabinet so I put all the rest of my stuff back and walked across the street to Lowe’s and was in and out in 15 minutes

A man helped me with a project I am working on. He cut the wood to the right length and made sure I had all the tools necessary to build the project. After I left, he found me in the parking lot and remembered I might need more screws. He was very kind and helpful. Two other employees helped me with trying to locate someone to cut the wood pieces for me. I always receive great help and there is always great selection at this Home Depot.

This is a really large Home Depot. It generally always has what I need. I definitely prefer this one over the Bonney Lake and the Federal Way. The staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating!

The pro area was closed for the weekend. customer service handled the order put it together... Then the cashier's on the pro side had to check it they said. Just a laque of trust for their own people, and a waste of time/money for my end. I hope they didn't attend some seminar teaching this practice?

Fantastic Customer Service, as it should be. I went not sure what kind of lawnmower to get my daughter for a housewarming gift. Gas/Electric/Battery power are the choices nowadays. Battery powered seems best to me being cordless so I got one. My daughter and especially her hubby just love it.

I hope this reaches the right person, i seem to have lost my reciept and dont know where else to leave a review, but Tim and Rebecka were so very helpful with finding a specific Halloween item for me! Couldn't of been happier with the customer service they both provided, and even when they had to close down the isle to get a forklift to get the decor down, they both weren't bothered at all and so very happy to help! I appreciated it so much!

It's the Home Depot. Usually somebody asks me if I need help when I'm there. I stood for at least 15 minutes in front of the rotary tool display, looking to see if they had a bit I needed. Not only did nobody ask me if I needed help, but their selection for those tools is pretty limited. I should have gone to Amazon as was my first inclination. I found what I was looking for online in about 30 seconds. But I try to shop where I can prior to using the internet. Cuz I understand people need jobs. Obviously the staff at Home Depot may not feel that way.

Went in to grab impact bits and a utility knife. Got the utility knife. They were out of stock on the bit I needed so I went elsewhere. It's Home Depot so it was a usual visit with a can I help at the wrong time and no one to be found when I needed something.
