I took my 4 month old puppy here for her first ever grooming appointment. When we came to pick her up, she was in such a joyful mood like she had a great time! First time puppy groomings are kept short so she didn't get too overwhelmed or scared. Shout out to Emily for making Zelda feel safe and rejuvenated! Can't wait to come back.

We have 2 dogs, a German shepherd/lab and a Whippet/lab. Both are cleaned up beautifully and smell incredible after. We've tried about 3 groomers and have stuck with Spotted dog for years now. The staff has always been very sweet and said when one of our dogs seems nervous they let them stay kenneled together. ❤️

I took my 14 year old dog Alfy for a grooming today and will never return. I got a call after he had been there for 2.5 hours saying they were only able to bathe him because he was panting and stressed. I asked why they didn't get to him sooner and they said they were short staffed. No wonder he was stressed. I could have bathed him at home! This was just plain unexceptable. My husband went to pick him up because I'm still fuming.

Brought my Pomeranian here for the first time. I specifically asked them NOT to shave her down because we have done it previously at another groomer but I want to leave her hair to grow out and look fluffy, like how a Pom should be. Anyone who knows about Poms know they shouldn’t even be shaved down anyway (unless you request it) and the fur can take some time to grow back.It’s been 3 months of me waiting for her fur to grow back but I took her in today for a trim. A trim is all I requested, of course we picked her up and guess what…they shaved her down to the undercoat. 0 stars never coming back here again. How hard is it to follow a customers request????

Great place to take your fur babies! They were great with my pup. It was his first time getting groomed, and they made sure not to overdo it and kept him relaxed as much as possible!

This is a wonderful clean place. The dogs all seem happy there. It's like looking at them sitting in a beauty salon. I am a very happy customer and my Benjio is happy as well. Thank you. YES do come and see for yourself.

Can't say enough good things about this place. My dogs actually like to go and see Emilee. She knows what she is doing and pets like her, I always the my dogs for a walk after I pick them up, they always look amazing, they feel refreshed, lots of energy and smelling great, that tropical breeze spray is super dope. Can't think of another person to trust with my dogs or a better place to take them than Spotted Dog.

My stylist groomer is Michael. I started coming here because of him. He is a talented , caring, artist. Michael cuts my black and tan Pameranian. Michael has found a wonderful place to work here at the salon Spotted Dog. Clean ,comfortable, professional but home town vibe. There is also some great edible treats for your dogs aches and pains and some other supplies. I also had to check in with my dog Bear's rabbis shot #. I like that they care about there employees and our dog's health. The store also has a great appointment reminder and you can book system that I feel works great. Couldn't get better service enjoy coming here my baby loves this place.

Stopped in to get my two girls nails trimmed and was able to get my little Lucy girls bangs trimmed for free! Great, affordable, fast service. Taking both girls back in a few weeks for a full grooming!

Unfortunately after being a customer for over two years, I was treated very rudely today, and will never go back to this groomer again! My Maltipoo had an appointment and when I showed up, I was told that she was covered in mats, even though I had given her a total comb out the day before to make sure that I wasn’t charged extra the next day. When she said that my dog had mats, I asked her to show me and when I felt the area that she was talking about, there were none. There were some typical tangles, which could have been taken care of with her comb out after her bath, but NO mats. The groomer was making my dog anxious the whole time and even put a comb in the fur on her legs and was trying to rake it through without being the slightest bit gentle! Then, I was informed that my dog would have to be clipped really short (almost to the skin in some areas) which I wasn’t wanting! I asked if I could give her a quick comb out and was told that I could, but would have to reschedule my appointment. At that point, not wanting my dog to basically be clipped down to her skin, I told the groomer that I just wanted to reschedule. She said ok, but that I would have to wait 2 weeks AND that I would still owe $68 for the grooming that my dog wasn’t going to be receiving! I was appalled! I should also mention that the groomer was EXTREMELY rude to another client that came into the lobby while I was there. He was dropping off his dog and came in to escape the cold (it was 45 degrees outside at the time). He was told that he would have to go outside and when he remarked about the temperature outside, the groomer rudely told him that he needed to go outside and wait and that “that’s why we have a sign on the door”. I left vowing to NEVER go back and I will tell everyone I know NOT to use this establishment!

Had my long hair dog that had not been groomed in over 2 years (compliments to covid ) get a full treatment. I am impressed with the time frame, the smell of a clean dog! All the way to my dog is acting happy afterwards is wonderful. I highly recommend

Called at 4:15 (they close at 5) to see if they can do a walk in nail trim (I told them I live 5 min away on gem heights). They told me they would leave when they are done with the last dog they are working on and told me to come another day. I told them I get off when the close the next couple of weeks and due to the holidays I couldn’t get him in earlier. Thanks guys.

This establishment was clean and very professional. The folks who work there are kind and are very good with the pups who go in for their spa treatment and hair cuts. My pup Milo looked adorable with his cut and I know he was treated very well based on how he trotted back to my husband and I when we came to pick him up. Tail wag and all. We set up his next appointment as we will be bringing him here again

My Misty went in for the first time for grooming today. She is almost 14 and is a little unsteady on her feet. They did an amazing job!!! She looks fabulous and you can tell she feels so much better. Finally found a good groomer again. Already made an appointment for her next groom. They are all so kind and you can tell they love what they do. Such a great loving and caring environment. I will let everyone know this is the best place for your pets care. Even though I'd love to keep it to myself :) I was shocked when I went in a week before her appointment to check it out and saw some of Grooming Angels groomers there. We used them for years before we left and have been looking for the same quality and care. Well we found it and can't be happier. Thank you guys so much for caring for my Misty! This is the best groomer I have ever been to! I have a very scared and anxious pom and I had been to a groomer where they would not see my dog anymore and I thought there was no hope. Ever since coming here my dog has gotten better and better. They have taken the best care of my dog.

They take great care of my dog baby! They have also "cured" her terrible shedding issue. They have a special shampoo service for only $10 extra which loosens all the shedding hair and gets rid of it. This is the first time in 8 1/2 years of owning this dog that I can pet her and not get covered in dog hair! It's a miracle! They do a really good job of filing her nails, too. She always looks very pretty when we leave.

Fantastic. I've never been into a groomer's where the animals were so calm! First time grooming my Persian cat at this business (although I've seen this individual groomer before). The owner is amazing with my great grandmothers pomeranian. Always willing to schedule in advance because they are busy to keep him on his grooming routine. They don't push services that aren't needed and pricing is reasonable.

I dropped off my Husky, Oliver to be groomed because he was blowing his coat and no amount of brushing we were doing was helping. We do the de-shedding package and Oliver came back looking and smelling incredible. On top of that, he normally hates going to the groomers but seemed to like this place much more than anywhere else we've taken him to. His fur has never been so soft and shiny. They did an incredible job and I definitely plan on coming back in the future. If you're looking for a groomer , just stop your search and go to Spotted Dog. You absolutely won't regret it.

I brought my new dog in 3 weeks ago for grooming. She unfortunately had fleas and she was just a scared doggy. They were so gentle and kind to her. They also were very helpful to me as a new pet owner. They were patient and friendly. The prices were reasonable, they got me in on short notice and stayed late to give me a pep talk on taking home my first pet! Not only do I recommend them but I will use them on a regular basis myself from here on out. Thank you Spotted Dog for being awesome (and carrying fun Seahawks dog paraphenelia)!

Excellent staff, they actually listen to what I want! I have a Yorkie who is 10 years old. They cut him exact the way I wanted. Cut his nails and brushed his teeth all for a reasonable price. They called when he was done and I picked him up no problems!
