Associates at Rite Aid were professional, friendly, and empathic toward my situation. I went to the store for a few things and ended up staying longer than usual due to my vehicle situation. The weather was chilly, and I preferred to stay inside the store and explain to the staff. They were empathic and let me stay inside the store. Of course, the event happened and ended within business hours. Nowadays, it is hard to trust anyone due to customers' uncharacteristic behaviors and may result in unsavory results. Overall, I was grateful.Thank you, Rite Aid staff!

This is the 3rd rite aid we've used and it's amazing! Anytime there is a problem they explain exactly what I need to do, either with doctors office or insurance to get it corrected. If they can fix it, they do. I managed multiple medications for 3 family members.I noticed that some of the negative reviews are very specific issues or people not understanding how commercial pharmacies work.My only complaint is the app could be WAY more user friendly.

I called to ask a simple question about the Valentine’s Day cards in store and was cut off and hung up on not just once, but TWICE by Stephanie. Very rude Customer Service. Nope I’ll take my service elsewhere.

Just had a terrible experience at the pharmacy drive through. I had prepaid for a prescription, but was asked to pay again. When I mentioned that I had already paid, a VERY rude woman said I hadn’t (even though I was looking at my bank statement showing I had). She asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacist and I said no. My plan was to talk with the pharmacy manager about being forced to pay twice so I rang the button to ask her name and she wouldn’t pick up. Then the pharmacist gets on and he tells me the pharmacy manager is not in and that he will relay what happened. All he knows is what she told him, so I asked for her name and he refused to give it to me. They just lost a family of 6’s business.

My doctor called in a prescription for allergy eye drops. At the drive through the clerk took my ID and insurance information and said I would be notified by text in about 20 minutes, so I decided to wait in the parking lot. After 30 minutes and no text, I went back through the drive through. Then I was informed that it was for an over the counter medication and my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. Okay, that surprised me but oh well, so I asked how much. Their response was I would have to park, go in the store, and find out for myself. No phone call to alert me and no move to have the drops ready for me any way. Terrible customer service. Needless to say I’ll get the drops elsewhere. It’s a shame since it’s the closest drug store to me. Up your customer service. We’re why you have a job!

I accidentally broke a Gnome, and a staff member immediately came over to help clean it up. They also ended up being our cashier. Lol he was super helpful and pleasant to talk with. He was friendly. Would recommend going there for any of the typical Rite aid needs. 💯

They never get the right lids [easy off]on my prescription. But service is not bad. One of the techs ..can't remember her name..is not nice to say the least. Once they charged me for a Prescription that was never delivered to me. Then they said the charges will be reversed.

The drive thru pharmacy told me they would text me in “20 minutes” when my medicine is ready.I waited outside patiently for over an hour before going inside and they had it ready for an hour but Said they forgot to check the box.Ok I understand... mistakes happen.But the lack of remorseful customer service is what ticked me off.I told the lady people are out here waiting in pain and discomfort and it’s not fair to the customer.Not even a single apology.My comments were just a further inconvenienceThe least you could do is PRETEND to care.Rite aid has Walmart customer service with whole food prices

This pharmacy constantly "doesn't have enough" so they give me a portion of my fill, then fight me when I want to get the rest. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I think the people working there are truly trying to help. Customer service 5, policies and lack of product, 1.

Update: 09/01/2022 due to their lack of caring , today i filed a complaint to the state of Washington. it sad that I have to be a KAREN to get some kind of response from RITE AID as a big company that it is just sad..........SEE THEY JUST RESPONDED WITH THE EXACT THING I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT..... YOU DONT CARE.... YOU HAVE MY INFO. .....had too put 1 star! I have read many reviews on this store and most get ask to contact the 1800# or there web site to help Serve you better. Well I called last Wednesday and did a message on line. I was told someone would contact me on this matter in 5days. This is a complaint of position of power I'm talking about the pharmacist tec. at this location. You guys hold a position of authority and trust when you not only break that with someone's doctor and then fall short of even contacting the customer shows me that this is not a one time thing but a company breakdown! one of your tec. Miss led my doctor about something that NEVER HAPPENED. My doctor's words who am I supposed to believe you or the Pharmacist! Sad... 5months of no Medication me getting the reports to prove I did nothing wrong and Rite aid pushing me off!

Not happy with RiteAid. I called in my prescription for my thyroid medicine just before my bottle was empty. I went in to pick them up and they said it was only 60 days on a 90 day prescription and they cannot refill it. Well, considering that I had it filled there the last time and I only took one pill a day and I ran out at 60 days I’m thinking I was shorted 30 days. No, they say it can’t be their fault. Hmmm…it’s not like they are narcotics, they are thyroid medication! Do I have to count them at the pharmacy before I leave? Shame on you. I have great insurance and have been a loyal RiteAid customer. Own up to your mistakes.

The store is nice (staff is helpful and friendly) but the pharmacy is terrible. I’ve had routine trouble getting prescriptions filled as they don’t receive them when my physicians office has confirmed they sent it. Staff is polite but clueless on assisting outside of just stating they don’t have it. Refills are rarely completed by the time stated.

Trevor in the Pharmacy is awesome. I needed to fill a prescription for my puppy (UTI) and I only had $11.00. I told him of my predicament and he found the best deal, it came out to $4.17. Trevor was super friendly and caring. GO TO THIS PHARMACY

Rude, crappy, RUDE service!!!The 1☆ is ONLY because Google doesn't have a "NO" or "0" stars option. I would give 4 stars for the employees in the pharmacy BUT Rose the supervisor, has a nasty attitude, I was actually surprised when I asked to speak to somebody in management. Her excuse of "there's only 2 of us here" for her attitude & repeatedly sighing was unacceptable.RiteAid was having a sale on their vitamins/supplements. I was overcharged about $33 because the discounts weren't applied to my bill. I had to wait for 5 other customers in line to pay before the other cashier even called Rose back up to the register. I just asked for a refund at this point, but that took her at least 10-15 minutes & 2 registers before she actually figured it out. I was in my car when I realized she didn't return my receipt. Of course, that was at least another 7 minutes before that issue was resolved.I also work with the public, and being rude, and speaking to customers the way she was talking to me is completely unacceptable. Management sets the standards that we, the employees must abide by. Obviously, this isn't the same for Riteaid. I just wonder if Rose would've had the same attitude & remarks had I been a white woman? Her behavior was uncalled for. I will never go back to this store again.

Typically very good. However the hours are wrong. Due to their COVID clinic at 8pm the Pharmacy closes at 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. As I went to go pick my prescription up, operating hours still say 8pm. It would behoove you to update this in case someone comes for their prescription operating on the understanding that it is still an 8pm closing time. Thank you

This Rite Aid has the most angry and meanest workers. Especially in the pharmacy! They do not accept out of state EBT cards and the pharmacist was yelling at me how bad her day was and how much worse it will be when she needs to do what I need help with. I didn't catch her name. By far worst customer service in Puyallup!

I visited the Rite-Aid located at 9502 176th St E, Puyallup, WA 98375 the morning of 10/27/18. I received good service but had to inform the manager of extremely dirty bathroom toilets. She tried to blame the previous night's staff but the black ring of bacteria in both bowls is from an extended period of time without being cleaned. Please keep your facilities clean #Rite-Aid.

The Riteaid pharmacy at 9502 176th in puyallup is awesome. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, prescriptions are filled promptly, and their drive thru is super convenient.

Everyone complaining about prescriptions; this pharmacy gets mine faster than my last place, which was horrible! If your prescription is wrong, maybe it's the doctor who wrote the script wrong... Before yelling at them, ensure YOUR doctor wrote it correctly

Went to the store for a purchase, but was overcharged for it. Not only did they ignore the pricing that was labeled, when I told them about it, the customer service representative sarcastically said "sorry about that". I called another Rite Aid to verify the pricing, and I was indeed overcharged for it.

They could of killed or seriously injured my 2 year old daughter. I went to pick up cream and they gave me a huge bottle of pills 💊 with my daughters name on them and tried to bill me for them and said they were my 2 year old daughters prescription. They then said they were so busy they “accidentally” mislabeled the prescription. If I had gone with the flow and believed what they first said my daughter could of been dead or in the hospital with organ failure because they tried to give a 2 year the wrong prescription! Stay Away!!!!!

Being short staffed is one thing, but making a conscious choice to put off a child’s meds because you just wanted to, is ridiculous. “Meds will be done in 30-40 minutes.” Come back nearly 2 hours later, “it’s going to be another 20 minutes.” This has been happening since BEFORE Covid. So it isn’t an excuse anymore. Laziness when it comes to time sensitive meds is unsafe.

Had an appointment for the second Covid shot at 7:57 pm today. Talked to several people in line who were also booked at the same time, as well as those who were walk ins... its been 45 minutes and not even an explanation why... there is one person administering shots and she is exhausted.This is broke!

My Dr spoke with the male pharmacist who failed to process my prescription. I spent an extra 45 minutes of my own time and another 15 minutes of my Dr's time compensating for his incompetence. My family and I are no longer customers.
