They were so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions, and also read over all the information with me to ensure I understood everything. We made the right choice trusting them to get our puppy. She is healthy, so sweet, and was everything we were looking for in a new family member. She is going to be spoiled and loved all her life.Update: We have had her a month now and she is super healthy and adjusted. I couldn’t be happier. She is absolutely the best.

Paid $5,600 for my puppy in 2020. $20,000+ in medical bills and she passed away at 3.5 years old. I have never loved anything more in my life. I've taken some time to write this as it's hard to relive it. I had my dog seen by multiple professionals. Many visits to the ER and an internal medicine specialist many times. Ultimately she was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. After a month and a half of testing we were told we would have 3-4 more years. 1 month later and she was gone. We did EVERYTHING we could for her. I slept overnight at the emergency room 7 nights with her. No professional could point to what truly did this to her besides a possible underlying health condition. You don't know where Puppyland gets their dogs or if they have underlying health conditions. It's not fair to the animals or us. Maya was pure sunshine and didn't deserve the hand she was dealt. I had to watch my favorite thing in this world decline everyday in front of me, while doing everything I possibly could. Heartbreak doesn't even begin to describe the pain. Maya was my world.

I had a good experience at Puppyland. Lots of different breeds to pick from. I wanted a Chihuahua but instead chose an adorable shih tzu. She turned out to be a happy cuddle bug who loves everyone. She had a lot of diarrhea and was told it was worms. I had her vet checked immediately and the only thing that turned up was coccidia which was not good. She was treated for this immediately.

This was my first time at Puppyland and I was very impressed! The staff was so nice, it made my experience so good. I feel bad I did t get the name of the young lady that helped me, she was awesomeE! The store was very clean and didn’t smell bad. All the animals looked very happy and healthy. The areas that the puppies were in were incredibly clean and organized. The puppy that we chose to buy is just the most special little girl. I ended up being there for about 4 hours that that had nothing to do with them. I had to wait for my husband to come after he got off work. I did t want to run the risk of so someone else coming in and buying her. The staff answered all our questions and the contract and paperwork was explained to us in great detail. I would recommend Puppyland to any of my family and friends!

They trick customers into signing predatory loans with up to 200% interest. Additionally they charge 3 to 10k for puppies that you could get from a reputable breeder for several 100$. Most of the puppies get sick and cost the owners thousands in vet bills that they won't cover. The attorney General Bob Ferguson currently has a lawsuit against them for all these reasons

We got our yorkie at the Renton location. He had kennel cough just like the other comments. They never responded to us.The workers didn’t care about their job.We paid $6,000.00 cash for our baby but I know they have payment plans with very high interest which is sad.Look at their medication list, you’ll understand why they are calm……Our baby is very small after 2 years he is only 4 pounds.Oh and because they sleep and eat in the same spot don’t expect them to be potty trained. Our baby is forever “diaper boy” haha. Our other 2 yorkies we never had an issue but I think this is because he slept where he ate and was at all day and he was there for 16 weeks.

During the pandemic they absolutely refused to inform me of pricing. During the shut down they said i would have to drive all the way there for a price. Just tells me its over priced compared to other places

These guys are awesome. They actually have vets in house looking after the puppies full time. They are very well cared for and our pup is amazing. We got a mini aussie and she is such a wonderful little spunky sweet heart. She loves everyone... people and kids and all types of other doggies... not sure if it is just her breed that makes her that way or if it just due to excellent socialization, but she is really special. She is super tough, playing with bigger dogs she has no fear and just loves it. She is extremely smart and super easy to train. She brings so much joy to everyone in our family including her big sis which is also a super sweet girl... Tennessee tree hound (Treeing Tennessee Brindle). The staff are very attentive. Stephanie is especially helpful and knowledgeable. The pups run $5k-$6k. They do offer payment plans if you need that. If you wait, some puppies' price will go down, but you get the "pick of the litter" if you are willing to pay more.

Puppyland is a super friendly and wonderful provider for your future, furry, family member(s)! Dereck was our informative guide to help us find our perfect, furry friend! Even though he was out of his home state Arizona; where he works at their own Puppyland and only temporarily helping this location, he still went above and beyond to ensure our happiness by helping us decide on the best pet for our family and future situation. I cannot thank him enough for how kind and thoughtful he was when taking care of us! These employees are not only friendly to their customers but, they’re true friends to all dogs alike. From lineage background of your furry friend, to training, and the supplies and support to help set you up for success! I would highly recommend Puppyland (and Dereck!)

This place needs to be shut down immediately. My family and I had the most heartbreaking experience with this ruthless company. Our beautiful puppy that we searched for for years and paid $5,000 for DIED!! What did PUPPYLAND say about her death absolutely nothing, after my first phone call to tell them they blocked my number and refused to called me back. When I went in the store asking for help to rectify this situation they told me the police would be called if I didn't leave. It's disgusting and I'm helping the Washington State Attorney General's office get this place shut done to save this poor dogs and from another family to suffer the way we have, these poor puppy are are sick but are still selling for thousands about retail price. Please think twice before getting a puppy here no matter what they tell you.

Overall, my family and I had a lovely experience at Puppyland. My husband and I have been considering getting a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy for a while now. Puppyland does price their puppies higher than other breeders I’ve spoken to; however, after some negotiation, they were willing to work with me on the base price of our puppy and bring the final amount closer to our original budget. We did not go with their financing option. We paid out of pocket, so paying for our little one was quick and painless. I was pleased with the service Dakota and Maycee provided. They were informative, polite, and professional. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns about the puppy and the process. We were able to walk out of the store with all the essentials for our new puppy (food, leash/collar, kennel, and toys). Since coming home, our puppy is thriving. I am grateful for our experience and the fact that we now have a new family member.

What can I say. My little girl is a blessing. She was healthy and very sweet. So smart, now 2 years old I feel lucky that we are together. She is a Pomeranian and Shih Tzu mix. Shiranian or aka Teddy Beard. Easy to house break and she travels well. Car, airplane etc. she is so happy to travel. I was very pleased with our service at Puppyland. Such a great companion for an old man.

I absolutely love my puppy I got from Puppy Land! Seth and Caris made the process easy and were able to work with me to make sure I got to take my puppy home yesterday! They made sure to explain everything to me and how everything was gonna go with financing. I highly recommend!!

These businesses profit off of puppy mills that either can't sell the puppies they have or don't want to. So they buy them and then sell them to unsuspecting people at a jacked up price. Regardless of their health or genetic history. If you're going to buy a puppy at the very least go through a reputable breeder. Or adopt. My family has done both and my rescue is actually a dog that was originally purchased from a Puppyland and then abandoned by his previous owners for his health issues. Please don't be tempted by something cute and think about what you are supporting before you makes purchases like these.

We bought a breed that is exciting from them. I’m the 15 day grace period. Our new pup showed signs oh chronic coughs. End result is she has kennel cough. After numerous visits and tests. Even vets say they don’t like puppy land. Then over treat and vaccine the pups. And their help dents says might take months to get money to helps with the vet visits. We believe these poor pups or over breed. We rescued our new addition.

We got a dog from Puppyland about a week ago and we love our Bulldog!!!!!! The process was daunting to say the least. They make it seem like the financing will be easy even if you have bad credit but it was quite a difficult process. It was more money than I was expecting as well. But I will say that I was quite invested when I saw my puppies face so in the end I went through with the 9000$ price tag because I had already fallen in love. The day after I brought him home he was really dehydrated so I had to keep filling his water bowl more than usual. All in all it was ok experience but wouldn't do it again. I love my baby King so happy I found him!!!!

We got our little girl back in December, she was all clear at the vet health wise. The only reason I’m comfortable giving this a 1 star is because of the few people who help us the entire time. The problem that I have is that my vet DNA tested my little girl who I was was told was a purebred mini Aussie and I paid well over $3,500 for and she ended up being 3 different breeds. When I called puppyland I got “well did you know that dogs originated from wolfs and she a purebred even though it shows 3 different breeds”I have very extensive knowledge with dogs and I think that mini aussies and border collies aren’t the same breed. I would just not come here they were not willing to even give me the time of day just to listen to me. Don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t trade my little girl in for the world, she’s the absolute best but don’t advertise her as purebred if she’s not and not be willing to fix the mistake when it’s brought to your attention. That is bad business

Don’t buy pet from this location or any puppy land store they are big fraud and scam . I get to know when they sold me Golden retriever $6500 and other buy $1500 everywhere and they promised to rehome if dog is not settled in family because my little got allergic after that so I told them to take back after buy 2 days then they said we will help in rehome and people ask me $2000 even store told me this so how can they charged me this amount so never ever buy from them . Don’t waste money .

We just left puppyland with the most beautiful pomsky EVER!! Such a great experience with the staff and the puppies.The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Drake welcomed us happily and let us play with the first puppy who was gorgeous with a big personality. After that Macy led us to our dream dog. She helped us find the baby with the right, more calm personality for our soon growing family in April. Y’all are so awesome, if I could give 100 stars I would! Thank you so much to both of y’all for helping us along the way and helping my boyfriend and I find the perfect dog for us!

Trent and Bailey have been super helpful. They allowed us to see a puppy who fits us and we were able to spend as much time as possible. They also scoop up presents that dogs left behind. Clean and welcoming! Yes their puppies are pricey but the go by breed, age and coloring.When you find your pup, they spruce em up and put a bow on them and puppy cologne. I need some of this cologne.If you do get a small puppy, I recommend getting a chicken broth from a pet store and make a, what I call, a puppy cereal. They do give you a free bag of food but it is hard for little puppies to eat. 4 days later he eats the hard with better ease.They also give you breeder information after buying a puppy and your puppies whole lineage. Your pup will be microchipped.So far our little new friend acts like he was always part of our family. Perfect match!

Puppyland is full of very adorable and smart puppies. We recently purchased a French bulldog and Parti Yorkie from here - our experience all around was great. The facility is very clean, the pups are well taken care of and the staff are extremely professional and kind.

Going to Puppylang was a fun and exciting experience. Seeing all those cute puppies. Makeing a decision was so hard. I chose a Shizapoo, I named her Lily. She is smart, cute, fun, loving and beautiful. She brings so much joy to our family. We love ❤️ her so much. She had her first vet visit and happy to say got a clean bill of health. We worked with Jeuele (spelling) and she was great!

went here yesterday Nov. 14 first time looking for an australian shepherd. luckily they had a cute brown/white female puppy and was interested. although me and my husband were on a budget. the front desk said “it will costs $3,325 or you wanna do payments” for the pup. i said what makes these dogs so exotic besides their breed & they keep repeating themselves over and over with vet stuff . i went to a shelter and they had same exact dog for $150 with all vaccinations, microchip, and shots up to date and took her home instead. they are really trying to get their commission so think carefully spending thousands of dollars on a dog then it dies before it turns 1year old. DONT BUY FROM THIS OVERPRICED PLACE AT ALL!

Maycee was absolutely amazing in assisting us through the journey of finding our furever friend. (Twice!) She answered any questions and concerns, and was in constant communication with us.The store itself was extremely clean, well sanitized, and well organized. All staff were extremely helpful and you can tell the pups are all well taken care of.We couldn't be more pleased with our new family members. ❤️

this place is nice friendly staff but mostly the puppies stink really bad. it kind looks like they dont eat to much and the staff dont look like they clean the cages but it mostly good for the most part🤷🏻‍♀️
