I’m very disappointed with the way my dog’s grooming appointment went. I was able to schedule for a Saturday appointment on Wednesday and I was very grateful for them having slots available. I even called to see if I could drop my pet off earlier: no problem. However, the problem came when I picked my precious China up and she had been butchered by the groomer. Sad, because my dog has to walk around in this cold winter with a bald “bad” cut. 🤬

Shelves are always stocked. Staff is always willing to help, and my dogs love to come out just to visit and see what toys they want the most from the shelves. Personally PetSmart is a great place for all your pets needs, but this store in particular is easy to navigate, and friendly with their customers.

I was very disappointed in the grooming my border collie received at this location. It was like they bathed him, and then only cut down his belly hair. After arriving home I had to trim around his legs, his tail, and his face just to make him look presentable. I will make sure he does not get groomed by the same person again. Usually I am very happy with the results but I couldn’t believe what the groomer did and didn’t do for my dog.

I’ve been bringing my pup here for a couple of years. Never had a problem in the past with this location. I come from Federal Way to get him groomed because they are really good with him. This last time…the experience was the worst! My dog has been extremely skittish since he’s been home. Not to mention he lost a tooth. Ryleigh (sp) stated it happened after she brushed his teeth. She place the tooth on the counter saying it’s never happened before. Was very nonchalant about it and then walked away. All of the other ladies have been great with him.

We use the Pets Hotel often! Our dog gets sooo excited to come here! The staff is kind and gentle!! I can always trust that he will be well cared for!! Love the stay notes too!! The grooming room is FABULOUS too! He looks gorgeous when we pick him up!!!

Normally the grooming staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Today, one worker was incredibly rude and condescending. Her attitude was uncalled for and she needs to learn to how to address customers. I walked in to pick up my dog and she gave so much attitude it took everything in me not to curse her out on the spot. Keep your attitude to yourself.

I was there yesterday and a half hour before closing they start beeping this extremely loud noise and blast over the system that they want you to leave the store as soon as possible. If you guys are going to be A-holes a half hour before closing, just close a half hour sooner. I heard four of those notices. Then when checking out there was a group of employees doing nothing next to the door. How about if you want to close early, instead of sitting on your thumbs, you help people so they can leave faster. Management either needs to be replaced or start cracking whips. I'll go elsewhere for my dog food for now on.

If you want to learn good customer service, look at the doggy daycare attendant who works there after 7 pm and do the complete opposite.I’ve been bringing my dog to this place for years and unfortunately had to encounter that rude attendant every time. My first encounter with her was about a year ago when I came to pick up my dog, and while she (the attendant) was typing something on the computer, I asked her, pointing at the cat in the kitty cottage, a simple question about the cat’s appearance since I’ve never seen a cat like that before. She replied in a very rude tone, 'That cat belongs to somebody!' I was not trying to take it home; is it so hard to just answer the question without making assumptions? I let it go because now it’s my turn to assume, and I assumed that the attendant was having a bad evening or something.Turns out, she is naturally an unpleasant person. Every time I come to pick up my dog after 7 pm, I hope that I won’t see that attendant because she is the most unpleasant person there. Don’t bother asking her questions about your dog’s day; she never knows. Everybody else is nice (Mariah is the best) or at least neutral. What happened recently was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The attendant once again was rude during the checkout. I’ve seen customer service staff in Walmart’s return department being nicer to unreasonable customers than this doggy daycare person was to me when I simply came to pick up my dog.

It's a chain pet store. It's clean. The fish are kept in decent shape with clean tanks. Fish are usually a sign of inattentive staff if they are many dead or dirty tanks. FYI. All-in-all a good pet store.

I shop here for my other animals and don’t have complaints, however - this location should be ashamed of the conditions of their live fish tanks. The feeder fish tank had at least 15 dead/dying fish amongst the living ones. The other tanks were dirty inside and out, with sickly looking fish swimming around, with a few sporadic dead fish. It was 5 pm, even if these fish died overnight there is no excuse for those tanks to look like they did. Needless to say, we left and bought our new fishy babies at Petco, where there was not 1 sickly looking, or dead, fish in sight. Don’t come here for fish, not even feeders!

Never leave your kids here (your pups) or cats. They cannot even follow a simple feeding instructions. My dog is simple. Eats at 8am and 8pm. Fed him at 445pm Customer service is terrible. Waited on the phone for late night pick up and never even got in touch with the dog motel. This place should be on the side of 167 in a ditch. Find better personal care for our animal children. Got home finally after 2 days of long work, my pup Stubbs seems like he didn't even get a drink of water in the last six hrs.

They sell sick unhealthy animals at a huge cost. Their adoption costs are more than local animal shelter. And the lady the runs the adoption program is a complete character. She lies and is very rude. All the cats had worms and were sick throwing up and they we charging 300+ for them. The humane society is 225 and they are actually healthy. I heard from multiple people they had a bad experience as well. It’s sad these animals are treated this way. It should be illegal. Shame on her and petsmart for allowing it to happen

This Petsmart Pet Hotel is extremely abusive to its Employees and animals within the hotel, I have saw countless times their main manager “Emily” hit dogs during doggy daycare, and yell in her employees faces within the hotel windows. Along with this they are not safe and allow aggressive dogs into the play room which end up getting into fights with other dogs leaving them hurt and the employees hurt as well. They are also (since this is corporate) not honest about the pets behavior once given back to their owner. Please DO NOT take them to this Pet Hotel, it is rat infested, they have an abusive manager and your dog will most likely not get the care they deserve.

I am super concerned to hear the PetsHotel has decided to stop having a person on site for overnight care. I am just one customer, but I don’t feel right knowing there is no one on site with an action plan in the event of an emergency. Did we not learn from the Kennels that had a fire recently. I will have to find another place to trust for kenneling my pets.

Thank you very kindly for keeping my fur babies looking good every time we come to visit. Terri and Christine you are Rock-star's when it comes to my family of fur Babies. Sir Enzo Loves is Aunt Terri and Zepyros/AvaGene love their Christine. You both make my life so much easier when I know that they are coming to you because of the great work you do with them I don't have to worry or to re-explain what I need you to do. When I drop them off you already know when to do and how the cuts are supposed to look and when I come to pick them up they look great. The funny thing is I believe my Fur Babies feel great because you can tell in their walk when we leave. Thank you Ladies for all that you do for my family.

This Petsmart may have one of the kindest cashiers I've ever met at a store; Kara really is a supreme being of customer service. They also have a great selection of hide n seek toys, which my kids love. It's always clean and they obviously try to keep it well stocked even with product shortages.

The Petsmart’s pets hotel here are awesome! My dogs love the staff especially my pittie who loves to play with humans. The staff are very attentive especially when my pittie slipped off his collar and ran away; they yelled to close the door and helped me catch my dog. I’m editing my 4 star review to 3 star because when I came to pick up my dogs in the evening, their supposedly senior manager Lynn was not very helpful or even look that she cares about the dogs or the customers. Because I care about my dogs, I would like to know how was their day like what a parent would like to know about their kids, but she just said she doesn’t know because she was not there. It is understandable, but she didn’t even offered to callback and ask someone on the day shift. Overall, she is not helpful. I would watch out for here if you don’t want to ruin your experience that the Day shift staff has set for this location.If it was not for Their day shift lead Michelle and other staff, I would have taken my dogs out of there

Called for an appointment for grooming my puppy. They require paper copies of shot records.. no problem. They needed rabies as well.. I told them I would have vet give him Monday, (he is only 4 months.. usually given at 6 months)so she made appt for Tuesday grooming.I get to appt time and they tell me there is 48 hour waiting time!Waste of day!

We love pets Mart, we come in there with our pet ducks and we walk around looking at all of the other animals and looking at some of the things that they have available for a Birds. Living in Washington that have noticed that there are a lot of different types of pets out here so it would be great if PetSmart could also start including some cute little things for ducks or pygmy horses or goat outfits or something. They have lizard outfits why wouldn't they have an outfit for a duck LOL all-in-all if you see me in any of the ones in Puyallup in Tacoma I will be the lady with the ducks on a leash

My Rocky Junior has been regularly attending Doggy Day Camp at PetSmart since he was 4 months old - close to 7 years! He's always very excited to go in and play with dogs, and inevitably comes home thoroughly exhausted. Highly recommended!

The staff is very friendly and discourages my excited pup from jumping, then makes her sit and wait for her treat! I love their wide variety of toys, beds and food although it is on the pricier end. I was so excited to take her to the pet hotel for doggie daycare after she received her final round of vaccines only to be declined entry as she "looks like a pit mix". I love the bully breed and find it offensive that they would decline my puppy access to daycare solely based on the way she looks. Very unhappy with this policy.We have found a different daycare who does not discriminate by breed/looks. They evaluate each dog to make sure they are not aggressive and that this is the right fit for them(just as every doggie daycare should).Here are some pictures of my brindle mutt at the daycare she loves!

Took my short haired border collie mix to the groomer on a Wednesday afternoon. Our appointment was at 3:30 and Alyssa D has her cleaned up and ready to go by 4:10. Much faster than my previous groomer. Alyssa was very nice and let me know how well my old girl did during her bath. We will be coming back to Alyssa next time!
