I bring my dogs in like they are visiting "their " store. Great place with everything we need.They have a scale to weigh your dogs. I can't hold my dogs and look down at a home scale.It is so convenient.

The workers need to get it together. Last week they say they’ll have the fish I want on Thursday, I come in Thursday at 2:30pm. They are unable to sell me fish because they are still acclimating. Okay that’s acceptable, but the lady gave me straight attitude about it and said “they’ll be ready in an hour.” So I go have lunch and come back an hour and 15 minutes later. The lady is gone so a different employee informs me that although they are released they won’t be allowed to sell any fish for another hour. It’s not okay to mess with people’s time this way. I’ve left my tanks under stocked for a week, my live plants are suffering from the lack of co2 and now most of my afternoon on my one day off is wasted. I would have went somewhere else if she told me it’d be another couple hours when I originally got here.Now they’ve lost a loyal customer.

I went twice in two days. Day one, the girl working in the fish keeping area was kind, thoughtful, and seemed to be doing her best to do her job and help needy customers at the same time. She worked with a smile, and it was a pleasant experience.Day two, it was completely different. A single person working the register, and the poor kid had a line to the back of the store. I saw other employees around, but no one came forward to help. So I cannot blame this kid for his somewhat less than enthusiastic attitude towards the job he was doing, when he was the only one doing it.Side note - the fish keeping supplies need to be clearly indicated. I needed a replacement thermometer, and was 10 minutes finding one because the thermometers are tucked in between two other, larger, displays.No one approached me to see if I needed help. The one person I felt I could have asked was unboxing new fish arrivals, and I deemed that to be the more important task, and I didn't want to disturb her doing it.

Sold me two broken tanks, won’t exchange them or honor original pricing even though I have my receipts. tells me to call customer service, I call them and they tell me there’s absolutely nothing they can do for me and won’t honor the pricing. None of the stores around me have the tanks I purchased so I can no longer purchase them on the sale they were on since it’s going to end before their next truck arrives.I’d also like anyone to know if they have a brachycephalic dog or any dog for that matter to not bring them to any location to have them groomed. They use dryers with heat!!! And leave them on for 2 hours plus. The pets hotel or doggie day care attendants are always just standing there not interacting with them in any way. Also petsmart tries to sue anyone who actually says what’s going on behind closed doors like that isn’t suspicious enough. I’ve watched too many animals just die behind your doors petsmart.*** came back here on February 29th and yet again disappointed, did an online order since there was a sale and unfortunately I couldn’t get one of my items since it said it wasn’t available on the website but it was there... Still wouldn’t honor the price for it that it showed on the website.

Do not get your pets groomed here. I went here for months with no issues and then was refused service today because of my dogs history of seizures. I advised staff that she hasn’t had a seizure in over a year and that they’ve been aware of her history of seizures and have seen her repeatedly in the past with no issues. They didn’t care to hear what I had to say. When I spoke with a manager I was informed that the groomers can refuse to see any dog. When I asked why they didn’t call and cancel the appointment ahead of time instead of having me waste my time and gas (30 min drive); his reply was that he was unsure and he’d talk to them. No apology. When I said how horrible this customer service is and that I would not be returning, he replied with a chipper “okay”. They clearly don’t care about you, your pets or your business here. Go somewhere that does.

Good service. Just annoyed they shaved a heart on my dogs tail without telling me. I had him treated for skin infection when it was the groomers who did it. If you make a mistake just tell us. The staff years always friendly and they're always excited to see my dog, But I wish they mention that part before I Spent a lot of money thinking it was an infection. I go here a lot because Petco is far And it's a little more empty than other pet stores where I can take my dog.

I would not recommend buying animals of any sort here! I am an experienced pet owner and bought a female guinea pig here and I asked for information on her and 2 female associates knew nothing and could not provide me info on her. I had her for 5 months where she suddenly passed away and I noticed when I bought her she would breathe very hard ? Again nobody could tell me anything of her health and age etc. she had the best quality food and environment! I’ve had guinea pigs before but never purchased from petsmart or a petco because I didn’t trust where they acquire their animals after continuous breeding which is very unhealthy! So after 5 months she passed away sadly. Also, my friend bought a betta fish at this location and for the first few months he was fine just swimming around. Again have the best environment and care for these animals.. all a sudden the betta fish was very restless and we can see is dying, so not sure if they mass produce the fish too like the small animals? Which causes them to have ALOT of issues!! So I would not recommend buying from here. Maybe a mom and pop pet store! That’s where I have had success with pets.

Took the dog in for a bath and nail grinding and got him back and into the car and he smelled only a little better. He normally smells way better. I normally would recommend them to everyone. I will always give a second chance, so until next time.

Their grooming people are so nice and wonderful! I always love how my boys turn out, and they're super nice and treat my boys great! the groomer Brittany always is nice, and caring to my boys. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

I was the re to help with a pet adoption program the store was very clean there was always an employee walking by with any showers clean up. look people if your dog stops to pee don't just keep walking and pretending you don't know what your dog is doing. the store has clean up areas at the end of every illes don't make someone else clean up your pets potty. this store is always very helpful.

When I first started puppy training classes I really wasn't confident in the setup. Such a small space for so many dogs. However Laurie was an exceptional trainer and would often stay after class to help me troubleshoot some issues with my fearful rescue pup. We went all the way through beginning, intermediate and advanced classes with Laurie and my pup did get her Canine Good Citizen. Laurie definitely helped me navigate some really rough times and always told me I was doing a great job, I needed to hear it because this was an extreme case of fear. She has a lot of experience and many years dealing with dogs. I would do it again and trust her every single time. Your dog will only get the most out of training if you are working with your dog at home. I know for a fact if I walked into the store right now and had a question for Laurie she would do her best to help me address it.

Loved what they did to my fur baby ❤ Jewel is a yorkiepoo, so her coat is not as silky as a yorkie or as thick as a poodle. I took her in and they cut her exactly as I specified, she looked and smelled amazing!! She was also happy and didn't appear to have been stressed out by the experience. I have always brought my furbabies to Petsmart groomers and will continue to do so.

I took my puppy in for grooming and a haircut, they had taken my little guy for 4 hours and when I got him back he had the same amount of hair as when I dropped him off. I was very disappointed, I’ll be taking Teddy to a different groomer next time.

I went in a week ago for an appointment. When I got there I was asked for my dog's rabies certificate (which I knew was needed), I said I had her tag. They advised that was not acceptable. I said "ok, well I have the receipt for her appointment from this morning". They advised that she could not be seen for at least 48 hours after receiving a vaccination. I was frustrated, but I said thank you and left. My vet later sent the certificate needed and I took the certificate in. They updated the records and I left. After trying to repeatedly book an appointment online and I called them today to try and book. I was told that we were "no longer a good fit" for their salon and that I had caused a scene and yelled. We have been going to this salon for a year. Again, I admit I was frustrated but I never even raised my voice and left when they said she could not be seen.

An o.k place to shop. Beware all of the "store" prices " vs "online price". We went to get a 300watt aquarium heater. In store; they want $40/+ for it. They still price match so when I brought up the online petsmart saying I could get it for like $21. As long as you can pull up on THAIR site the cheaper price buying g online you will save a bundle!

I loved everyone there today. We will keep coming back. It was Bailey's first time, and she didn't respond the best. It was safe to keep her in the store and teach her how to behave, instead of just removing her and not correcting her reaction. We were there for a vet visit, ended up leaving with so many good things. Michael, and sorry if that is misspelled, was beyond amazing!!! Although she ate her Kong bed within a day, the antlers and bone choices worked for her. Her new harness is great, so much better. Space was clean, staff was knowledgeable, kind, and caring. We will be back.

Santa's 15 min break was more like 25 but it was still a good opportunity to get a free photo op. Small dog holiday clothing was a little scarce but we did manage to find one nice Christmas sweater for Lily.

The experience was good but the products I bought were inferior to the chewing power of my pooch. Lol! Now I'm out $101. This is just one of the products, a Kong brand bed that lasted 10mins.
