The best place EVER to take your dog. We have a pug, and he will not let ANYONE cut his nails. He will fight and scream like you are killing him. Roxanne is the only one who can handle this little guy. Looks are deceiving he is as strong as an ox. We took him to a vet, and they couldn't handle cutting his nails. I would recommend anyone who has a dramatic, handful, fur baby to bring them here and ask for Roxanne. Also, the prices are amazing $5 to cut nails.

Roxanne and the other gals are always kind and respectful! Ive been taking my Frenchie there over 9 years and just brought in my sons Blue Healer for her first nail trim. Roxanne does a great job and works around the nervousness of the dog. She’s amazing with nail trims too and I don’t know how she handles my fat cat so well!!I won’t go anywhere else ❤️

Roxanne cuts my Willow's nails quickly and with no complaining from Willow. It's great how we can just stop in at any time for our mani/pedi. No appointment needed! Don't let the little house scare you. They're the best!!

The service is truly exceptional. They deliver fantastic haircuts while also paying close attention to your preferences and requirements. The only drawback is that they currently accept only checks or cash, which can be inconvenient for those who prefer card payments.

Just took my grouchy cat here and they came right out and cut her nails while I held her. Can't believe it went so well and so fast! All for 5 bucks! This place deserves 5 stars!

Horrible my 6 lb Yorkie has Clipper Burns all over his body. The cut choppy and uneven. Never never will I go there again and I highly recommend you find another groomer. My poor little boy was so stressed that he had diarrhea for a week

Took my chihuahua for the first time ever, and these ladies are a God sent to me since I am disabled. They gave her a bath and nail trim. Was very anxious about how she would respond because I have been the only one who has done these services in the past. But they said she was a sweetheart. They also were very fast. She was done in around an hour! Highly recommend. Great price. Great service!Will be returning often!

Great care for older dogs. We have been taking our dogs here for over 10 years and they have always done a great job. The cuts are to our specifications and Roxanne has been very caring as our dogs have gotten older. Thanks!

I took my guinea pigs there for a nail trim and she made them bleed time after time. My guinea pigs were crying the whole time. Great price but horrible service!

I adopted a puppy that was terribly matted and in desperate need of some attention that I couldn’t provide. I called and explained the situation and they worked her in right away in place of a no show. They did a wonderful job and have the fairest process that I’ve seen anywhere. They even offer $5 walk in nail trim or small gland expression. Looks like average price for either of these two services are $15-$40. You can’t beat the prices or the service! I will never go anywhere else. One thing to note is that they are only set up to accept cash or check so keep that in mind.

Have loved her work and love for animals for over 20 years now. Would only go to another if Roxanne retired. She truly understands our furry kids and instinctly knows how to handle all kinds of personalities. I have watched her and how the animals respond to her. Your pets will love her. All of mine have.

The staff were very kind, however my two dogs have never had such a horrible groom. There is nothing even, you can see the cut lines all around one of their faces and it's so short and not even a standard cut for the breed. She looks so ugly I won't even take her out of the house. The other one is super uneven around ears, like a 2 inch difference from one side to the other. She was shaved way too short for her breed and there are huge chunks where they missed her with the clippers on her back. How does that even happen. On the back of her head there is this weird shelf like cute, all enevn. No attempt to blend. I'm so disappointed and the pricess are not cheap like someone wrote. I went there based on the reviews, but there is no way this is 4 star place. I've never done a review on a company but I had to, I am so so sad about their terrible cuts.

The ladies there are super nice. I'm not a fan of it still being mask-mandated, and it doesn't take debit/credit cards, but completely respect the right of the shop owner to have it that way. We have taken our shih tzu there for the past two years, when we moved to Puyallup from Wyoming state, and have never had a bad experience with them.

OMG!!!!!! The holy grail! Seriously these ladies are incredible and do not over price! Out of every groomer I’ve been too (which has been many) they’re my golden sweet pot lol.I have huskies and they did an incredible job with them! Definitely coming back as much as i can!!❤️ thank you ladies!

I live all the way in Lacey and I still will drive all the way to Spanaway just to visit this location. She is quick thorough to the point and very professional and always takes safety precaution. I guarantee you will never find ANY place cheaper and well worth the money. There's usually never any wait. And she also lets you stay close to your animal when they are scared unlike other places. She also has Punch Cards that have come in quite handy when money is tight I highly suggest this establishment

I've taken my dog here for around 12 years and these lady's, that are groomers here, are the best! They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. They are very calm around the animals and know how to make us furry baby mommies calm as well. Two thumbs up and a couple of paws too!😸👍👍😻
