This is now the third time I’ve brought my dog in to this location with this groomer. The first time she was nervous but now she gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. Before the first appointment she was reactive but now her behavior is so much improved. She is well treated and they do a great job. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Lilah!

Meagan goes above and beyond with Harper. She understands our requests and does not simply do whatever she wants. She takes great care and skill with our dog and we love her for that. She listens and grooms exactly as expected. We already knew don't cheat on our hair girl. We've now learned, don't cheat on your groomer either!!

Love having Kayla grooming our dogs. When she changed stores we changed stores. I always spend more than I should but always enjoy doing so. Love that you guys are carrying more dog clothes than you used to, just wish you would carry even more. Maybe it's a good thing you don't, lol. Anyway, Love Kayla doing our dogs grooming. When I am well I love going in there, lol. Though I didn't see the bulk dog treats. There is only 1 of them Daisy will eat.

Jeannette at the North Tacoma Petco did an excellent job! She took time before grooming to talk to me about my Pomeranian and what was important to me. She took excellent care of him. His haircut turned out perfect, getting rid of a few matts without shaving all his hair off, shaping his soft shiny coat, trimming his nails and cleaning his teeth - he's Beautiful and silky soft😊👍 Thank you! I'll be back!

My dog got cut up so many areas on his face esp. around his eyes and his private areas from Petco. He couldnt walk for a week due to pain and swelling. Very upsetting and disappointing experience for me and my dog.

Bear has only been to petco grooming and has never had a bad experience. she comes back clean, and the groomers take extra care with her since she can be a little shy.

Everyone that I have encountered here has been very kind, but Julia specifically is the best groomer ever! My 80lb fluff ball just LOVES her, and so do I! He always looks amazing when she is done with his groom, and she is so personable and listens to exactly what you want! She’s also just one of the sweetest people ever, you can tell she genuinely loves her job and animals. Her art on my dogs receipts/papers always make my day. :) 10/10 recommend her to any dog owner!!

They ripped my dogs dew claw.They took her to the vet but didn’t stay long enough for he to see the vet.The never followed up with me like they said they were going to.She is fine but her paw is swollen and I have to soak it regularly.AnywayNever going back

The girl working on my dog was so sweet. First time grooming at this Petco, so the groomer made sure to introduce herself to my dog first before just taking him to the back. Checked with me about how I wanted my dog groomed and the types of cut I want. My dog is so clean and cute now.

My pup Novella went in a bit scared since it was her first time, but she adjusted quickly. The staff was really nice and informative. Pricing wasnt that bad either, for about 50$ she was bathed, teeth brushed nails clipped and buffed, I got the holiday special so she got a sugar cookie scrub and new bandana. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was polite and want3ed to make sure that they spoke to me about the different issues my dog had (dry skin and matted fur - and an ear infection). This allowed me to review the options available and make my own decision on what was going to be done. They were great!!!

They referred me to a groomer who absolutely sucked. They knew I had an elderly cat and it was going to be $150 for a wash shave and nails and it cost me $60 cuz they refuse to bathe her
