The young man was very helpful and kind. He answered my questions and let me take my time. My dog is a very picky eater and LOVED the free sample of First Mate chicken and blueberries. Does this come in a larger bag? I will definitely buy it

Nice store and had products I haven't seen at another local chain that I typically go to for the new and different. Was really happy to find a canned food I had not seen elsewhere for my cats - and the bonus is that they really like all the flavors tried so far.

Super helpful staff! I ran in recently after discovering a lump on my cat. An employee helped me immediately find a soft cone for him. They made sure I'd be able to return it if I didn't fit. I was back home quickly and it worked perfectly. Thank y'all so much!!! ❤️❤️

It was delightful. The young lady that assisted me was both professional yet personal. I learned more information about dog foods that are best and why spending time with her. She was empathetic to my 4 pets needs. By the end of my visit I kind of felt like I was drinking from a fire hose. Lol I had to go home and process all the info learned. It was awesome I will call Pet pros my store of choice in Puyallup. Worth my drive and my time. Thank you Tootsies! YOU rocked it! Blessings Robyn

In changing my dog and cats food I needed a lot of help. I’d spent hours researching and I still needed a lot of time to decide which foods to buy. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and totally understood my confusion over all the conflicting information on the web. Love PetPros.

Absolutely ridiculous, the cashiers will tell you that you don’t need a receipt they can look up your purchases by your phone number but the one time something doesn’t work for your pet and you go to return it the item mysteriously disappears off their computer receipt. Even though the cashier agrees the math isn’t adding up.Lost a customer who spends $150-$200 a month at your store, I hope the $7 item was worth it.Also beware of overcharging if you get multiple cans I’ve caught them doing that many times as well and had to go through their computer together to make sure I was only charged for 12 instead of 14. That should have been my first sign.

Customer service is always amazing! I went in to buy food and they said if I waited a few days it would be on sale, I was super grateful. I did have to get the canidae all stages though because the canidae pure chicken flavor is always sold out :( please keep it in stock more!!!!!

I ran out of my cats special food and found the normal place I go was out. And online orders would take days. After calling around I stumbled Pet Pros. I called and they had my cats food. So I went in store to pick it up. The cashier happened to be who helped me on the phone and was the absolute sweetest young lady. She got me signed up for rewards to save money and even fixed the price for me since there was a mistake with their prices. She immediately gave me in store credit and a receipt to show the difference. Great customer service!

The associate Jackie at the 176th st PetPro in Puyallup was very nice. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a friendly smile. She politely approached my dog and asked if she could have a treat. She gave me some information on how to administer the CBD treats I bought for my high energy Husky.I will be coming back soon!

Love the staff and how respectful they are of my service dog even when he’s off duty and getting a break day. They’ve also been amazing with any other dogs I’ve brought in for training or just for a quick assessment. The three ladies that have worked there the longest are amazing and always make sure to say hi and catch up when it’s appropriate. A recent hire, Em, has been wonderful as well.The atmosphere of the store is great and it’s very clean and organized. Jackie is amazing when working with me to find a good that works well for my sensitive dog(s) and is great at informing about the history of the brands so I know what I’m supporting when buying.This store is wonderful about having limited ingredient and brands that hold their food to high standards offer a wonderful selection of raw, fresh cooked, air dried, traditional dry foods and high quality wet foods. I love the variety of enrichment toys and the fact they have sturdy slow feeders and single ingredient treats that are hard to find elsewhere. Always my go to when buying anything for my dogs.

I absolutely LOVE this store! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They don't have a large assortment of pet care items but no worries, they carry them ones that really WORK! They've fixed, worms, fleas, hot spots, diet issues etc! I love the local neighborhood feel.
