It's always a great experience here. They carry products I need and can't get anywhere else for my dogs and cats. They also have a generous retun policy in case your pet doesn't like the new food you got. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is and feel my pets are well cared for by the MudBay team

They will work with you and listen to your needs and make sure you are happy and have all the information you need to give your pets a healthy life. Such a great experience and everything I needed was so much cheaper than I thought! I managed to get my pups some toys for Christmas and they are absolutely amazing with their selection of treats and the customer service. Plus I love the free treat samples, I can figure out what my dogs love the most! I'd pick this place over Petco or PetSmart any day!

The people there were so helpful and kind. My toddler was melting and tantruming but I needed puppy food. The kind I normally bought at a different store was out of stock and they helped me find one that my picky eater pup absolutely devours more than the old food. 10/10 recommend this location.

Thank you so much Mud Bay associates for helping us when we found a very sick cat in the parking lot near y'all. We were able to take care of the kitty and find a place to take her on a Sunday thanks to y'all being very helpful 🙌 I truly love coming into this store because y'all are always friendly and there are lots of options for cat stuff! I always love finding new toys to get my babies and pick up fresh catnip here.

It was my First time trying out Mud Bay and now I have shopped there twice in the past two weeks. You can do curb side pick up (one of my orders) and have your order all ready and paid for when you arrive. If you do want to go in they have a sanitizing station and social distancing in place.They have an excellent selection of well made products butI was pleasantly surprised to find not only the perfect dog food but as an added bonus they even have a small area to buy supplies for my chickens.

I LOVE Mud Bay to pieces and visit the Puyallup-Meridian store on a regular basis. I’ve noticed on my last few visits that no one has offered to carry out my 28 LB. Bag of dog food. Sadly, today’s visit was the same….. I one offering to assist. Great products and customer service is one of the main reasons that I choose to shop at Mud Bay. I’ve chosen this location due to logistics but I will be shopping at the University Place MB from now on.

Great little store. They have my dog food brand, but limited to the dry stuff. The prices are good surprised they were cheaper than petco. I also was able to weigh my dog with pet scale.

I am so happy I decided to come in here with my pup! The girls were so inviting, beyond helpful, sweet, and so amazing to my boy.The bulk selection is fully stocked with so many different types and flavors of treats. They have a huge selection of anything you need for you dog. This is definitely our go to store now. 💟🐕

We went to Mud Bay and had the greatest time with my dogs, Ritchie and Sparky. They are yorkie-pugs and they love going everywhere with me.As soon as we came through the doors, we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance. The employees offered treats to my hunnies and gave them so much love. We could not walk through the store properly because my dogs wanted to stay at the counter! !!! My dogs were being so silly. And ohh my lord, the art at this location is absolutely gorgeous. The artist is so talented. All of the employees were so patient and helped me figure out what I needed. I feel like I asked each of them all so many questions. But you know what, I believe there are never too many questions.My babies and I are happy. Coming back soon soon. Thank you.

It was my sweet girl's last day so I wanted her to get lots of attention and to pick out some treats. She was so excited when she walked in and pulled me to sniff everything. I asked an employee to give her lots of pets for her last day. He did and he brought her some treats. Then he let others know and they did the same. She was so happy. My daughter saw an ad for Gelato and we got a triple berry flavor. It must've been good because she threw down her cow chip and closed her eyes while licking it blissfully. They truly made her last day one of her best ones.

Fun place to spoil your fur baby :) My dog is a unique "designer" breed, and I needed a bit of help finding the best food for my budget. Their selection of quality pet food is great, and the employees are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Plus, the treat selection is the best I've seen. A bit pricey, but it is about what is expected for higher end pet products.

This is a wonderful store with helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable staff. They have a great variety of food, toys, and treats for dogs and cats. and when I was looking for a new food for our cat due to his old food causing stomach upset I was sent home with several samples to hopefully find one he liked best. I have never had a bad experience here.
