We stopped in to stock up on puppy ice cream and a few things as our youngest GSD wad turning 6, once the staff found out they gave us a complimentary bday ice cream on top of our purchase as well as some snack packs. I was actually quite amazed at the place as my other half usually does the pet store visits, lots of different products at reasonable prices. The alt food selection was great as well, multiple coolers with varying options. I now see why the Mrs. goes here. Added a pic of the birthday girl adventuring later that day.

We love mudbay! It's a great place to go for your pet, our dog peaches favorite toy is from there and it lasted over half of the year! When peaches realizes we are going to mudbay she gets so excited everyone that works there is so kind to her and they always greet her, and when it's time to go they always send her home with some of her favorite dried chicken!!!

Good store to bring your pets to. The people working there are very nice and definitely pet people. The only slight negative about it is its on the pricey side, but it's also very close to our house so we go there for our doggies birthdays to get them birthday toys and treats!

I love this store! Every employee goes above & beyond to be extremely helpful. The bulk bins of dog snacks are a lot of fun, but the MudBay policies are what make them unique. They have twice given me free samples of cat food. The first time worked out really well as my 19 year old cat was instantly in love with the Nulo silky mousse. (It became the only food he would eat! ) Now a few months later my old man has been officially diagnosed with kidney issues & given a prescription diet from the doc but I've been unsuccessful finding any formula/texture that he would eat which has been a lot of wasted $. So when I go back to buy the Nulo that he loves & see what they might have comparable to the prescription diets for his kidney issues, they give me a few samples of their formulas to try. They also gave me an information sheet on CKD written by their Vet. That's info to go which I didn't get from our doc, so it's definitely very helpful to have that. It's obvious that they care & I really appreciate that they take the time to help me understand not only the disease but how I can best help my guy. Thank you Mud Bay!

Probably my favorite Mud Bay in the area! The staff is always so warm and welcoming, and I usually leave learning something new! I just tried the free home delivery for the first time and wow, just over 2 hours from order time and it was on my door step! The order was packed perfectly and even had a cute thank you note from the driver! Thank you Fiona, we really appreciate the extra treats too! 😻

Absolutely love this place! They are extremely helpful when trying to find something for a picky pet and you don't have to be afraid to buy and try new foods because if your pet doesn't like the food, it can be returned. All open returns are donated to shelters in need. I was very comfortable with bringing in my 2 dogs and the staff were kind and offered them treats (after asking permission of course.) Great place to find good healthy choices for your loved furry friends.

I love Mudbay- I’ve been going there for years! I am consistent with my purchases and I appreciate the kind demeanor of most of the employees…. However, the attitude and behavior displayed by the two ladies working tonight was disgusting…. You profiled me!!! Either because I was brown, or because I came in before close. You maybe assumed I didn’t have money, because I had no purse? The convenience of Apple Pay allows me to freely walk into any establishment that accepts virtual pay, without needing a purse! Following me around the store, and then pretending you’re stocking shelves was insane (and hilarious). Then the lady that took my payment, held back my bag of PURCHASED goods, until she completed reading my receipt? Ummmm. 😂 Honey- please. I’m gonna go out on a limb and assume you’re not as ignorant as your behavior implied. Totally insane. I think the staff at the UP location can vouch for me!!! I’m a loyal customer. This was my first time using delivery service by Mud Bay…best customer service EVER! Mud Bay has always been great with their service! Fiona at the Shaw Rd Puyallup store rocked it from beginning to end. I called to inquire about the process, she walked me through it and next day delivered the frozen food and included a bag of special goodies and gift for our dog! She was so personable, helpful and delivered on her commitment in a stellar way! Thank you for the outstanding service!

This was my first time at Mud Bay. It was my dog's birthday today and I stopped in to see what I could find. What a great selection of pet treats and supplies. What really stood out though was the service and how helpful and polite the staff were. This place is next level in a time where good service is hard to find. I wish everywhere I shopped were half as professional as these folks. Will definitely be back!

Their open hours were hard for me to mesh with but hands down amazing customer service. The kind that used to be the standard. They ran out? No problem "can i call our other store and see if they haveit for you?" Oh forgot your wallet? No problem "can i save your order for tomorrow under your name? These are the type of people you are dealing with. Quality? Absolutely top notch. Gourmet even (not gourmet meaning hope someone buys this garbage but like wow that sounds tasty to me...) pruces are a bit steep for some things but you want the good stuff you need to pay its just economics. Highly recommended business.

Today is my dog's birthday, so we stopped in to get a special treat. The store staff greeted us both warmly and congratulated my dog, Harley, on his birthday and gifted him a frozen treat! While I was paying for my items Harley decided to "mark" one of the display barrels. As soon as I saw this I appologized profusely but the cashier was so incredibly gracious, genuine, and understanding. I so appreciate it and highly recommend this shop as a warm and friendly place to visit!

Many thanks to the diligent young lady (Daria) who helped me search for kibble that was free from allergens for my Aussie. We had just gotten the results back and her green pea allergy proved challenging. She read through nearly every bag of food in the store! It’s so nice to be in a place where the staff actually can take the time to really help you.

Oh my gosh, the most helpful people ever! I needed help with what to feed my cat. Jaclyn was amazing!! So knowledgeable and friendly. She totally got me set up. I won't be going anywhere else. Such great people!UPDATE!! Well I won't be going back. Was in there on Friday to be "scolded" by Michelle for not wearing a mask. I told her I thought it wasn't till the 23rd. In a very snotty tone she thought she was going to inform me otherwise. I won't be going back.
