Worst grooming salon I ever went to!! First experience was when we all wore masks and we are deaf can’t hear and see what people say. We wrote a note trying to communicate with staff but that person took the note away and we weren’t finished writing so we took the paper back and gesture d that we are writing. That person went to owner and the owner stuck/defended her without hearing our side. We gave them another chance. We just found my dog upper nails crooked into her skin. I tried to have them fix it because we already paid lot of money for grooming. Guess what they said the staff swore she cut them and defended her without letting me bring the dog in to show proof. Worst customer service ever and I bet you there will be a reply defending themselves. Like I noticed on the reviews. See photos

Carrisa takes wonderful care of our long-haired cat! Vee is definitely a handful and has a big attitude, and yet she always comes home perfectly shaved. Big thank you to all staff for dealing with our very anxious rescue cat who hates being brushed. We couldn't imagine life without the kindness and passion at Grooming Angel Salon!

Been going here for the last 6 years. Very friendly staff and Carissa always take great care of my cat Fiona! I always ask for a bath and brush, nail trim, and get her fluff trimmed a bit as she's such a long-haired cat. Like all cats, she can be grumpy on the way there, but she always comes home happy, clean, and smelling great!

I took my 130-pound dog here to get his nails trimmed. My guy is not dog-friendly and is a big baby about his nail trims. First I called to see when the least busy time is; the groomer was kind enough to let me know and then walked me through the appointment.Everybody helped to get him on the table, keep him on the table, and be as calm as possible while they worked. They were very gentle with him.Though he whimpered and wined, I know he felt so much better after he was done! They looked much better. They were quick too!I appreciate their patience with us. I will be bringing my furbaby here from now on.😃🙌🏻💓💓

Took my mainecoon in because his hair was matted on his back. There was nothing else to do except shave him. The experience and the end results was incredible. I added a before and after pic. I will let the pics speak for themselves.

Ok, I used to give them a 5, because the first couple of times they were excellent, but the last time I took my poodle in, it was a big fiasco, I think every one involved was traumatized. I've pretty much been grooming her on my own ever since. She's a miniature poodle, and sensitive and you have to go slow and be patient. She hates having her feet groomed. I honestly don't think I could get her to walk through the doors again.

I have been taking my Labradoodle to see Michael C. since her first grooming. He is always very gentle and sweet with her. He started by slowly easing her into the grooming process and she has remained comfortable the whole time. My puppy is always excited to see him and she always comes out looking adorable. Mike truly enjoys his job which makes me feel very comfortable leaving my dog with him. They always put cute seasonal scarfs of the pups too.

Unsure of their process, and it may just be that cats are difficult for them, but after taking our cat here for a bath he was sent home scared. They offered some ideas to help him calm down but the next time we trusted them with our cat (taking their advice) he didn't make it even to a nail trim before they called us to get him. Our cat is now very scared of any groomers. We went here often for nails prior to setting up a full grooming appointment (though the trims received would only earn a 6.5/10 score), and after going to other locations with our cat we have much better results. Hoping it was a training bug or something that could be improved, as we would love to support our local business, just not at the expense of scaring and causing distress to our beloved cat.

I took my senior cat here to be treated for fleas and get cleaned up. They were quick to get us in, and my cat came out so clean and so happy! As a cat that had never been groomed before, this could have been traumatic and stressful, but was the complete opposite!

Great service for my friendly cat's nail trim (and "sanitary trim" on the nether regions, as he is a longer-haired cat). Was a bit shocked when I was charged $30 for a service that was less than 5 minutes. The website said cat nail trims were $10, $15 if the cat was ill-tempered. I also gave a $5 tip, ouch!

BEWARE! This groomer will injure your dog to the point that the poorly puppy needs veterinary attention. Grooming Angel Pet Salon cut through the dogs skin, causing permanent injury to the dog, a 2 year old Golden doodle. Then, they made the decision to unilaterally take the dog to the vet to receive staples without even consulting the dogs owner. Ever since this incident occurred the groomer has treated the situation with contempt and deflected responsibility for causing permanent physical and emotional damage to a once outgoing pup. The owner should be ashamed of their business practices and for the way they conduct themselves. She (the owner) has responded as if we’re lucky that she is even paying for vet bills (that she took the dog to without owner consultation). Furthermore, upon speaking with the veterinarian in question, the owner of Grooming Angels didn’t even end up paying anything for the services.Once we had the puppy back we took him to our own vet who said that he also had infections in both of his ears because so much hair was left inside his ears following being cut. This was the pups first ever groom and instead of treating his longer hair with care and attention they treated him as though he was on an assembly line and their was a quota of dogs to groom that day. If more time is needed then supposed “expert” groomers would know to account for that and bring that up before hand and charge more if necessary… not provide an absolute “hack” job (in every literal and figurative sense of the word).We hate that the only thing we can do is take to the internet, as we tried to resolve this directly with the owner. However, her disrespectful communication has left us no other choice but to warn other people never to make the same mistake we did—bringing our puppy to Grooming Angels for his first groom.

Horrible experience - our goldendoodle was cut and had to be rushed to the vet (on the plus side, thankful they took him, thats where my only star comes from) but was unaware of him being sent to the vet until after. My dog was traumatized and is now a different dog. He required staples & got a double ear infection from the fur that got into his ears. He is completely shaved and has other little cuts. Called the number to resolve the situation and she was angry and took no responsibility. We have vet bills to pay because of this experience. The hair cut on the doodle was unlike any other golden doodle cut i’ve ever seen. It was awful experience, if you love your dog I would not take them here.

My Imperial Persian cat survived another excellent grooming with the much needed advice of these ladies! They showed me what a certain drastic trim might look like if left to my own ignorance!!! Experienced groomers do an amazing job every time. Most importantly they truly care about every pet brought in & treat them as their own. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Great group of people working here!My dog needed some grooming done and definitely needed their dog fir shampooing (helps with the shedding). Also needed my dogs nails clipped and a little bit of trimming on her for.Made sure they covered all of my needs before working on my dog.When I went to go pick my dog up, they told me everything they did and gave me results of how my dog acted.Thank you grooming angel pet salon! I definitely will be coming back and be recommending you guys!!

Edit: As you can see from the salon's reply to this review, there is no possible way my dog could have injured herself at their salon, but that is incorrect. Our dog was scheduled for a nail trim & bath, and while I am not listed on the account, my mom is, since she's the one they called to say Sophie had been injured, just minutes after my mom dropped her off for her appointment. So, yes, my dog did get injured at this salon, and did contract a staph infection due to their negligence.Bring your dog if you want to risk their health.Due to negligence on the part of this salon, our dog sustained a moderate paw injury, and contracted a staph infection. Being busy and shortstaffed is no excuse to skip steps in the cleanliness of your business, or the safety of our dogs. Would give 0 stars if I could.
