This is my go to, my absolute favorite grocery store. But they are selling chips that are outdated. They keep putting big displays up, but then the chips in the display are outdated in March. Do better.

I worked there, so I am biased, but I also know the true story. They force their employees to stock quickly because they do not staff the store properly, as a result, products in grocery are NEVER rotated, produce is put out rotting, and the overall quality is poor. I started shopping at Winco as soon as I saw behind the scenes at this store

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was at self checkout and an associate hastily came up to my five year old, grabbed her shoulder and told her to stop playing with the spinning bagging area. My daughter was staying close to me and is very well behaved in public. If an associate had something to say to a child, you relay the message to the parent who can then handle the situation. When I spoke to “management” I was completely brushed off and it fell on deaf ears. Additionally you never touch someone’s child. I will not be patronizing this store anymore and I recommend others to do the same.

This Fred meyer used to be pretty good a few years ago, now they are almost always out of very common staples anytime I shop there. The fruit is either ok or expired when I get it for pick up. Wish they tried to keep the quality up a bit more.

They would not take the security tags out of all the clothes I just bought unless I set each piece one by one right in front of the literal clown man running self check out. He would have had to move 2 feet to do it at the self check out spot I was using. Evidently he's happy with being a morbidly obese, disgusting, pathetic excuse for a man.... i think it or that or them was a man. The other employees that were at the registers were just as problematic. Disgusting people, I'm disappointed tohave to see theses pathetic losers growing in numbers all the time. I guess the silver lining to this whole thing was the fact that creature didn't touch my new clothes. It was actually super east to pop the security tags off myself.

I used to go out of my way to stop by this Fred Meyer, I thought this was a great family friendly place. Man I was wrong...it all start the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I was in check out and making small talk with one of the employees I had told her my family has been under some financial hardship due to my husband's mother being diagnosed with brest cancer and gow I really couldn't even afford getting the milk and potatoes I was there for. With this the employee told that if I was first in line on Black Friday I would get the 100.00 gift card so I made sure I was first and got there at 2:30 in the morning and waited in the freezing cold. The lady that showed up after me confirmed this as she had received the 100.00 gift card the last 2 years being first. I was heart broken when I was handed the 5.00 gift card. I tried mentioning this to one of the managers there and all I got was oh, sorry. I tired reaching out online to customers service and responses are slow and they are not even honoring or making any kind of gestures. All they wanted to know was who the employee was, i told them this was a team issue not just one employee proven by the lady that showed up expecting to receive the 100.00 gift card again as she had the last 2 years.And now I'm not getting any kind of response. I will not be going out of my way anymore to shop at Fred Meyer

🛒 Family Friendly Freddy's 🛒One of the largest Freddy's I've been to in the area. Affordable prices from clothes to garden to groceries! Store brands are usually our favorite over national brands. This store is always clean and usually has well stocked shelves. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bridgett at the self check out was not friendly at all. She kept yelling at my 3 year old to not put her weight on the bagging area, which she wasn’t who let’s their kids do that anyway, my child was simply trying to stay close to me because she is aware of stranger danger and she would touch the bagging area with her hands. She was also yelling at me about inputting my loyalty number after scanning my items like Jesus lady. Anyway I normally have pleasant shopping trips other then the encounter with Bridgett the middle aged white crabby lady.

Always enjoy going to Fred Myers. A very pleasant and upbeat atmosphere. The employees are all over the place so if you need help with something.

This Fred Meyer is not very customer friendly especially near closing time where they treat you like toddlers and follow you to make sure you are heading towards the register as if you didn't hear the rude announcement that you have to be in line at 11 otherwise you will not be helped. I know what time it is and I know what I am going to grab such as milk, eggs or dryer sheets and will still make it to the register to wait in line at 11. I don't need my hand held. I will say though that at least they stopped not allowing you in at 10 to close. I also have a few words to say about how they handle returns, but will save that for when I am not so jaded.

Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave negative reviews like this because, I have worked not only in retail, but for two different Fred Meyers before and I know bad days happen and nobody is perfect. That being said, I drove here from Eatonville to get two things at 10:45. I kept checking the time because, I know I was cutting it close. I had the cat food in hand and had finally found the food storage aisle about 3 minutes to close. I was very obviously rushing as I didn’t want to be ‘that’ lady dilly dallying after 11. I had that box in hand when I hear “We are closed you have to go” from one of the two disrespectful boys, then, IMMEDIATELY after, I hear “Can she not hear?!” At that point, I said screw it and said those bags can wait because, obviously my two items were causing them to act completely rude. As I started speed walking passed to the front to buy the cat food, one had to get one more comment in and rudely told me I couldn’t even buy anything anyway. I decided I was done with that kind of attitude, sat the food down, and let them know they were rude. Now I’m buying the food across the street. Funny thing is…. There were actually still multiple people with carts full of stuff being told to get in line to check out. I knew I would be able to go up and buy my cat food and be done, but I can’t support a store that allows employees lacking any regard for customers to do closing safety sweeps. I’d be mortified having anyone like them representing a company I work for. While I hope this is something management is unaware of, I’d be extremely surprised I’m the first customer to say anything. Yikes.The hearing comment to his friend was actually what irritated me. Not the rude tone of the initial statement which is probably because, that is unfortunately a really common thing coming from closing employees and most Fred Meyer and Walmart stores. Is it right…? No.. but I’m never at the receiving end of it because, I’m never shopping after close.My only regrets at this point are wasting gas to drive all the way to a store I typically enjoy shopping at (this isn’t my normal Fred Meyer), and the fact that I didn’t get a receipt to fill out a survey on because no doubt, this needs to be addressed in a morning meeting if nothing else. I’m so determined for this to make it to the store manager, maybe I’ll run back over and find a receipt tossed on the ground. That’s probably being a little extra though.

Very dissatisfied with the artistic capability of the bakery at this Fred Meyer. We have been buying our children's birthday cakes here for years and it was fine up until now and we won't be back for another. The cake we received looks like someone slapped it together last second. I gave a good picture of what I wanted to and the finished product I received... I will upload pics of what I wanted and what I got, I bet you can guess which is which.

Overall a great supermarket. R hey have a good sale on fruits and vegetables, meats, and bakery items. I do not shop for clothing here since I feel the quality is not up to the price points they charge. Home goods and kitchen sections are great too!

We spend so much money here every month and now they can’t afford to staff cashiers?? We quit shopping at Walmart for this reason. We’ve been standing in line for 30 minutes now with 5 people still in front of us. 1 cashier working. It’s not an issue with employees, last time we were here we overheard two employees complaining about not being given enough hours. It would be quicker for us to drive to the other Fred Meyer at this rate, no one has time for this!

I love this Fred Meyer store. Convenient and good deals. Usually have in stock what I need. Grocery pickup is great! You don’t even need to get out of your car. Same prices as in store. You can add coupons in your app. Some deals are pickup only. Give it a try!

Pretty decent store. It’s hard to figure out the grocery organization but the remodel is nice. Prices are good compared to surrounding stores. I’d rather shop here than Winco.Love the huge selection of clothing and shoes. Makeup and pharmacy section feels stocked and organized. The options are solid.

“Fletcher” the store assistant manager had the nerve to think on leaving my dog in 85° weather in the car rather than him being held by my arms because he approached me asking me if it’s a service dog when it’s literally a 2 pound Chihuahua that would not cause any harm. Mind you I came in to Fred Meyer to get dog food for my dog. How disrespectful. I was having a conversation with a older woman that had just lost her dog and she wanted to greet him (my tiny dog). So rude to even ask if it’s a service dog, that is not your right to ask any of that unless he was causing havoc when all he was being is calm and respectful. Won’t be coming back to this Fred Meyers agains

I've been coming to this Fred Meyer for ages (like all my life and I'm 37) and its been a great store. People usually are friendly and they always have my special dietary needs in the grocery department. The kids always make me look at the toys and we love the shoe department!
