I grew up in Puyallup (moved away) and moved back to Federal Way a few years ago. I’ve been looking for a new pet store to shop for my products.This staff was so helpful and nice.Their selection was vast and their prices were great.They have an awesome frequent buyer program on MANY brands.For a brand new store their knowledge is off the charts!!Oh, it’s super duper clean.

This pet store has a great selection for both dogs and cats. I went here and was helped immediately by someone, and she even offered to help me get my stuff to my car because it was raining and she saw I had my hands full, to say the least. Very, very kind people and their shop kitty is just the SWEETEST.

The store was full of many varieties of pet food. The employees were helpful. After looking at several stores that day for a special prescription diet for my cat, I was very happy that they had the kind that I wanted.

New pet shop in town- better than Mud Bay! We desperately needed a pet supply store downtown and this one has everything you could need. I got this Topper for my dog’s food based on the employee’s recommendation! She loves it and eats her food all in one sitting now.They had a huge selection of low fat treats and were extremely knowledgeable about all of them. They don’t carry my dog’s food brand but said they were willing to look into it and see if they can! Wow.I’ll definitely be making this my go-to shop.

Today was my first visit in and I am blown away by the amazing customer service and knowledge, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and welcomed in, I’m switching my boys food to a raw diet and he’s a bit picky, and staff took the time in depth to talk to me and discuss options and thoughts, and show me the different options And choices my boy is picky, and had issues switching from kitten food to adult food, and she even talked about that which I learned so many new things today, thank you to all the staff who helped me I was worried about switching his food and I feel so much more confident after leaving

I like this place so far! Its a 10 second walk from the train station and bus stop to this place. I got some good quality stuff for my little pupper. The people there are friendly and helpful. I'll comeback again some other time whenever I go downtown or when I run out of treats.I never thought in a million years would I get free popcorn and dog treats! 😃
