This location has really improved from the last couple of years. The store is kept clean and stocked pretty well. Lots of assorted merchandise available.I recently revisited the store on 9/23/24 and 9/24/24. They had the Friends and Family 20% discount off your entire purchase. I signed up for the rewards which provided me with an additional 15% off on my next purchase. I was informed that I can stack the two discounts. My next purchase was on 9/24/23. I purchased quite a bit of merchandise to take great advantage of the 35% discount which was a steal!Customer service is excellent and the workers have been friendly and nice upon all my shopping experiences. I would return again.

I was really disappointed...walked into this store and only three employees working looked at a couch that my husband and I were interested in and was treated very poorly. The associate didn't take the time or day to help us just looked at the price and said yup and walked away. I will not be going back to this store. Christian has no costumer service no Mannerism extremely disappointed.

I prefer this than lakewood becauee they have a wide selection and they restock. Everytime we go, we always find dog treats for our dog. Its also near walmart, home depot and hobby lobby. Everything is in one place.

IF lose receipt , THEY can look up by phone # ( best if you are registered in their guest points program .. it shows your purchases , or the charge card # .. you may have used!

This used to be decent. Walked in and many employees followed me.. even went to a point of picking up stuff in front of me. Not worth the hassle of being slower and trying to shop without prejudice

Love Big Lots. The prices are great, but the sales are even better. Got their already-great priced toys all 50%off today! Christmas shopping is done and it isn't even Halloween yet. Get the Buzz Club and keep your eyes on the emails. Sales are usually short notice, but really good. Usually at least 20% off. But I honestly don't even mind paying full price there. Unique finds, but also a steady spot to get basics and gifts. Great shopping environment, clean store, great stuff, and friendly staff.

A pretty good location overall. Good inventory considering being slammed and slightly crowded at the time.A nicer layout than many of the usual big lots buildings and even the bathrooms are newer and nice.Prices are pretty much what you'd expect although they've lost the good discounts and promotions they used to have. Sadly you have to shop a little more carefully to avoid overpaying.Still, it's worth the stop.

Cashier was super sweet with my little one, she was really friendly and explained us all the discounts and goodies the store has, since this is our first visit, she ever gave us some cute stickers, so we will back for sure, thank you so much for helping us today Tami :) Also store was super clean, organized and pretty stocked on everything, totally recommend this location

I enjoy shopping at Big Lots. I'm a new customer there, and am pleasantly surprised by the selection, which includes name-brand items in addition to off-brand items. The pricing is excellent -- I can find OTC medicine and toiletries for significantly less than grocery stores, and when I explore through the store my shopping cart becomes heavier. The customer service is great, too.

Never know what you might buy when you come to Big Lots. Always some deal, or promo, or seasonal switch that makes for great deals. Won't always have everything the ad says because of supplies so call ahead if their is something you really want from am ad to see if that store has it. Really enjoy the friendly staffers at the South Hill location in Puyallup.

Been going there since my friend took me there 4 years ago. The prices are outstanding esp. On toilet paper and paper towels almost over half the regual stores..have everything you could imagine. Bath,kitchenware,furniture,clothes,home decor,toys, all holidays. I would tell everyone you know. Outstanding

They have competitive prices there a bit lower then Walmart . And they have a nice selection of stuff . They were closing as I got there so I wasn't able to look around much but I did get what I went there for .

Had a very nice conversation with an employee who was very helpful.he's earning the whole 3 star review but he's a 5 star person.Biglots only gets 3 stars because they put out Halloween decorations and have very little.I was informed not much Halloween stuff will be out from big lots this year.

Still the same as the others, it's just that this one was practically out of stuff. I talked to one of the cashiers and she said that they were really busy the day before. So there was not that much stuff left. Big sale days leaves other days with out so much. Still great customer service and good people.
