The lady at the bakery in this Albertsons did an AMAZING job on my son’s birthday cake. When every where else was booked, she got it done for me. She had great customer service skills, and I didn’t have a picture for the cake so I kind of described what I wanted the cake decorated like. She went above and beyond what I thought it would look like. Thank you so so much.

Very disappointed with my cake order. I had ordered a Nightmare Before Christmas cake. There some cute little rings on a display cake, I asked it it was possible to have them put on my cake. The girl taking the order asked me to wait a moment and she would check to see if they were available. She comes back out and says yes they can be ordered for my cake. Since it was for my granddaughter’s first birthday she said I got a free smash cake. I had asked for some spiderwebs in addition to Happy Birthday Scarlett. I’m called the next day and I’m told someone used all of the little rings so it was just going to be just the cake. I wasn’t asked about the font for the cake. It was really small and in just a corner. The smash cake didn’t have any spiderwebs and only said 1st, the girl looked at the order and said it was written but she didn’t know why it wasn’t done.I had to buy stuff myself to try and decorate it. You guys have always done a wonderful job, we’ve been ordering for 20+ years.

Very friendly staff, store was extremely clean and sanitized. Didn't have to wait in line more than 1min. Awesome a one stop shop!!

Love the store like I said very big that's all right okay other stores in Tacoma friendly staff wide aisle 8 out of 10 times they usually have everything you need last time I was there they were short on my soda and a couple of other things but not a huge deal don't mind going back. Never seems to be crowded at all and again cashiers are helpful: always nice says hello have a good day it makes you feel welcome.

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had here today. I was looking in the Bakery for some garlic bread and didn't see any. I walked over to the bakery area and an employee named Dulce immediately walked over to me without hesitation.I asked if there was any garlic bread, she walked over and looked and said no but grabbed a French loaf and said she could make me some. I asked if there was any sourdough and we didn't see any.I remembered sometimes garlic bread was upfront so we both went and looked. There wasn't any BUT Dulce noticed a sourdough loaf and grabbed it and said u can make you the sourdough one you wanted. This seriously made my day! To have such a nice employee go out of her way to help me is a rarity anymore. Definitely want to give credit where credit is due.Thank you for the wonderful above and beyond service Dulce<3 my family enjoyed our favorite sourdough loaf tonight!

Prices are so much higher than what you'd normally find elsewhere. Every time I shop here, I'm shocked at the prices of normal everyday items. Plus they look the doors on one side of the store which is a huge inconvenience to customers.

Albertsons is okay to shop at. Now that they have Safeway products it's much much better. But they're still Expensive. shop the sales you can come out ahead.

I didn't do much shopping. Bc like their sister- store: Safeway. They're prices are way to high. (For my food budget). But, I love to hit up the sales. There are items sold here, (& Safeway) that I cannot get elsewhere. Mojo Criollo -spanish marinating sauce. Tzazaki -Arabic Dill cucumber sauce. And Filipino rice noodles.

I asked for help too bring my groceries to my vehicle and was taken care of right away.Hard to get good help, especially since my back is broken. The young man placed everything in my truck and confirmed everything was put away and was safe. He's an awesome guy, I just wished I remembered his name.

A couple years ago, before it was sold 4 times in under 2 years, the Albertsons staff was very friendly. They knew your name when you came in to shop. The gals were all quite pleasant. It was a quite enjoyable shopping experience. I haven't been there recently until a few days ago. The staff is very different now. One staff member followed my daughter and myself around the store, not so sneakily pretending to straighten shelves while she side eyed us and repeatedly asked if we needed any help. It was quite rude. Then when we get to the register, the cashier acted like we were putting her out by purchasing groceries. It was a night and day experience from before.I don't think I will be returning to Albertsons anytime in the near future. I will take my business elsewhere, where the employees know what customer service is, and value their customers.

Very big store really big compared to all the Albertsons that used to be in Tacoma friendly people people the shelves were completely fool of commodities. The stores big enough it never seems crowded at all ever. No more than one or maybe two people in front of you in line to check outthe store is really clean and once again the employees were extremely helpful.

Store is clean and well stocked. Experience was a good one shopping there. Still don't like that they are a part of Safeway. Used to be a reason to go to a Albertsons. They had their own stuff. Now you see signature select items that are the same as at Safeway. Good store but if there's a Safeway closer to you might as well go there and get the same items.

I don’t know how to respond to someone comment. I’m not giving the whole store a one. But if Danielle’s review of who I think the lady she’s referring to is I totally agree. I never respond to reviews but feel I should on this case. If she’s who I think she is, she makes that store look bad and because of her I will never ever shop there again …This part is for Albertsons. How does one reach out to you on your site? I am not calling that store and have to speak with that rude lady.

The isles are tall and a little confusing to navigate. Customer service doesn't open as early as what would be expected. So if you have a scratch ticket to cash, your only option is the vending machine. There was a line to use the restroom which only has 2 stalls.

Staff was helpful, rows were well marked making it easy to find items. The fresh seafood department provided a good variety of seafood. Albertsons also have a florist area, Starbucks, and US Bank.

Prices are good. There's never enough Checkers though and the last couple times I've been in there the staff didn't acknowledge me they were busy talking about who had to go on breaks and just scan my items collected my money handed me my receipt and I never got read it hello how's your day and that's a big thing when you go to your local grocery store especially with a quarantine going on you don't get out very much so it sucks when you're ignored what'd you do go out but I understand they were doing their job I just think they shouldn't talk shop at the risk of not greeting a customer

OMG! I used to love this store. But after what I saw and heard today between an Instant Cart person and, the lady who called herself the manager there I will never shop there again. I was nearby and I could hear her. I could hear some of the things he was saying and could tell he was shaken. This was some nasty evil woman. I’d hate to someone’s Instant Cart shopping from there

I don't bother buying anything at Albertsons on canyon. I went in there about a month ago and a woman was very rude to me. Trying to buy apples had no understanding of do-it-yourself checking. She elbowed me to make sure that every Apple was in the glass not on the black part I didn't understand that but the fact that she had to Elbow me. I will never stop Albertsons again. I only go in to use the US ATM machine now and Starbucks because they know how to treat customers.

Thank you to the decorator in the bakery department. She decorated a cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday and it was gorgeous! The cake should’ve been in a magazine. I ordered early in the morning before work and I want to thank her for her patience and going above and beyond! She has outstanding customer service. Thank you for making a 18 year old’s birthday awesome, see you soon for the graduation cake! She ROCKS!

This is for Albertsons Owner in reply to Danielle. Don’t you think perhaps you should be responding to her as well? That sounds pretty serious there. I’ve seen and heard Insta Cart shoppers have had to put up with some pretty tough things from at least one of the workers there. I saw an altercation between a worker there a few months ago via a lady claiming to be a manager. I’d call her a bully if anything. I tried to make a complaint with the store but was basically brushed aside. I’m not going to shop there. My niece who reviews establishments on Google frequently saw Danielle’s and called to have me check out what she said to see if it reminded me of what we saw and heard. You say to contact you but how? I’ve tried calling that store and I will not do so again only to be hung up on. Why don’t you give me an email address and I will email you so I know you in fact took the time to read it. But I’m guessing in reality you don’t care. Oh well as I said I won’t bring my business there. And I’d hope Insta Cart shoppers think long and hard about going there in the future from what I know and now learning again.

A bit of a smaller grocery store but still has more than enough, including all essentials. The store is easy to navigate, very clean, well organized and has wife aisles for easy shopping. All staff I encountered was friendly. They also have reserved hours for elderly shopping during the lockdown which is awesome
