My dog is a problem child when it comes to grooming. But they do an excellent job. They say he behaves for them and they do a full groom with efficiency. I'm moving out of state but I still plan on making the drive .

super friendly staff, very responsive & communicative as well. i went regularly here for two years before we had to move last month. i have a SENIOR wirehaire dachshund and both izzy and danielle were the PERFECT groomers for my lil girl. i could tell going in and out that she was comfortable with them and they have an area of beds for pets to wait after being groomed. we’d get the works (cut, ear clean, nail trim, etc) and i was ALWAYS so pleased with zelda’s. i’m actually sad to have moved because i know how well she was taken care of there.

We have boarded our cat with Zelda’s twice now for a week each. Both times he has been well cared for though happy to come home. We had a family emergency that extended our trip for a few days and they were able to extend our cat’s stay as well (though this was not in the holiday season) and actively communicated with us. While dropping off and picking him up we also noticed that the dog groomers always have good control of the dogs and none of the dogs ever seem distressed. We will keep using Zelda’s as long as we’re in the Palouse!

We drive nearly an hour from our home to have Zelda’s groom our dogs. We tried other groomers closer to us but they either didn’t trim the dogs correctly or actually hurt them, by cutting one badly or pulling the muscle on the rear leg of the other! Our dogs who are small but very independent and intelligent dogs love coming to Zelda’s. It’s like a day at a doggie health spa. The groomers are friendly and professional, and are good listeners. When one of our little ones passed away, the Zelda’s owner and our dog’s groomer gave us one of the most beautiful sympathy cards we have ever seen. They really care about you and your pets

Alix does beautiful shaves and brushouts on our double-coated kitty! I appreciate that she always takes the time to verify exactly what we'd like done at dropoff and lets us know how our kitty did at pickup. As you'd expect the building is usually noisy with dogs and dryers- just something to be mindful of if you have a nervous cat. The staff are all wonderful, and Zeldas is overall an excellent groomer!

It's an ok place, but you might want to kennel your cat elsewhere. Got my cat back after a 20 day stay dusty in cat clay litter and it looks like the cat never got any petting or simple affection looking at the dust on her back.I'm slightly disappointed as the folks there are nice enough people and their grooming seems to be spot on, but maybe boord your cats elsewhere?6/10

I was having a really hard time finding a dog groomer who was able to clip both my 'temperamental' (old crabby chihuahuas!) dog's nails. I was just about to give up hope until Zelda's was recommended to me. Dani's team was absolutely AWESOME and had both my dogs in and out in a matter of minutes. I am so thankful to have found them and will happily take my fur babies back soon :-)

I've been here twice so far and both times I was extremely happy with the staff! They are always very friendly and clearly care about the animals they're taking care of. Roger gets a lot of anxiety and I'm relieved to know he's in good hands :)

My little guy JoJo a pappyon mix was getting dread locks looked cool but was starting to get out of hand they gave him a bath and cut his fur short without making him look silly no fu man chu cuts his fur grows so fast anyway I was a walk in they had an opening no appointment had him done in about an hour. Kinda spendy I'm a disabled veteran so fixed income not a lot of money but didn't mind paying so much due to being a walk in with no appointment would be nice if they had a veterans or senior discount or a veterans discount day once a month or something I know a lot of guys like me would swing business there way if they did something like that

I love their service. Their great with our dogs! The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have been awesome in their care of Wink. ( the one eyed rescue dog), and Oreo- 5 months old. She's going to be a big one - 99-100 lbs? We trust Zeldas to help us with all of our doggie spa days.

Zelda's has been hands down the best pet grooming place I've ever taken my pup to. The staff at Zelda's are absolutely fantastic and care very much about the work they put in and treated my senior dog so kindly.We just moved out of state and will surely miss going to them.I know Gracie Bell will miss her friends there are Zelda's for sure.Thank you Zelda's!

Great shop good people... My dog doesn't hate it which is new for her, generally dislikes groomers. Really speaks to how much care they take with her.Update:Been back several times now, mostly for the walk in nail trimming service, which is great and always takes like 3-4 mins.Awesome locally owned and operated business, can't say enough positive things about the overall quality and customer service!

I won a free nail trimming and showed up when Zelda's was closed. Not only did they let me in and trim my pups nails, but they didn't make a big deal of when I forgot the free card! My first time there and I will definitely be back!

My Eleven girl comes to Zelda's for her toe nail trims. She doesn't love getting her nails trimmed put LOVES getting attention from the Zelda's staff! They always do a great job and are quick and efficient. I also love that we can drop in for a nail trim whenever best suits our schedule. Highly recommend!

I had experienced less than great groomers up until we found Zeldas. I was so pleasantly surprised that my normally timid dog was super happy and comfortable with his groomer. They were patient and kind and he looked great. And he didn't have several open cuts from the clippers like he did when he left petco.

Came here because of the high reviews but was extremely dissatisfied with the final results. I asked for my pups hair to stay long but she came back shaved:( I also have a shih tzu and I love her iconic long hair on her head to put bows in and they chopped it all off even after being told not to. Also never received a call to pick her up so she was there for almost 6 hours.
