Very cute coffee shop. Easily accessible on main street. I had a caramel drink of some kind which was very good and my five year old had a "not-so-hot chocolate" which was the perfect temperature for her and she drank it straight away. A great place in my book!

I'm here with my fiance visiting from the southeast US for the first time. Overall we really liked this place and it reminded me of somewhere I would have frequented during my college and grad school days. We both were able to sit here for several hours and work remotely at large tables upstairs. We arrived before 9 AM so we found nearby street parking that was only a block or so from the shop. There is currently tons of construction happening in DT, and I believe it's also Finals week right now, so it's hard to say what it's like during the normal part of a semester. I thought the drinks were very good (I just ordered an oat milk latte and then later, an oat chai latte; my fiance ordered a large americano). The food, not so great (I hate to say it), though coffee shop food usually isn't amazing anyways. We ordered roasted vegetable burritos for breakfast and they were okay-sized, they just hardly had any filling. Supposedly they had eggs inside, but they were undetectable. Hours later, we tried the vegan burrito and it wasn't great either (just rice and beans and kind of an odd flavor), but it was served hot and it served its purpose. It's always nice to have vegetarian options though! Aside from the half-decent food, everything else was great, including the friendly staff.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetable burritos available (possibly another couple options, but I didn't notice). Bagels, pastries. I tried both types of burritos mentioned over the span of several hours and both tasted only so-so.

If I went to WSU you'd find me studying here *all the time. Extremely handsome and spacious shop. There are lounge chairs in front, tables in the back and in the loft, even a little hidey-hole chair off in the corner with a view of the street -- depending on what kind of work (or leisure) you're doing! Big windows and a little plaza right next door so the indoor-outdoor thing is pleasing. Local newspapers, community bulletin board, merchandise for sale as well as beans! The coffee, oh yeah the coffee is good. I just got a drip coffee though (PS they charge for refills).

I tried studying here about three times in the past 9 months, and each time it is just freezing. Maybe it is just me, or maybe it is not a coincidence that most other cafes at this time are actually packed.

Perfect place to study! The loft area has huge tables with up to 6 chairs and smaller tables for 1-2 people as well. The ground level has more cozy chairs for just catching up/chatting without the table space. The coffee is good, pastries are good, and they’ll heat/toast the sandwiches! No extra charge for nondairy milks, which is nice, but no gluten free food options.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Pullman, mostly for the swanky yet cozy atmosphere. I'm also a frequent buyer of beans. That being said, the coffee isn't my favorite in the state, but it is my favorite in Pullman.

I skipped breakfast this morning before heading off to work so I decided to google coffee shops in Pullman Washington. This little coffee shop had high reviews and was conveniently located on the main drive. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the barista (she was very sweet). I received excellent service and very tasty food. There's also plenty of seating and window seating for those of you who like to people watch lol. It's family friendly and has a great atmosphere.

My two main interests when traveling to a new town/city are to try their breweries and their coffee shops. I visited Pullman for a few days and came to Thomas Hammer on my last morning in town. The space was roomy yet homey at the same time, and they have a nice outdoor area. The coffee was also so good that I decided to buy a bag of the Blue Eyes beans to bring home with me to Arkansas. I can't get enough of this coffee and just had a 5 lb bag shipped to me. It's so good.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite downtown haunts. The coffee is good, the place is always clean, and I've never had trouble finding enough seating for a group. The baristas are always really nice, I think my only wish was that there were some more allergy friendly treats, but those tend to be hard to keep in stock so no judgment there!

Great place for great coffee. The cold brew is delicious and really works on a hot day. Fast & friendly servers who know their products well. Comfortable seating. Very pretty outdoor patio area for nice days. Nice work areas and WIFI access though the study/laptop work facilities are not nearly as large as others in this predominantly university town.

Great coffee and great service, but I order through the app today and arrived when they said they'd be opened and no one was there. I was so disappointed because I LOVE MY THOMAS HAMMER! I hope next time ya'll will be open when said!

A better cup of coffee than Starbucks, but not up to most "coffee snob's" standards. What it lacks in exceptional coffee it makes up in friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Crowded with students studying in the school year, but still quiet. Lots of big tables upstairs and comfy couches and chairs downstairs.

Always the best customer service ever and so accommodating! The best coffee! I live a couple hours away but I save my coffee money for Thomas hammer. Really good customer serive no matter which location. They are always super nice and attentive. And they have dairy free eggnog and whipped cream ! :)

Occupies a curious place between a corporate feeling coffee shop and yet somehow the staff being friendly and the location give a local feel. The coffee is good, nothing crazy exceptional, but its a great place to study and get work done, or sit and talk. The group I ride bikes with also frequently meets here for rides.

Best coffee place in town. Allison and her crew do an oustanding job keeping customers coming back. The set up and the ambiance is fantastic. I used to go to Daily Grind but not anymore. Cafe Moro is the worst in town.

Really good Internet. The coffee was fine, too. I got whatever their equivalent of an iced caramel macchiato is (I'm not a big coffee person, though, so I wouldn't trust my opinion on anything coffee). They had comfy couches with foot rests and convenient outlets, so I found this to be a great spot to sit and Internet.

Thomas Hammer is great for food, coffee and a great atmosphere. Great place to study for school or even just to read a book. I spend at least 3 days a week there doing school work. The baristas are friendly and know how to make coffee just how you like it. So I highly suggest you stop in and say hi!

Appreciate the hard work my server was putting in by herself. I just had a simple Americano, but she handled all the orders before me like a champ. Keep up the good work!

I don't buy coffee from coffeeshops very often but when i do, i come here. The staff is friendly and they make great drinks. I like the flavor of their coffee much better than that other place (s****ucks). Nice swag, too.

Very good studying environment for students and their friends to go to, enjoy coffee and get work done. The set up is very nice with a variety of small and large tables to choose from and you can sit there for hours.

The Barista is awesome. Very friendly and knows what she is doing. In the middle of some overrated coffee shops, this one is the best one for fresh coffee. The place is also very beautiful. Must go place in Pullman.

Thomas Hammer coffee is the best! Fast service with a cheerful crew, this is my go to coffee shop in downtown Pullman. Whether you're studying or grabbing a coffee on the go, the shop is clean and usually plays some groovy tunes. Go down there and try your best at the daily trivia question and sip on a cup of perfection!
