We are new to the area for work, and we had to move in a short amount of time. Riley was great help, and ensured us a great process that was hassle free. He took all the stress away from the busy time we had. Apartments are great, so is management and we love that we get a garage. Area is nice and quiet away from the Pullman ruckus.

Great place to live. Maintenance crew are all very friendly and the front office as well. I actually had to get out of my lease for personal reasons and the office could not have been more helpful or friendly about it. BONUS: They do not make up reasons to keep your security deposit. If you have ever done business with pimlico you know it is their central business model to never return a security deposit, but whispering hills is not like this at all and are very fair.

We lived in Whispering Hills for three years and it was a great experience. We were sad to leave our apartment when we moved to take a job in another state. The management at Whispering Hills is professional and easy to work with. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any concerns when you fill out a maintenance request through the resident portal. The rental rate might seem high, but compared to other rentals we’d lived in prior, the increased cost was worth it to have a peaceful, quality living environment. The landscaping, parking lots, and buildings are well maintained. The units have nicer finishes than other rentals in Pullman. The walls are well-insulated, so you don’t hear your neighbors. The landlords are NOT the kind to try to nickel and dime you to death with unexpected fees as a way to keep up with minimum maintenance. Instead they proactively cultivate a nice community with quality rentals and charge a higher price. And they allow pets!

Not sure how you folks are as a landlord, but as a delivery driver I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that there are lights over the building letters! It makes a huge difference when trying to deliver at night!!!! Thank you!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex! The office staff are courteous and helpful in every way, maintenance is knowledgeable and punctual, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The vast majority of tenants are very quiet and there is no late-night noise or partying. The complex is far enough out of town that there is no road noise, but close enough that restaurants, stores, and the WSU campus are only minutes away.My apartment was immaculate when I moved in, with everything in working order and looking bran new. The garage is also a huge plus, allowing some extra storage space on top of protection of your car from the Pullman winters.I have lived in a number of different apartments and this is BY FAR the best one I've ever encountered. Whispering Hills strives to be more than any other complex near a college town. They have exceeded my expectations in every way possible and I am extremely grateful to be a resident here.

This apartment complex is beautiful, quiet, and a very peaceful place to live. It is located on the edge of town off Wawawai road. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and kept clean and maintained. The office staff are very professional and helpful and the maintenance staff are friendly, efficient, and attend to any issues in a very timely manner. The apartments are beautiful and roomy with high ceilings, nice appliances, and are well insulated. In the nine months that we've lived here we've never once heard voices from any of the apartments around us and other than an occasional thump from upstairs, nothing else. We have already decided to renew our lease and are looking forward to spending another year here. I highly recommend it.

Coming from someone with property management experience, I just have to say that Whispering Hills Apartments are one of the best Pullman has to offer! The office staff is super friendly and helpful, and the Property Mananger Larial does such an amazing job! The maintenance team is super friendly and timely when it comes to getting work order requests complete as well. This property is located on the edge of town, and is absolutely perfect for anyone who loves Pullman, but also prefers a quiet place to live. My husband and I are so sad to be leaving this apartment as it definitely felt like home. I highly recommend this complex!

I was really surprised to see negative reviews about this complex. I lived here for a year (2 bedroom; LL building) and loved it. I only moved because I moved out of state. The apartment was super clean, nice, and like new when we moved in. There was a lot of storage space. It's a quiet neighborhood and very clean (no dog feces ever, unlike a lot of places). I liked bird watching at the ponds and walking around the area. It is right next to a park and by the paved, flat trail. The field behind the complex is canola and the one by the road is alfalfa, so it is very beautiful in spring. They also let us extend our lease by a few days to coincide with moving so we didn't get charged any "by the month" extra fees. I would recommend living here for sure.

I saw a negative review posted and I felt it was misleading and it was quite different from my experience. Everything is well done, looks professional, and is brand new. The apartments are literally still being built. Finishing touches, mostly. But they are still under construction (landscaping, painting parking lines, etc.).The management has been completely transparent about everything. I've lived in places with terrible management, and this is not one of those places.I wanted to chime in and say I love living here. Wife and I have lived here for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. From the washer and dryer in the apartment, to the extra-large, one-car garage, this place is freaking sweet. Honnestly the best apartments you can get in Pullman. We have a dog, and there is so much open land to walk her to. It's great, almost like living in a suburb of a big city.

I've lived at Whispering Hills for 9 months, and I really appreciate how much Larial, Jeff, Riley, and others have gone above and beyond to answer phone calls and respond to maintenance requests. I also love the dog park (and so does my dog). These apartments are a gem for working professionals who need a pet-friendly home.

We have had such a wonderful experience living here. I highly recommend this complex. Management does a wonderful job. We found our unit to be so comfortable and easy to live in. We lived on the first floor and didn’t have any problems with noise. I loved having the garage attached to the kitchen. Also you can’t beat the heating system for Pullman winters.

One of the few nicer apartment complexes in Pullman that is also pet friendly. Work orders are answered promptly and management is very friendly. Lots of nice amenities, including a decent sized one car garage, washer and dryer in unit, fenced dog park, and a 24 hour gym. It's also located at a great spot in Pullman - fairly quiet and within walking distance of Sunnyside Park.

Overall, I enjoy living here. My biggest complaint is that I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do at all times. The moment they climb out of bed you can hear every footstep, every door close, every toilet flush, etc. I've lived in apartments before but this is by far the worst aspect of this complex. If you do move here, I highly encourage getting a top floor unit. It's honestly mindblowing to me how such a new complex can have such thin walls and floor/ceilings. I expect better craftsmanship and construction for the price I pay.

If you're looking for slightly overpriced brand new apartments, then this is your place. Their state-of-the-art gym has a couple kettlebells and a couple treadmills, which evidently makes it state-of-the-art. Their invisible dog park is amazing. My dog absolutely loves pretending to go to The Invisible Dog Park they advertised. If you enjoy hearing your neighbors have sex 6 inches away from your head through the wall, this is definitely a place for you. If you enjoy passive aggressive emails from your property manager, again, this is the place for you. If you enjoy the inflexibility of the people in control of your housing situation, and wouldn't mind being homeless when your lease gets up if you can't renew for another year, and would love to pay $500 extra per month just so that you don't have to be homeless, then this is the place for you. Speeding construction trucks and the garish beeping of the property manager's golf cart give it a nice homey feel . Finally, if you enjoy dishonest advertising and an underwhelming living situation, this is definitely the place for you.

Units appear modern but the air conditioning/heating, dishwasher, washer & dryer operate poorly. The refrigerator makes a low frequency hum similar to airplane in holding pattern. The insulation for doors & windows allow persistent draft sounds like your in a CAT 3 hurricane. The carpet peeled up from light footwork of 115 pound resident. The substandard unit is matched with poor service from maintenance & snarky office personnel. Poor value for the price but #1 motivation to move was the condescending, rude & less than helpful office personnel

This area was great and highly comfortable to dwell though small town. All surroundings near the residences were peaceful and calm with nature. The air and water in this area were fresh and clean. It is worth to invest and to purchase the one of these unit if I could buy it.

I've lived here for 2 years and love it. Having a garage and a washer/dryer in the unit is great. Probably one of the nicest apartments in Pullman.

The apartments have garages. Basically the best thing ever. Super far out though and there's not a very frequent bus.

Moved in for 4 weeks, and still the greatest place to live in pullman! It is the place for the people who like quiet and want to escape from the crowd.
