Online sales are an absolute joke here. Trying to buy over 1,000$ in books for nursing school. Black Friday sale advertisement says 20% off site wide. Took me forever to find terms and exclusions after coupon didn't work. What do ya know...false advertising. Course materials excluded in this sale. Their website also offers 10% off your entire purchase for signing up. Tried to use this coupon and again no luck. On the coupon it says "shop online for course materials, supplies, technology, and more." Here were the terms for this coupon: "This coupon can be redeemed for 10% off your purchase. Offer not valid on textbooks, course materials, diploma frames, laptops, tablets, technology, regalia, Apple products or gift cards. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer and excludes clearance merchandise."

I like the bookie. It's a nice place to study, they've got lots of school apparel, snacks, and school supplies. One thing I don't appreciate about it is that the Starbucks inside is often out of lots of drinks and doesn't sell actual Starbucks foods

Nice location, but has a nice selection of merchandise, but didn't have what I was looking for. Something with a WOW factor.Maybe with NIL, we might get some new items. They also closed before the was over in the stadium next door.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! They were quick to point out discounts we could get by downloading the apps or becoming an alumni association member. They made checkout quick and were willing to help out. Prices can be expensive but there are many discounts you can get as well

I come here for coffee much more often than for anything else. If you're a faculty or staff, bring your own mug on Friday and they will give you drop coffee for free 😁 Also, their merchandise is a good quality. I get things with WSU logo on them from here.

Way over priced, go somewhere else if you can. But they have an ok selection of popular books and just about all the school supplies you need

First time at the Bookie since they moved it into CUB. Used to be farther away, down the hill to the West. You can tell it's been a while for me. Much bigger than the old location and a better layout. Separate text book section for student needs. Good selection of clothing, gear, bags, backpacks, snacks, rain and snow wear (you'll need that during Fall and Spring), and other college-related stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and worth the visit. Close to Martin Stadium.

They have all the coug gear you could want in here, the prices are what you expect though. If you want a few pieces of gear, get ready to spend over $100. There is a Starbucks inside where you can get some caffeine if you need it.

Loved the place awesome selection great place to go hang out. (Judging from the fact that a lot of people are there. Also I'm not in college so I wouldn't really no for sure.)

If you know which people to talk too you don't have to waste any time in line at all. There is always a large amount of supplies in stock here. And even the buying prices are relatively cheep compared to the renting of course it depends on your major but I always buy the books relevant to mine.

Great selection of Cougar gear. We always seem to drop a small fortune here with all the great items they have.

They have got a lot of fun things to look at, and purchase. Along with an enjoyable amount of snacks and drinks at check out. Relatively helpful and very nice cashiers

Very unprofessional. The man behind the desk was just doing his job but this business is whack in general. Accidentally bought a book on 9/1, tried to instantly refund/cancel the purchase because I realized it was the wrong book and as I tried to return it the manager laughed and said it already was purchased and said I now have to wait to maybe sell it back to the bookie at the end of the semester for a small % of what it is worth thus losing money. I was hoping to just return it right away and correct the mistake or get in store credit to use for other books and pieces of school supplies, but this store does not offer refund on textbooks no matter if there was an error in buying or not. Do not buy your text books here, go to online, amazon, anywhere else.

I don't know, mean I really like the bookie but I'm having to wait to long for a text book they special ordered for me. I have assignments coming up and I told them I'm unwilling to order the paper copy I wanted if it wouldn't come in time. I was reassured that I would have it no later then Friday so I went ahead and bought it because I hate reading text books online. however, it's now Sunday, they're closed and I have assignments due. If I knew this would have happened I would have just gone with the access code, at least now I know better in the future because I hate the idea of starting off the semester with late assignments.

Probably the biggest collection of WSU merchandise you'll find anywhere and super convenient if you're in town for a game (located inside the Compton Union Building and just up the hill from Martin Stadium). Selection is unrivaled and has a coffee shop inside as well. Downstairs also has more WSU gear and houses the textbook section.Only gripe would be that things are generally more expensive here than you'll find elsewhere, but you're paying for location and offerings. Staff is always friendly and can point you in the right direction.

I really felt like I could find all the necessary equipment for my classes and workshops. The Bookie as a variety of WSU merchandise and other daily needs items one may need through out ones day. The bookie also has a Starbucks if I recall, which is nice for those who are up on the WSU campus rather early or later in the day. I would say you will find most of the things you'll need here if you are a college student or visiting the campus.

Worst experience at a store by far. I got locked in when they were doing inventory, not a huge deal, but when I asked a couple of girls behind the counter if they could please let me out they all looked at me like I had asked them to drink rotten milk. It was ridiculous, you can't just lock people in your store and then be rude to them! If I could give no stars I would!

The place to go for cougar gear, overpriced as with any college store. The book selection is mediocre, but probably the best place in Pullman for a new book. Faculty and staff get 10% off purchases, too.

The bookie claims to buy back textbooks but I've yet to find a single textbook that they were willing to buy back. Also, an employee lost my cougar card. I alerted said employee and was met with, "Not my problem." Thanks Bookie!

It's cool... A lot of great books. But it is super expensive there. And all the times I've been there I've only met one friendly person. Service here isnt too good. A lot of the workers are rude and snotty, they think theyre too good to help you.

I went here to buy myself a new Cougs shirt. The lady cashier was helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the items that they have at the store can be pricey.

Be prepared to spend an outrageous amount of money on a shirt you will wear a few times and then forget about in your closet. But you will have a story about the longest line you have ever stood in.

The bookie has everything a young student could ever want or need! On top of the obvious school supplies and books, you can find all sorts of hidden treasures like board games, books about college, and even a perfume counter on the Ground floor. There is so much to get at the Bookie and yet so little time to explore.

Cozy! Has a coffee shop that serves Starbucks coffee. I enjoy going in and grabbing a book to read. The WSU gear is priced as expected for a university, though there is a large variety. The bookie is a combination of a college store and a barns and nobel.

Best of both worlds, a coffee shop and a book store wrapped all into one. Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and its all affordable of your on a budget.

A very fine collection of clothes and items is always dampened by the expensive prices. I always get excited to purchase nice things for myself, friends, and family to rep our school pride, but then the price tags take the wind out of the experience.

Right next to Martin Stadium and open on game days. Great place to get Coug gear and food.
