NOT very. Ugh. interested in actual in-store customer service. Often have 4-5 employees, all but one of which will actively ignore long lines and stay at their keyboards. Staggered lunches are a thing so folks can still get meds in the middle of the day. Ugh.

After bringing to managers attention still old slime in milk fridges. You would think they cleanup the messy dirty fridges. Outdated product, and rude employees who don't greet or say goodbye. Customer service and cleanliness lack here despite complaints. Time for corporate to review store perhaps.

Definitely my preferred pharmacy. Just like other pharmacies across the US right now they’re a bit understaffed and seem to be struggling to keep up with quick turnarounds on filling meds but I’ve never had to go without needed prescriptions and the staff, especially the core staff (non-trainees), are always very helpful, courteous and nice. Multiple times they’ve helped me navigate getting insurance to cover my meds which can be a messy process and they are willing to take the time with each person to answer any questions we may have. All of my family and I having been coming here for years and will be continuing to give them our business

Why go anywhere else??? This pharmacy is awesome and provides exceptional service - I use them for me and my dog's prescriptions! Pharmacist and others always communicate with me and I never feel rushed. They treat me with courtesy and respect.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Painfully slow lines lead to waiting for 10-15 minutes for 2 people ahead of you. On top of that, once you get to the front of the line, it’s mind boggling how long it takes for the receptionist to do simple tasks. I went in for a flu shot today and 2 other people were ahead of me in the waiting room. The doctor came in after 20 minutes of waiting for the shot to give one to the first patient. Exactly 15 minutes later and the doctor came in to give the next guy his shot. I was able to get mine immediately after which was a plus, I guess. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I came in with my girlfriend a couple weeks before and it was the same thing. I used to live in Vancouver and my family of 4 would take maybe 7 or 8 minutes tops to come in (albeit with an appointment), sign our papers and get the shot. In total, the seemingly simple appointment took over an hour. Ridiculous.

They are a great pharmacy. My husband and I have been using them for the past 5 years in pullman. They are very busy so it is good to let them do their job. They have extended their hours as a result and always try to work with their patients. And they work hard!Beth has been there a long time and she really knows what she is doing. Their focus is their job, and the task at hand, and as long as you are also making that the focus, you will find that they are a terrific, efficient and focused pharmacy.Love!

These guys are wonderful. Even when they are short handed they are always helpful. Sometimes there's a line but the personal attention and help they give you regarding your medications is worth it. I've been coming here since 2005 and feel the same about the previous staff.They do a wonderful job with the staffing that Safeway slows. Keep up the good work guys and gals😘🌺💐🍫

They had me wait 1+ hour for my simple prescription. I just confirmed with my doctor that they did not even fill my prescription correctly. The lady after me got her prescription filled in 15 minutes. I did not feel like they carried themselves professionally here at this location.

We moved here last March and unfortunately got stuck with Walmart in Pullman that takes 4 hours to fill one prescription and 9 times out of ten they are painfully unhelpful.When i finally had enough I transferred to Safeway pharmacy and it was instantly like a breath of fresh air. If you are in an emergent rush they accommodate. If you have questions they take the time to answer them. And i appreciate how they do extra things for instance the lady in front of mebhad just been awarded medicade and she had not received her cards in the mail yet. This woman's child had and ear infection and needes the antibiotics immediately and the clerk called medicade and got the number for the young mother. WALMART WOULD NEVER!

Terrible. My Doc. Called in a pain med. The day before Thanksgiving. It's been 3 days, one store visit, because of not answering their phone calls. No meds. If they can't fill in timely manner please tell customers ahead of time. PLEASE.

The pharmacy has lost a lot of employees recently and it had been difficult for the short staff to keep up. Yesterday was a full staff and instead of hours or days of waiting, it was only 35-minutes for 4 meds. Thank you for working so hard!!

The pharmacy staff tend to be jaded and unwilling to make sure your needs are met. They didn't carry part of my prescriptions, and tried to tell me that I needed to come back in a few days to ask somebody else to order those pills instead of just leaving a note for that staff member or ordering it themselves. They also take longer than most other places to fill prescriptions.

These guys have been great to me and my family for years. They are very willing to work with my physician and were great help a few years back when I was away being treats for cancer and had to move prescriptions between pharmacies as I traveled. We do miss Carlene!

Would rate 0. Terrible customer service. Had to wait in like for almost 30 min to pick up my prescription because even though there were 4 people working only 1 register. And then they didn't even fill my prescription correctly. Completely awful

I was told by the pharmacist and tech that they were not giving COVID booster shots to certain CDC recommended groups in October. "Luckily", I have more than one medical issue that allowed me to have the booster. Turning people away could greatly negatively affect a persons health.

Holy moly what can I say other than please hire more staff. Someone to answer the phone would be helpful. I know it's crazy getting good people to work but I need my dang meds. Hopefully I can switch back in the future but for now...

they’re so rude, waited in line for 30 mins with two people ahead of me, then once it got to be my turn I stood there for another 20 mins bc the woman didn’t know what she was doing. she had to have 2 people come help her.

Safeway on bishop in Pullman treat there clients really bad dr changes things and I got told I didn’t get my meds there and everything else im just tired about how they treat me something needs done
