This location opened a little after my last Pullman visit. I heard about the nice merchandise & prepared food choices. I'm glad that i now got the chance to experience the store in person. Layout is great. There is a "beer cave" for those who want to peruse the vast array of refreshments. Fresh coffee beans. Large produce section. "Seafood bar" to purchase & make at home. Gourmet selection, in clear plastic containers, of nuts, fruits, candies, etc. Boba sometimes. Fresh donuts in the morning. Sandwiches, soup, pizza, burritos, chicken, and more to eat there. Upstairs seating is also available. Sometimes the upstairs is utilized for meetings. Customer restrooms. Courteous staff.Disabled friendly.

Yum, I just tried the new Sugar Bee apple that they carry, YUM 😋 😋 Wednesday was grand opening!! It was awesome ❤️Beautiful, fresh, clean looking store, very pleasing to your eyes. Everyone was happy and smiling. The displays of all their products, top notch!

Rosauers is a bit pricey of course everyone should know this but they do offer some quality products, their staff is always friendly, and stores usually clean. Overbearing salesmanship yet showing concern for your needs being met I can appreciate Rosauers for several areas. Do I shop there all the time no I can't afford it but when I go I get certain things regularly including their Fried Chicken in the deli which is delightful.

Nice store, and very friendly staff. :) Maybe it's me, but I miss the Huckleberry Department being separate from conventional groceries; then, I got frustrated so left without a few items. Don't worry...I'll be back when shopping conventional groceries. ;)

The new store is really nice. The employees have all been friendly. The prices are outrageous compared to other stores in the area though. I love their espresso bar, but it literally takes almost 20 minutes for them to get your order to you regardless of how busy they are. And, this is an everyday occurrence, not just on a busy days. I will also say that the bakery in the other stores seem to be better than this location.

Overall, I love the store. It’s always clean, the employees are always nice and friendly. My only complaint is that I feel like they went overboard on the different types of “bars” they have and missed some finer details. The bakery selection, as far as cakes go, is minimal and they’ve got to be the only place I’ve ever gone where there’s no option for an 8 piece dark chicken meal.

Renovated in 2023, the new layout is good, the new Alcohol and produce sections are well layed out.Self checkout is wonky, but works fine. Gets extremely busy around 5pm daily.

Went for the first time and loved the store. The meat and deli departments were amazing. The bakery was ok, Angie in bakery was very rude to me and was rude to her employee. I asked a simple question and she was very condescending. Other than that great store.

Not a bad grocery store. It has a better selection of produce, alcohol and deli items then Safeway, but the average prices are no different from Safeway. The deli is the only exception to the pricing schema, with reasonably priced food and beverage, how long that will last after the opening year is anyone's guess.Over all 8/10 I'll probably be going here regularly.

I am a wheelchair individual and found your store inviting and easy to navigate. I come into your store when sales agree with my budget. Your floor staff is helpful and I find them easy to speak with.

Place is a joke. Nothing but problems every single time we come in. We tried to give it plenty of chances and it just never gets better. None of the staff knows anything about anything at any time. They will try and rip you off and manually charge more than the advertised price if you’re not careful. They’ll randomly accept or not accept certain payment types. Got to the point the only thing they were good for was the water refill machine. That’s not even true anymore. You can only be so forgiving before it’s just your own fault for continuing to come back. I’ve heard from multiple people and see it on FB groups that they also regularly discriminate against WIC users.

Love this store! Problem is, I think the store scooters are programmed to drive straight to the bakery... This can't keep happening, my doctor is getting suspicious with my weight gain... The fritters are yummy by the way... 😁

Glad there is a new shopping option in the north part of the town. Would be super convenient and walkable if there is a snowstorm. Store is clean and carries everything I need. Prices are normal, and sale items are good bargain. Parking is a bit crowded on Saturday noon.

Better than what used to be there. I bought some rockstars this morning at self checkout, and the girl running it saved me $1 with a coupon that I didn’t see. I like the store and usually go for random stuff that they always seem to have.

First not a fan of the star system of grading. It has to be something spectacular, amazing or unbelievable to get a 5* from me. Done nq the reviews.It has a huge and impressive selection of beer, including NA, and wine. It also has the liquor.It appears to run some good and a few amazing specials at times. Overall price aren’t the lowest.Fruits and vegetables are above average.Deli has the regular deli options but also has pizza and a taco bar. It also has wings and soup bars.The few items I hav purchased from the Bakery have been fresh and I have enjoyed the taste. I understand items are currently being baked in the Moscow Rosauers’ and brought to Pullman.Meat department has an excellent selection of meat varieties at a reasonable price.Staff has been generally friendly and helpful. They have only been open for 6-8 weeks so, staff is still learning as em’I.Personal note, I shop price and deals. This mean I shop The Dollar Store, Walmart, Safeway, Grocery Outlet and Rosauers.

beautiful store, excellent selection (more variety than Safeway or Walmart, and better quality produce!), and the employees were really nice and helpful!while there is a bike rack near the entrance, unfortunately it's a grid-style parking rack that only fits a tire. it would be nice to see something more secure & stable like a Sheffield or bollard rack!

This store was very nice and the manager was exceptional! I forgot an item at the register and he brought it out to my car so I wouldn't have to fight parking. I was very pleased with the whole experience!

This is absolutely THE best Rosauers i've ever been to. Better than walmart, safeway, and costco combined. The one guy Jinup at the deli has the best customer service i've ever seen in my 33 years.

Perhaps I overhyped myself, but it ... not as awesome as I was hoping.Wing bar:$5.99 good price but smaller, ok but dried out, and there was a good pile of 'em.Sushi, same as any in grocery roll fare.

Loss prevention here is a joke. They profile the wrong people and are about as slick as sandpaper doing so. I brought the issue up to the on duty manager, Kayla, and she just claimed ignorance. Sorry, I'm from Texas and you will never be anywhere close to being a HEB.

Expensive and would not accept my ID because “the expiration is supposed to be 5 days after my 21st birthday” when everyone I knows ID is 1 year after there 21st. They wouldn’t accept other out of state IDS. DONT BUY ALCOHOL HERE

The new store/location is so nice to live close to take advantage of Rosauers being my neighborhood grocer. ;)
