Male pharmacist is very rude as was a male pharmacy tech customer service is very poor. Came here once a few months back to get a prescription. Stood in line for a very long time and when it was my turn to get my prescription they told me sorry they were closing for the day to which I told him I had been in line and they said they did not care. I wound up having to get a manager to help me get my order cuz I had already waited in line for so long and the pharmacist was yelling at me told me he didn't care that I was in line. I'd have to come back. The manager told him to take my prescription because it was just a pickup and had to tell him to be quiet. The tech then threw a fit about having to stay to just pay out the order and told me to shut my mouth. Thought all of my prescriptions were transferred to a different pharmacy but apparently I had a refill left on one of my medications and it had to be picked up here. Went to pick it up and they kept telling me my insurance was denied and that I'd have to call my insurance that it wasn't their problem. So I called the insurance company. The insurance company said the pharmacy was trying to run it through on an incorrect day. The pharmacist told my insurance company he knew how to do his job and the insurance company said he'd ran it through 20 separate times on the wrong day which is why it kept trying to decline it. Because you can't refill a prescription before it's due. I was able to get the prescription transferred to Safeway where they had no issue fill in my prescription. Absolutely terrible customer service at this pharmacy. The rite aid in Pullman.

I think it's time to switch pharmacies. Not only are they so backed up ive had to waitbdays for prescriptions that my child needs to survive, the one pharmacist jenn has been incredibly rude to me every time I've seen her. I work customer service, I get it's hard, but it's even worse when you're treating people like they're stupid for no reason. My mom had the same experience with her when picking up a script for me when I was incredibly sick. Everyone else is great, but the service sucks.

Customer service is awful, I can never get my meds even when they call me and say they’re ready, I’ll drive in 20 miles from out of town to pick it up, then THEY WONT HAVE THEM. This happens next to every time where I have to argue with the pharmacists that they have my prescription BECAUSE I CAN SEE IT BEHIND THEM ON THE WALL. This is ridiculous, quit your job if you hate it so much.Also says they’re open until 9, LIES. I’ve gone it at 6 & 7pm on weekdays for them to be closed multiple times, to the point I’ll have leave work early to try and make it down in time.I never have these problems at other pharmacies, it’s just been here. Idk what’s going on if it’s just incompetence or homophobia but I’m over it.

Very poor customer service. The pharmacist, Sheriff, was confrontational about my using a GoodRx coupon and became irate when I insisted on using it. I’ll use a different pharmacy in the future.

I been going to Rite Aid pharmacy since last December and their quality of service has gone downhill ever since. The past several months, I always call them because my prescriptions are never ready on time and they tell me their weeks behind on refills. The final and last straw is last week they changed their pharmacy hours abruptly without giving any advance notice to their patients.I went in to the pharmacy today because I was out of an essential medication and needed an emergency supply. I walked into Rite Aid store and the pharmacy gates were completely SHUT despite their hours on Sunday being 10 am - 6 pm. The cashier at the front told me the pharmacist has been gone all of last week.They need to hire MORE pharmacy technicians if you keep falling behind. Its unprofessional to abruptly have their pharmacy shut down. What if I was a diabetic and out of insulin medication? Everyone that was in the store trying to pick up their prescriptions today on Sunday were forced to be turned away and go to the Rite Aid in Moscow which I did.I'm done with Rite Aid pharmacy forever. I'm transferring my prescriptions to a better pharmacy like Walmart or CVS.

The pharmacy there rocks!!! The staff in the pharmacy are always professional, efficient, safety-minded and conscientious!! I must also add that they are all very friendly and I can sense their genuine concern for my health. These guys are the best and beat everyone else around!!! Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy!!! And we got our Covid vaccine today there on 6 April 2021. The staff was professional and kind despite the heavy workload.

Lisa, the pharmacist, was most professional and helpful. I was a bit early before opening in the morning and she came out and helped me when she saw I was waiting. She also helped a gentleman who was also waiting. This is a very stressful and trying time for all professional health care workers so I really appreciate her caring and professional attitude and her customer service.

I visited the pharmacy today for a flu shot. The young lady working the cash register was unfriendly & disengaged. While I was waiting for my flu shot I observed a women around the age of 80 come in to pick up her PX. She had her adult daughter with her. The elderly lady was asked to wait for her PX. The daughter asked how far ahead her mother should call to fill her PX & the pharmacist told her 5 days. Then the Pharmacist informed the elderly lady her PX would be $472 today. The lady was shocked & said it is normally $47. The daughter asked the pharmacist why it was so much & there must be a error. The Pharmacist replies she must have a deductible. The elderly lady left without her PX & said she would have to call the doctor about the medicine. The daughter returned & tries to gather a little more information on whether her mom has a supplement to the part D on file since she always fills her PX at Rite Aid. The pharmacist wasn’t very helpful. After the adult daughter left, the pharmacist said to her co-workers, “they should teach insurance in high school”. It was a negative remark about her customer & not helpful. I wanted to say something to the pharmacist because I sell insurance & Medicare and supplements are confusing and taking something regarding this in high school isn’t the answer. However. I said nothing because she was going to give me my flue shot & I was concerned she might retaliate.The people working in the pharmacy need some customer service training. It costs nothing to be friendly, kind and helpful.

Although I have a good experience just five days ago with some other cashiers, but definitely it is not tonight with the cashier who glanced at me when I entered the store with a no welcoming face. I thought that could be her personality so I just went on to collect my gift cards that I want to buy for our party. I picked up some visa gift cards (25, 50, 100)+ google play and got them to her (Courtney). Again with a non smily face, she asked me to come to the other side to help me so I did. She glanced at me again and she said, you can't buy those if the amount exceeds $500, OK, I said and she started to count them. So far I felt bad for her treatment! Luckily after counting the amount of the gift cards, they were less than $500 including the Google play ones. Then, she showed me a sign that was hanged next to the cashier that says (do not buy gift cards for someone over the phone to avoid scams), I told her do not worry I am fine with that. Finally, to make things complicated, she told you have to pay in cash! For me, that was not true because I used the same store just a few days ago for the same purpose and I paid with my card. The only thing that is different is her from the time I entered the store, that was the worst experience I've ever had in Pullman. At this time, she absolutely made me very mad so I just decided to leave everything and leave right away. It was not a good time maybe to visit the store and pick up some visa cards at 8:15p.m. on Saturday. This cashier just treated me as a suspicious person the time I entered the store! I hope you'll be able to read my comments, I also want to report about your treatment, I really feel so bad for my visit tonight and I wish you get more training for welcoming customers at least!

Horrible customer service. Requested prescription refill 2 days earlier and still wasn't done when I picked up after a long wait in line. Told me it was a 10 day turnaround - come on! Still had to wait for it to be refilled and then waited in the long line all over again. Had my prescriptions transferred from this store. Called their 800 number and it accomplished nothing. No way would I recommend.

The staff at the pharmacy is always helpful and kind. I've had issues with Walmart and Shopko being out of medication frequently, and mine are pretty generic. I haven't had this issue with Rite Aid. I think they were out of it once but they actually notified me and quickly found another pharmacy in the area that had it in stock. Great customer service!

I have never been spoken to the way the pharmacist spoke to me in what is supposed to be a professional/medical setting. She was rude, short and overall had a nasty attitude. My recommendation? Go somewhere else.

It is not a very good feeling to go to my pharmacy two separate days on days that it is supposed to be open and it is closed I have been trying to pick up my medication which I depend upon and you guys are close what's going on this is not how businesses operate pharmacies are meant to be open during hours you guys are depriving people of life-saving medications

Rite aid across the board is a bit mediocre. I believe that this is due mainly to poor management and lack of hiring better employees. Moscow's branch is only slightly better.

Every time I call my local Rite Aid they don't answer the phone. Then when they answer they put me on hold. Worse service I have ever had at Rite Aid!!
